IMPORTANT NOTES

 Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the tour, the final cancellation notice date by the agency is 21 days before the tour departure. Cancellation due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.

 In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying a name and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.

 During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified km distances or in a different city. In such a case, you will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.

 Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting no more than 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary and not including museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Lidya Tour is not responsible if, including panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program, the tour cannot take place on the day and time in question because local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or due to closed roads for any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.

 Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are foldable and coach beds, the tour participant shall be deemed to have accepted the possible crowding in the room and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply only to one child staying with 2 adults and fitting the relevant age group. No bed guarantee is provided in hotels for children aged 0-2.

 Breakfasts included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country in question and are generally offered as a limited menu, commonly called a continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall assigned to the group for groups.

 Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. Updated times will be communicated by your agency with the tour information.

 It is necessary to confirm tour flight times before purchasing a domestic flight. If the guest purchased the domestic connecting flight from a separate product provider independent of the agency, they cannot request any refund from the agency in case the trip is canceled by the agency or if there is a schedule change. The guest accepts in advance any financial or moral losses that may arise due to cancellation or changes to the tour when purchasing the tour. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for this situation.

 In accordance with airline rules; if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.

 Guests who join the tour without a flight must be present at the tour starting point on their own means and without any delay. Otherwise, they will arrange all transfers on their own.

 Lidya Tour is not responsible if participants do not show up at the specified airport at the times announced in accordance with airline rules for participation in the tour, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete check-in and boarding on time but cannot board the plane and therefore cannot take the flight. Any expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets required for guests who miss the plane to join the tour and transfers in the destination area, etc., are their own responsibility.

 The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs of the participants in the tour are their own responsibility, and Lidya Tour is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and the costs incurred during delivery belong to the owner of the item.

 In cases such as illness or loss/theft, since the integrity and continuity of the group are essential for the guide, the guide cannot accompany guests individually in such negative situations.

 When purchasing the tour, it is mandatory to provide the name, date of birth, and passport number exactly as shown in the passport. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Cancellation and change penalty fees for tickets arising from incorrect information will be collected from you.

 In some airlines, food and beverage services and online check-in may be subject to a fee.

 During the tour, a seat number cannot be guaranteed for bus use.

 During our tours, the times announced by our guide to the guests are the departure times, the time when the vehicle wheels start turning. Our guide, who is responsible for equally protecting the rights of all our guests, will move the vehicle without any waiting at the meeting times. In a possible situation, the guest who is late will need to reach the next stop using their own means.

 Extra tours are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not met, the tours cannot be carried out, or the extra tour prices, content, and vehicle used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to whether the museums and archaeological sites at the destinations are open/closed and according to weather conditions. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.

 In our classic packages where extra tours are not included, extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not want to join extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility on the route. These passengers will be left at a rest facility on the route before the extra tour begins and picked up from the point where they were left after the tour is completed.

 In programs where extra tours are included, it is mandatory to pay the museum & archaeological site entrance fees to the guide during the tour.

 Lidya Tour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays in scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. Lidya Tour is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

VISA

 A visa is required for T.R. citizens. For the visa application, you must apply through our agency with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the travel end date and the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list.

 The visa must be obtained from the country of first entry on the tour to be visited or from the country where the longest stay will be made.

 There is no visa requirement for green passport holders; a passport valid for at least 6 months from the travel end date is sufficient.

 The visa information specified in the program is the information applicable to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests with a passport other than that of the Republic of Turkey must obtain their visa information from the relevant consulates.

 Having obtained a visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed; passport police have the authority to refuse entry. Lidya Tour is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.

 In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or damaged in similar ways; the passports obtained must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.

 Since there is a possibility that our guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one of their parents may be asked by the police officer at the country entry/exit to present a document showing the mutual consent of both parents; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be careful about this matter.
