For trips abroad, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for trips abroad and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry cannot be made with torn or worn passports.
For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents specified in the list of required visa documents, which you can obtain from our agencies, must be delivered to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
In cases such as fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may occur in cities, accommodation may be provided outside the committed distance and area. In such a case, the hotel area will be informed to our agencies in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure.
The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry of the tour to be visited or, at most, from the country where the longest stay will be made; otherwise, Lidya Tour is in no way responsible if passport police do not allow entry into the country.
In case of tour cancellation, the visa fee and insurance fees are non-refundable.
Lidya Tour is only an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and has no responsibility if the visa is not approved for any reason, does not arrive in time, and/or if errors occur in the visa, and the passenger has no right to compensation from Lidya Tour in any way.
Lidya Tour is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955.
During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Cancellations or changes to airline tickets arising from incorrect information will result in the no-show fee being charged to the guests.
Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by our guests by calling the head office 48 hours before the departure dates.
The city where the plane lands may vary. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for schedule changes and possible delays made by airlines.
Lidya Tour is not responsible for changes in domestic connecting flight transportation experienced by guests who do not confirm flight times and route.
For group tickets, airline rules apply; according to the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.
The average luggage weight on flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. On domestic flights in the destination countries, this weight may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of Lidya Tour.
If the number of people participating in the package tour is insufficient, tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 21 days in advance.
The tour route specified in the tour program is an example route, and the tour itinerary may change.
City tours may be carried out on the following day/days depending on the arrival time in the city.
Excursions specified in the programs may be carried out on another day/days other than the specified day/days at the discretion of the guide for any reason.
Alternative tours on the road are carried out if at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be left at the rest stop.
During busy periods such as fairs, congresses, seminars, hotel accommodations may be outside the city.
Trips or tours that are not permitted to be visited or attended by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Alternative tours can be carried out if there is a minimum participation of 20 people; if there is less participation, they may be carried out at the discretion of the guide and, if necessary, with price changes. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for the failure of these trips or tours to take place.
Entrance fees to museums and ruins are not included in the prices.
Lidya Tour reserves the right to change hotel names provided the star category remains the same.
All hotel names specified in the programs are V.B. (and similar) and are written as examples in terms of star category and distance. This does not mean that accommodation will be provided at the hotel with the specified name.
In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is provided, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or is an extra folding bed. .
During your trip, when leaving the vehicles and hotels you use, please make sure you have taken all your belongings.
Child discounts apply only to children in a certain age group staying with 2 adults.
In cases where children under 18 who are not considered adults do not join the tour with one or both of their parents, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be kept with the persons during the trip.
In case of cancellation and changes, the “AGENCY SALES CONTRACT” applies.

The participant agrees in advance to participate in the tours to be arranged as specified in the tour program, not to disrupt the program, and accordingly to pay the amount previously announced in the tour program for payments related to expenses such as local guide, museum & ruins entrance fees, city taxes, and, if applicable, audio system with headphones, separately to the tour representative during the trip. The participant has been fully and completely informed about this matter.
We meet three hours before the flight at Sabiha Gökçen Airport international departures terminal (1 calendar day before the departure flight date).
After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our flight to Tanja begins on a scheduled Air Arabia Airlines service. Upon our arrival at Tanja Airport, we transfer to Chefchaouen with our private bus waiting for us at the airport. We continue our journey to the Blue City Chefchaouen, whose fame has long exceeded the borders of Morocco. After our walk through its maze-like azure streets, we will have free time for shopping for our guests who wish to do so. After our tour, we set off towards Fes. Then the whole day is free time. Then, with our guests who wish, we depart for the extra organized Old Capital Fes & Medina Tour (35 Euro). After our walk in Fes through Bab-el Makhzen, the monumental gate of the royal palace, and the surrounding Jewish quarter Mellah, our Medina tour will include the Attarine Madrasa, Al-Qarawiyyin University, Nejarine Square, the bazaar where Morocco-specific jewelry and copper items are sold, the workshops where the world's finest ceramic craftsmanship is produced, and the tannery near the Fes River, where leather is still processed using traditional methods today. In this region, where Morocco’s Argan trees are most abundant, we first visit the Argan Oil Cooperative and receive information about Argan oil. Then we arrive in Essaouira, located on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. A former Portuguese city of world fame that reminds us of old Bodrum. Declared a “World Heritage” site by UNESCO, the city is not only a fishing port on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean and a seaside town where art and culture are intertwined, but it has also served as the setting for many productions such as Orson Welles’ Othello and the recently widely watched series Game of Thrones. The city’s fort, fishing port, and Medina, built by adapting old Roman cities, are among the places to see. You can explore the city and do enjoyable shopping among the narrow labyrinthine streets that you will never tire of wandering through. We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we depart for our panoramic city tour of Casablanca. Casablanca owes its fame to the famous Hollywood film Casablanca, which depicted the era and is remembered with the line “Play it again, Sam,” and to having hosted the negotiations of the parties during the world war and very intense espionage activities. Today, Casablanca is an industrial city with one of the largest ports in Africa and in the country. Among the places we will see panoramically are Muhammad V Square, Rick’s Cafe, inspired by the setting where the film Casablanca was shot, Hassan II Mosque, Anfa and Zerktouni boulevards, among the liveliest avenues of the modern city, and the bustling Corniche waterfront. Then, with our guests who wish, we depart for the extra organized Capital Rabat Tour (35 Euro). Rabat is located on the banks of the Bou Regreg River, surrounded by eucalyptus and cork oak forests. In Rabat, which has served as the capital of the country since the exiled king announced his return from this city, we visit Kasbah Oudaya, the Hassan Tower, and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V. We then depart for our Casablanca hotel. Dinner and accommodation at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel and check-out from the rooms, we transfer to Casablanca Airport at the time specified by our guide. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we fly to Istanbul on Air Arabia Airlines' scheduled flight. With our arrival at Sabiha Gökçen Airport, our tour and services come to an end.
