o Prices are not valid for groups; please ask for our special prices.

o The participant hereby accepts in advance that they will join the tours to be organized as stated in the tour program and will not disrupt the program, and that they will additionally pay to the tour representative during the trip the amount previously notified in the tour program for payments related to expenses such as local guide, museum & ruins entrance fees, city taxes, and if applicable audio headset system fees. The participant has been fully and completely informed on this matter.

IMPORTANT NOTES

For trips abroad, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for travel abroad and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry cannot be made with torn or worn passports.
For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents specified in the list of required visa documents that you can obtain from our agencies must be delivered to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date in full.
In cases such as fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may occur in cities, accommodation may be provided outside the promised distance and area. In such a case, the hotel area will be notified in writing to our agencies at least 30 days before the tour departure.
The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry on the tour to be visited, or at most from the country where the longest stay will be made; otherwise, Lidya Tour is absolutely not responsible if passport police do not allow entry into the country.
In case of tour cancellation, the visa fee and insurance fees are non-refundable.
Lidya Tour acts only as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers, and has no responsibility if the visa is not approved for any reason, does not arrive in time and/or mistakes occur in the visa, and the passenger has no right to compensation from Lidya Tour in any way.
Lidya Tour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Any cancellation or change of airline ticket due to incorrect information will be charged to guests as a no-show fee.
Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by our guests by calling the central office 48 hours before the departure dates.
The city where the plane will land may vary. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for any schedule changes and possible delays made by airlines.
Lidya Tour is not responsible for changes experienced in domestic connection flight transfers of guests who do not confirm the flight times and route.
The airline rule applies to group tickets, and according to the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.
In flights departing from Turkey, the standard baggage allowance is 20 kg. This may vary depending on the airline and the country of destination. On domestic flights in the countries visited, this allowance may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of Lidya Tour.
If the number of participants in the package tour is insufficient, the tour cancellation is notified to the consumer 21 days in advance.
The route stated in the tour program is a sample route and the tour route may change.
City introductory tours may be carried out on the next day/days according to the arrival time in the city.
The excursions stated in the programs may be carried out on another day outside the stated day/days at the guide's discretion for any reason.
Alternative tours en route take place if there are at least 6 participants from the group. Guests who do not wish to participate will be left at the rest stop.
Hotel accommodations during busy periods such as fairs, congresses, and seminars may be outside the city.
Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason to be visited or traveled to are not carried out. Alternative tours can be carried out if there is a minimum participation of 20 people; if participation is lower, they may be carried out at the guide's discretion and, if necessary, by changing prices. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
Museum and archaeological site entrance fees are not included in the prices.
Lidya Tour reserves the right to change hotel names provided the star category remains the same.
All hotel names specified in the programs are V.B. (and similar) and are written as examples in terms of star category and distance. This does not mean that accommodation will be provided at the specified hotel.
In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used; the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and / or an additional foldable extra bed. .
While traveling and when leaving the vehicles and hotels you use during your trip, please make sure you take all your belongings with you.
Child discounts apply only to children in a certain age group staying with 2 adults.
In cases where children under 18 who are not considered adults do not participate in the tour with one or both of their mother or father, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be kept with them during travel.
In case of cancellation and changes, the “AGENCY SALES AGREEMENT” applies.

Tour Program

Istanbul – Basel - Alsace

We meet at Sabiha Gökçen Airport, at the international departures terminal, three hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we depart for Basel on a scheduled AJet Airlines flight. After landing at Basel Airport, we set off for our panoramic Basel tour. We will take a short city tour in Basel, the cultural city of Switzerland. Built around the Rhine River, the city is quite impressive with its magnificent buildings. There are five different routes that can be followed to explore the center of Basel. All of them are named after famous figures in Basel’s history. By following Erasmus, Hans, Holbein, Jacob Burchardt, and Paracelcus, you can travel through historical eras in the city. During our city tour, we will see the narrow streets lined with historic houses in Greater Basel, the red and ornate town hall, and the cathedral square. After our tour, transfer to your hotel in Alsace and free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.

