During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a greater distance than the stated km or in a different city. In such a case, you will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.

The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and are carried out panoramically with guide narration only from inside the vehicle, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. If, including panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program, the tours cannot be carried out due to roads being closed, because local authorities do not permit visits or entry on the day and time of the tour, or due to any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, Lidya Tour is not responsible for the inability to conduct the said tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.

Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. In cases where forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and the expenses incurred during delivery belong to the owner of the item.

Since the integrity and continuity of the group are essential for the guide in cases such as illness, loss, or theft, the guide cannot accompany guests individually in such negative situations.

When purchasing the tour, it is mandatory to provide the name, date of birth, and passport number exactly as stated in the passport. Air tickets are issued according to this information. Cancellation and change penalties arising from incorrect information will be collected from you.

During our tours, the times announced by our guide to the guests are the departure times, the time the vehicle wheels start turning. Our guide, who is responsible for equally protecting the rights of all our guests, will move the vehicle without any waiting at the meeting times. In such a case, our guest who arrives late will have to provide their own transportation to the next stop.

Extra tours are organized by the local agency we receive service from, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not met, the tours cannot be carried out, or the extra tour prices, content, and vehicle used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to whether the museums and archaeological sites at the destinations are open/closed and according to weather conditions. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.

In our classic packages where extra tours are not included, extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not want to participate in extra tours arranged during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility on the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a rest facility on the route before the extra tour starts and picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.

VISA

Visa is required for Turkish Republic citizens. For the visa application, it is necessary to apply with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel and the documents listed in the “Required Documents for Visa” list from our agency.

The visa must be obtained from the country of first entry of the tour or, at most, from the country where the longest stay will be made.

Holders of green passports are not subject to visa requirements, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel is sufficient.

The visa information stated in the program is the information applicable to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests holding a passport other than that of the Republic of Turkey should obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.

Having obtained a visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed; the passport police has the authority to deny your entry. Lidya Tour is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged; the passports obtained must be renewed and, if the country applies visas to T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

Since there is a possibility that a document showing the mutual consent of the parents may be requested by the police officer on duty at the country’s entry-exit points when our guests under the age of 18 travel alone or with only one of their parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
