Day 3                 Madrid – Granada

After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we depart for Granada. Guests who wish may join the optional Toledo Tour (45 Euros)’, which will be organized by our guide along the route. Toledo is a genuine open-air museum and the former capital of Spain, and is one of the most important cities on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Its cathedral, the most imposing in the country, hosts works by world-famous painters and rivals some of the world’s leading museums. Known as the city of El Greco, Toledo has remained unchanged since the 16th century. With structures bearing traces of Roman, Visigothic, Arab, Gothic, and Renaissance architecture, narrow streets, El Greco’s paintings, typical pastry shops, Damascene shops, and, of course, its famous cathedral, it is a tourist crossroads. Another tradition in Toledo, dating back to the time when the Arabs conquered the city, is the production of marzipan. A visit to Toledo cannot be considered complete without tasting this mouth-watering confection. Following our walk through the Jewish quarter, we depart for Granada. Upon arrival, the places to be seen during our panoramic Granada city tour include Bib Lambra Square, the Christopher Columbus Monument, the City Hall, and the Cathedral (from the outside). After our tour, transfer to the hotel and free time. Guests who wish to spend the evening in an entertaining atmosphere may join the optional Sacromonte Night Tour (55 Euros). On this tour, you will have the opportunity to watch the different interpretation of Flamenco performed by the Roma people living in Granada, in the stone houses where they live. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 4                 Granada

Breakfast at the hotel in the morning, followed by free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Cordoba & Seville Tour (105 Euros). On this tour, we will see the city where the Islamic civilization of Andalusia first began, the Jewish Quarter, and Plaza Mayor. Then, by visiting the structure that is the cathedral of today and the main mosque of the past, we will witness traces of the past. Following our tour, we continue toward Seville. Upon arrival, we will take a panoramic tour of this city built on the banks of the Guadalquivir River, seeing Plaza de España, the tobacco factory featured in Carmen, the Golden Tower, and the Jewish Quarter. After free time in front of Seville Cathedral, we return to Granada. Free time after arrival at the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 5                 Granada – Valencia

Breakfast at the hotel in the morning, followed by free time (check-out from the hotel will take place at 11:00). Guests who wish may join the optional Alhambra Palace Tour (80 Euros) [The Alhambra Palace tour will be conducted subject to palace availability]’. After visiting the Alhambra Palace, a testament that has survived to the present day as one of the highest achievements of Islamic architecture, we depart for Valencia. Upon arrival, we begin our city tour. In addition to being Spain’s third-largest city, it is also home to the country’s largest port; the city’s original name means power and strength in Latin. During our panoramic city tour of Valencia, the City of Arts and Sciences museum, Gothic Cathedral, Arena, City Hall, Historic Market, and Old Silk Exchange are among the places to be seen. Following the city tour, transfer to your hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

During our panoramic city tour, La Sagrada Familia, also known as the “Unfinished Church,” Spain and Catalunya Squares, Gaudi’s Houses (Casa Batlló and Casa Milà), Catalunya Square, La Rambla Street, and Port Olímpic are among the places to be seen. Following the city tour, transfer to your hotel. In the evening, guests who wish may join the optional Barcelona Night & Gothic Quarter Tour (35 Euros). On this tour, we will have the opportunity to see Barcelona illuminated, a city known as Europe’s city that never sleeps. Afterwards, we depart for the Gothic Quarter, which we have not visited before. In this quarter, after visiting Barcelona Cathedral, the Temple of Augustus, and Carrer del Bisbe, the area’s most famous street, we will have free time on La Rambla Street for dinner. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 7                 Barcelona

After breakfast, guests who wish may join the optional Girona & Figueras Tour (85 Euros)’, which will be organized by our guide. We begin our tour with Girona, located on the banks of the Onyar River and reminiscent of Florence at first sight, the richest city in the region. A charming medieval city worth seeing with its narrow streets and cathedral, Girona is also the city where the film Perfume was shot. During our panoramic tour, we will see the Lion Statue, Cathedral Square, houses with mezuzahs, the Jewish Quarter, Rambla, and its famous shops. After free time, we depart for the city of Figueras, accompanied by views of the Pyrenees Mountains. Here, we will visit the museum-house decorated by the famous surrealist painter Salvador Dali with his own hands.
