IMPORTANT NOTES

 Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date by the agency is 21 days before the tour departure. The tour cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

 In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a hotel name in the tour program and/or where there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.

 During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km or in a different city. In such a case, you will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.

 Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities and lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted only as a panoramic tour with guide commentary from the vehicle, excluding museum and archaeological site entrances. Lidya Tour is not responsible for the inability to carry out panoramic tours and other tours stated in the program, including those due to local authorities not permitting visits or entry on the day and time corresponding to the tour, due to any event, closed roads, or where weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible, in areas with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.

 3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are foldable or coach beds; therefore, the tour participant is deemed to have accepted the possible congestion in the rooms and the type of bed for 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply only to one child staying with 2 adults and fitting the relevant age group. Hotels do not guarantee beds for children aged 0-2.

 Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are offered in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally served as a limited menu, called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee; for groups, they may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

 Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. Updated times will be communicated by your agency with the tour information.

 Tour flight times must be confirmed before purchasing a domestic flight. If the guest purchased the domestic connection flight from a different provider independent of the agency, they cannot request any refund from the agency in the event that the tour is canceled by the agency or the flight time changes. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation/change of the tour when purchasing the tour. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for this situation.

 In accordance with airline rules; if the outbound flight of tickets purchased as round-trip is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.

 Our guests joining the tour without a flight must be present at the tour starting point on their own means and without any delay. Otherwise, they will arrange all their transfers on their own.

 Lidya Tour is not responsible if guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times announced in accordance with airline rules for joining the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but cannot board the plane, are unable to take the flight. All costs arising from obtaining new round-trip tickets required for the missed flight guests to join the tour and transfers in the destination area, etc., shall be borne by them.

 The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, and passports/IDs of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and Lidya Tour is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and the costs incurred during delivery are borne by the owner of the item.

 In cases such as illness or loss/theft, since the integrity and continuation of the group are essential for the guide, the guide cannot accompany guests one-to-one in such adverse situations.

 During the purchase of the tour, it is mandatory to provide the name as written in the passport, date of birth, and passport number correctly. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Cancellation and change penalties for tickets arising from incorrect information will be collected from you.

 At some airlines, food and beverage services and online check-in may be subject to a fee.

 During the tour, seat numbers in the bus cannot be guaranteed.

 During our tours, the times announced by our guide to the guests are departure times, the time the vehicle wheels turn. Our guide, who is responsible for equally considering the rights of all our guests, will depart the vehicle without waiting at the meeting times. In a possible situation, our late guest will have to arrange transportation to the next stop on their own.

 Extra tours are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required number is not met, excursions cannot be carried out or extra tour prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of the museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.

 In our classic packages, where extra tours are not included, extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at an available rest facility on the route. These passengers are dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and are picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.

 In programs where extra tours are included, payment of museum and archaeological site entrance fees to the guide during the tour is mandatory.

 Lidya Tour is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. Lidya Tour is obliged to inform these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

VISA

 There is a visa requirement for Turkish Republic citizens. For a visa application, it is necessary to apply with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel and with the documents specified in the “Required Documents for Visa” list.

 The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry on the trip or from the country where the longest stay will be made.

 There is no visa requirement for holders of green passports; a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel is sufficient.

 The visa information specified in the program is the information applicable to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Our guests holding a passport other than the Republic of Turkey must obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.

 Obtaining a visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority to refuse entry. Lidya Tour is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

 In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged; the passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

 Since it is possible that our guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father may be asked by the police officer on duty at the country’s entry-exit points for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be careful about this matter.
