Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours organized for the general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically only from the vehicle with guide narration, without museum or site entrances. Lydya Tour is not responsible for the inability to carry out panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be visited or entered due to local authorities not allowing visits on the day and time coinciding with the tour, or due to any event, closed roads, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted, as far as possible.
3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and called coach beds, the tour participant is deemed to have acknowledged the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. VISA
There is a visa requirement for citizens of the Republic of Turkey. For the visa application, it is necessary to apply with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip and the documents listed in the “Documents Required for Visa” list.
The visa must be obtained from the first country entered on the tour or, at most, the country of longest stay.
There is no visa requirement for Green Passport holders; a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip is sufficient.
The visa information specified in the program is the information applicable to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests holding a passport other than that of the Republic of Turkey must obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
Having obtained a visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority not to let you into the country. Lydya Tour is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; passports obtained must be renewed and, if the country applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since our guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father may be asked by the police officer at the country entry/exit to present a document showing the mutual consent of the parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