Alsace - Colmar - Strasbourg - Luxembourg

After breakfast at the hotel, departure for the fairy-tale city of Colmar. On our tour, the Old Customs House, Pfister House, and the colorful houses around the Rhine River, along with the city’s most famous district, Petite Venice (Little Venice), are among the places to be seen. In the unique setting surrounded by the Rhine River and its canals, you will have the opportunity to enjoy many delicious foods to suit your taste as well as buy many souvenirs. After our tour, departure for Strasbourg. During our tour in Strasbourg, a city on the Alsace Wine Route that bears French and German shared cultural and architectural features, we will see Little France, Cathedral Square, Notre Dame Cathedral, and Kammerz House. Luxembourg - Metz – Paris

After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we depart for our Luxembourg city tour. During the Luxembourg city tour, you will have the opportunity to see the Petrus Valley, the old city center and its narrow streets, the city cathedral, and the Duke’s Palace. After our tour, we visit the city of Metz, one of the most beautiful medieval cities in France. In this beautiful city with a 3,000-year history, located at the confluence of the Moselle and Seille rivers, places to see include Place d’Armes, Metz Cathedral, the German Gate, and Temple Neuf Church. After our Metz tour, we depart for Paris. You will be able to see Paris, the city of love that has been the subject of films, paintings, songs, and poems, in panoramic view, and have the opportunity to stroll along Champs Elysees Boulevard, the world’s most famous avenue. Paris

After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we set out on a city tour of Paris. On our full-day tour, we will ascend to the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower, the symbol of Paris as well as France, where we will have the opportunity to enjoy the city’s enchanting panoramic view. Afterwards, we go on a Seine River cruise by boat. You will get a close look at Paris’s most magnificent buildings and experience unforgettable moments passing under the bridges of the Seine River. Sights seen during this boat trip include the American Church, the National Assembly, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Orsay Museum, Cité Island, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Palace of Justice, the Conciergerie Prison, City Hall, the Museum of Modern Art, and the Louvre Palace. At the end of the tour, we will walk up to Montmartre Hill, known as Painter’s Hill, where bohemian life still continues today, through narrow streets and an atmosphere full of art. After seeing Sacré-Coeur (Vow Church) here, you will have free time for having your portrait drawn in Painter’s Square and for lunch. Afterwards, we depart for our panoramic city tour of Brussels. The most important feature that makes Grand Place, considered one of Europe’s most beautiful squares, distinctive is the use of three architectural styles together: Baroque, Gothic, and Louis XIV. During our tour, the Royal Palace, the Chinese and Japanese Houses, the Stock Exchange Building, Atomium, and Heysel Stadium are among the places to be seen. Brussels – Zaanse Schans – Amsterdam

After breakfast at the hotel, we set off for Amsterdam. Upon our arrival, we visit Zaanse Schans, the most famous open-air museum town reflecting the traditional lifestyle of the Netherlands. In this authentic town, famous for its windmills, wooden houses, cheese, and clog workshops, we will have the opportunity to closely explore the traces of the past. Amsterdam – Marken – Volendam – Düsseldorf

After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we depart for our panoramic city tour to explore Amsterdam. The historic Dam Square is one of the squares located in the heart of the city and hosting many events. The Royal Palace, rising right next to the square, draws attention with its impressive architecture and is among the places to be seen panoramically. Then we depart for our Marken & Volendam tour. Our first stop is Volendam, an old fishing town famous for its historic houses, colorful harbor, and unique clothing culture. Then we will depart to see Marken, which was once an island and is now connected to the mainland by a causeway. After our tour, upon our arrival in Dusseldorf, we will carry out our city tour. Dusseldorf - Cologne - Istanbul

After breakfast at the hotel, check out of the rooms and transfer to Cologne Airport at the time announced by your guide. Flight to Istanbul on Ajet Airlines scheduled service. Upon our arrival at Sabiha Gökçen Airport, the tour and our services come to an end.
