o The participant hereby accepts in advance that they will join the tours specified in the tour program and will not disrupt the program, and accordingly will additionally pay the tour representative during the trip the amount previously announced in the tour program for payments related to expenses such as local guide, museum & archaeological site entrances, city taxes, and audio headset systems if any. The participant has been fully and completely informed on this matter.

IMPORTANT NOTES
For trips abroad, it is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for travel abroad and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry cannot be made with torn or worn passports.
For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents listed in the required visa documents list, which you can obtain from our agencies, must be submitted complete to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
In cases such as fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may occur in cities, accommodation may be made outside the guaranteed distance and area. In such a case, the hotel area will be notified to our agencies in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure.
Lidya Tour is absolutely not responsible if the visa must be obtained from the first country entered on the tour to be taken or at most from the country where the longest stay will be made; otherwise, passport police do not allow entry into the country.
In case of tour cancellation, visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.
Lidya Tour is only an intermediary between the consulate and our customers, and has no responsibility if the visa is not approved for any reason, is not issued in time, and/or errors occur in the visa; the passenger has no right to any compensation from Lidya Tour under any circumstances.
Lidya Tour is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955.
During registration, the name on the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. For ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information, the no-show fee will be charged to the guests.
Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by our guests by calling the head office 48 hours before the departure date.
The city where the plane will land may vary. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for any schedule changes and possible delays that may be made by the airline companies.
Lidya Tour is not responsible for changes experienced in domestic connection flight transportation for guests who do not confirm flight times and routes.
The airline rule applies to group tickets; due to the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.
The standard baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country of destination. On domestic flights in destination countries, this allowance may be reduced to 15 kg. Extra baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Lidya Tour.
If there are not enough participants for the package tour, tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 21 days in advance.
The tour route specified in the tour program is an example route and the tour itinerary may change.
City sightseeing tours may be carried out the next day/days depending on the time of arrival in the city.
The excursions specified in the programs may be carried out on another day outside the specified day/days at the guide's discretion for any reason.
Alternative tours on the way take place provided that at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be left at the rest stop.
Hotel accommodations during busy periods such as fairs, congresses, and seminars may be outside the city.
Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be carried out. Alternative tours can be carried out if there is a minimum participation of 20 people; if participation is less, they can be carried out at the guide's discretion and, if necessary, with price changes. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
Museum and archaeological site entrance fees are not included in the prices.
Lidya Tour reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the star category remains the same.
All hotel names stated in the programs are V.B. (and similar) and are written as examples in terms of star category and distance. This does not mean that accommodation will be made in the hotel named.
In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or is an extra foldable/unfolding bed. .
While traveling and when leaving the vehicles and hotels you use during your trip, please make sure you have taken all your belongings with you.
Child discounts are valid only for children within certain age groups staying with 2 adults.
If children under 18 who are not considered adults do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be kept with them during the trip.
In case of cancellation and changes, the “AGENCY SALES AGREEMENT” applies.
We meet three hours before the flight at Sabiha Gökçen Airport international departures terminal. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we depart for Cologne on a scheduled AJet Airlines flight. Upon arrival, we begin our Cologne city tour with our private bus waiting for us at the airport. On our Cologne city tour, the Gothic Cathedral, shopping streets, and the Rhine River are among the sights to be seen. After the tour, transfer to your hotel in Amsterdam and free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our Marken & Volendam tour. In Volendam, an old fishing town, we visit historic houses and the harbor, and then we head to see Marken, a small island. Afterwards, we visit Zaanse Schans, famous for its windmills, the Netherlands’ most famous theme park. Then we depart for our Amsterdam city tour. On our tour, Dam Square and the Royal Palace are among the sights to be seen. After our tour, transfer to your hotel in Amsterdam and free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for Bruges. We will have the opportunity to see the market square and the Belfry Tower of this charming medieval city, famous for its chocolate, lace, and tapestries, as well as the enchanting view of Bruges. Afterwards, we will depart for the city center of Brussels. Free time for dinner and shopping. In your free time, you can also try waffles, the first choice that comes to mind when it comes to food and drink in Belgium, and the region’s famous fries. After our tour, transfer to your hotel in Brussels. Accommodation at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our Brussels tour. What makes Grand Place, considered one of the most beautiful squares in Europe, unique is the use of three architectural styles together: Baroque, Gothic, and Louis XIV. During our tour, the Royal Palace, Chinese and Japanese Houses, the Stock Exchange Building, Atomium, and Heysel Stadium are among the places to be seen. At the end of the tour, we depart for Paris. Among the places we will see panoramically are Paris, the city of love that has been the subject of films, paintings, songs, and poems, and the Eiffel Tower. After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, a city tour of Paris. On our full-day tour, we go up to the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower, the symbol of both Paris and France, where we will have the opportunity to enjoy the city’s breathtaking view. Then we set off on a Seine River cruise by boat. You will closely see Paris’s most magnificent buildings and experience unforgettable moments as you pass under the bridges of the Seine River. Among the sights to be seen during this boat tour are the American Church, the National Assembly, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Orsay Museum, Cité Island, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Palace of Justice, the Conciergerie Prison, City Hall, the Museum of Modern Arts, and the Louvre Palace. At the end of the tour, we will walk up to Montmartre Hill, known as the Artists’ Hill, where bohemian life still continues today, through narrow streets and an atmosphere full of art. After seeing Sacré-Coeur (the Church of Vows) here, you will have free time for having your portrait drawn in Artists’ Square and for lunch. In this beautiful city, which has 3,000 years of history and lies at the confluence of the Mosella and Seille rivers, places to see include Armory Square, Metz Cathedral, German Gate, and Temple Neuf Church. After our Metz tour, during our Luxembourg city tour you will have the opportunity to see the Petrus Valley, the old city center and its narrow streets, the city cathedral, and the Ducal Palace. After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Strasbourg. We then depart for the fairytale town of Colmar. On our tour, the Old Customs House, the Pfister House, and the colorful houses around the Rhine River are among the places to be seen, as well as the city’s most famous district, Petite Venice (Little Venice). In the unique setting surrounded by the Rhine River and its canals, you will have the opportunity to enjoy many delicious foods to suit your taste as well as buy many souvenirs. After breakfast at the hotel, we will check out of the rooms and transfer to the airport at the time your guide will announce. Flight to Istanbul on AJet Airlines scheduled service. With our arrival at Sabiha Gökçen Airport, the end of our tour and services.
