Following our tour, our second stop will be Frederiksborg Palace. Frederiksborg Palace is an impressive structure located in the city of Hillerod, Denmark, on a fascinating lake, and is considered one of the finest examples of Northern Renaissance architecture. Built on the Göta River, Gothenburg fascinates everyone with its historical and cultural riches and is also Scandinavia’s largest port city. In this city, famous for its canals, the Avenue Boulevard, Gustav Adolf Square, the statue of Poseidon, the Botanical Garden, and the opera and theater buildings are among the places to see. After having breakfast at the hotel, depart for Oslo, Scandinavia’s 4th largest city and Norway’s largest city. Oslo is a city renowned for its high standard of living and natural beauty. Upon arrival, the sights we will see during our city tour include the Royal Palace, City Hall, National Theatre, Oslo Cathedral, Karl Johans Gate, Opera House, Akershus Fortress, and Frogner Park. Following the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we join the Magnificent Flam Fjord Tour . We depart from the hotel early in the morning for our full-day tour. During our city tour of Stockholm, we will see the City Hall, Kungstradgarden Central Park, the National Theatre Building, the Stock Exchange Building, the Gamla Stan district, which means “old city,” the Royal Palace, and Fjallgatan Hill. After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we join the Magnificent Treasures of Sweden (Uppsala & Djurgarden Island and Vasa Ship Museum) tour. Our first stop on our tour is Uppsala. The 4th largest city in Sweden, Uppsala is also one of the oldest and most historic places in the country. It adds to its appeal with its unique cultural beauty and exciting history. During the city tour we will take here, places to see include Uppsala Cathedral, the oldest cathedral in Scandinavia; Uppsala University, which is the oldest university in Scandinavia and dates back 550 years; and the Fyris River, which divides the city in two. Following our tour here, our next stop will be Djurgarden Island. A magical island located in the fairytale heart of Stockholm, Djurgarden looks as if it has emerged from a fairy tale. As you walk along Skansen's old stone paths, the melodies of the past will accompany you. Djurgarden Island, which remained the royal family's private estate for a long time in the past, also has the distinction of being the world's first national urban park. Following our tour here, we head to the Vasa Ship Museum. The Vasa Museum is a magnificent structure bearing the traces of the 17th-century Vasa warship. Although Vasa was designed as a magnificent and powerful warship when it set sail in 1628, it tragically sank on its maiden voyage. Recovered from underwater in 1961, Vasa has survived to the present day like a time capsule. At the museum, you will have the opportunity to examine this gigantic ship in detail and take photographs in front of its enormous sails and impressive size.
