Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the latest cancellation notification date by the agency is 21 days before the tour departure. The tour cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the specified km or in a different city. In such a case, you will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted only from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. Lidya Tour is not responsible for the inability to carry out the said tours, including panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program, if they cannot take place on the day and time of the tour due to local authorities not allowing visits or entry, or because of closed roads due to any event, or in cases where it becomes impossible to carry out the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transportation or on foot at locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds, being foldable or coach beds, mean that in 3rd person and/or child reservations, tour participants are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type. Child discounts apply only to one child staying with 2 adults and fitting the relevant age group. No bed guarantee is provided by hotels for children aged 0-2.
Breakfasts included in the tour program services are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited, and are generally offered as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. Current times will be communicated by your agency together with the tour information.
Tour flight times must be confirmed without purchasing domestic flights. If the guest purchased their domestic connecting flight from a different provider independent of the agency, they cannot request any refund from the agency in case the trip is cancelled by the agency or if there is a schedule change. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may arise due to cancellation or change of the tour when purchasing the tour. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for this situation.
Pursuant to airline rules; if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket purchased as a round trip is not used, the return flight is cancelled by the airline.
Guests included in the tour without flights must be present at the tour starting point on their own means and without any delay. Otherwise, they will be responsible for arranging all transfers themselves.
Lidya Tour is not responsible if guests who do not arrive at the specified airport at the times announced in accordance with airline rules for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but still cannot board the plane, are unable to take the flight. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets required for these guests who miss the plane to join the tour and to transfers in the destination area, etc., shall be borne by them.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/ID cards; Lidya Tour is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or the person, and the expenses incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the owner of the item.
In cases such as illness or loss/theft, since the integrity and continuity of the group are essential for the guide, the guide cannot accompany guests individually in such negative situations.
It is mandatory to provide the correct name as written in the passport, date of birth, and passport number when purchasing the tour. Air tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for ticket cancellations and changes arising from incorrect information will be charged to you.

Extra tours are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for extra excursions may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of the museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions. A different guide may accompany guests during extra tours.
In our classic packages, where extra tours are not included, extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers are dropped off at an en-route rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour is completed.

VISA
There is no visa requirement for Turkish Republic citizens. A passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel is sufficient.
Our guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport, if the issue date of their passport is more than 10 years old, must renew their passport (extensions are not accepted). Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or the airline may not operate their flight. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger.
The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. Lidya Tour is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.
The visa information specified in the program is for citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests holding a passport other than that of the Republic of Turkey must obtain their visa information from the relevant consulates.
In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or damaged in similar ways; such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
Since there is a possibility that guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father may be asked by the border police for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents during entry and exit procedures, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents pay special attention to this matter.
