1. DAY ISTANBUL – ROME Meeting at the Pegasus Airlines counter in the Departures Terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport. After baggage and ticket procedures, flight with Pegasus Airlines. Following our arrival, we will proceed with our special bus waiting at the airport for a panoramic city tour of Rome. During our city tour, we will see Castel Sant’Angelo, where Cem Sultan was imprisoned, the Venice Square where Mussolini addressed the public, the II. Vittorio Emanuele monument, the Colosseum, known for gladiatorial battles, the Trevi Fountain, famous from the movie "Sweet Life," the Spanish Steps consisting of 135 steps, and the Spanish Steps with the shipwreck fountain. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Accommodation at our hotel. 2. DAY ROME After having breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests wishing to participate can join the extra Outlet & Lakes Region & Vatican Tour (80€ per person) organized by our guide. After visiting the area where popes lived during the summer and the Nemi village famous for its mountain strawberries, free time will be provided for shopping at the famous Castel Romano Outlet in Italy. Then we will head to St. Peter's Square, which is considered the center of Christianity. After our arrival, free time will be given for Basilica and Square visits. Guests wishing to join can participate in the extra Roma by Night Tour (35€ per person) organized by our guide. Accommodation at our hotel. *Today’s extra tours are part of combined operations. If taken separately, transportation to and from the tour starting/ending points will be done individually. 3. DAY ROME – FLORENCE After having breakfast at the hotel, we will head to Florence. Guests wishing to participate can join the extra Orvieto Tour (35€ per person) organized by our guide along the way. After visiting the ancient town center and Orvieto Duomo, we will head to Florence. Upon arrival, panoramic city tour of Florence. During our tour, we will see the Arno River that divides Florence, the Ponte Vecchio bridge famous for its jewelers, Palazzo Vecchio where the Medici Family ruled Florence, Piazza Della Signoria housing the renowned Hercules and David statues, and the Santa Maria del Fiore Duomo, which holds Italy’s third highest dome, along with its famous Baptistery. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel in Montecatini. Accommodation at our hotel. 4. DAY FLORENCE After having breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests wishing to participate can join the extra Pisa & Portofino Tour (110€ per person) organized by our guide. During our tour, we will visit the Leaning Tower of Pisa and Piazza dei Miracoli, followed by a boat trip to the world-famous Portofino village, which is the subject of many songs. You will not get enough of this small settlement located in the national park. After the tour, transfer back to the hotel. Accommodation at our hotel. 5. DAY FLORENCE – MILAN After having breakfast at the hotel, we will head to Milan. Guests wishing to participate can join the extra Bologna Tour (35€ per person) organized by our guide along the way. During our Bologna city tour, we will visit the Piazza Maggiore (Great Square), the Fountain of Neptune located right behind the square, the Old Stock Exchange building, the first university building in Europe, Quadrilatero (the old market), and the Garisenda and Asinelli towers, which have become symbols of Bologna. After the tour, we will head to Milan. Upon arrival, panoramic city tour of Milan. During our tour, we will see the Milan Cathedral, the second largest church in Italy, which took about 500 years to complete, the Fortress Castle, and the Vittorio Emanuele Gallery, home to the world’s most famous fashion stores. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Accommodation at our hotel. 6. DAY MILAN After breakfast, free time. Guests wishing to participate can join the extra Como Lake & Outlet & Lugano (Switzerland) Tour (95€) organized by our guide. During our tour, we will visit Lake Como, a glacial lake in the Lombardy region with breathtaking views set at the foot of the Alps. Then, there will be a shopping opportunity at the outlet where you can find world-renowned brands. After visiting the outlet, we will head to Lugano, one of the most elegant and affluent lake towns in Switzerland. After the tour, return to Milan and transfer back to the hotel. Accommodation at our hotel. 7. DAY MILAN – VENICE After having breakfast at the hotel, we will head to Venice. Guests wishing to participate can join the extra Verona & Lake Garda Tour (55€ per person) organized by our guide along the way. During our tour, we will see the house of Romeo and Juliet, Verona Arena, the Scaligero Bridge with its unique architecture, and the Verona Cathedral. After the Verona tour, we will visit Lake Garda, one of the most beautiful lakes in Northern Italy. Following the tour, we will move on to Venice. After arriving at Tronchetto Square, we will take a short boat ride to St. Mark’s Square and enjoy a panoramic city tour of Venice. During our city tour, we will see the famous St. Mark’s Square and Basilica, the Bridge of Sighs where prisoners looked back at Venice one last time before entering jail, the Grand Canal with its Rialto Bridge, the Doge’s Palace, the Bell and Clock Tower, and the Giorgio Maggiore Church. After the city tour, free time will be provided. Transfer back to the hotel. Accommodation at our hotel. 8. DAY VENICE – BOLOGNA – ISTANBUL After having breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Bologna Airport according to flight time. After completing luggage and check-in procedures, we will depart for Istanbul with Pegasus Airlines. With our arrival, the tour and our services will come to an end.

Extra tour prices stated in the tour program are per person.

Extra tours along the route will take place if at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to join will be kept at a rest stop, service area, etc.

In the event of fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may take place in cities, accommodation may be provided outside the promised distance and area. In such a case, the hotel region will be informed in writing to our agencies at least 30 days before the tour departure.

In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or is an additional foldable bed.

In some cities in Europe, since 3-person rooms are not available, a double room + single room may be provided by the hotels instead of a 3-person room.

Bed type requests are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.

It is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months for trips abroad. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for trips abroad, and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry cannot be made with torn or worn passports.

For a visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents listed in the visa-required documents list that can be obtained from our agencies must be submitted to the agency in full, with written approval, at least 1 month before the tour departure date.

The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry of the tour to be visited or from the country with the longest stay; otherwise, Lidya Tour is not responsible if passport police do not allow entry into the country.

In case of cancellation of the tour, visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.

Lidya Tour is only an intermediary between the consulate and our customers, and has no responsibility if the visa is not approved, does not arrive in time, and/or if there are errors in the visa for any reason; the passenger has no right to compensation from Lidya Tour in any way.

Lidya Tour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955.

During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as shown on the passport must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will result in a no-show fee being charged to the guests.

Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by our guests by calling the head office 48 hours before the departure dates.

The city where the plane lands may differ. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for time changes and possible delays made by the airline companies.

Lidya Tour is not responsible for any changes experienced in domestic connection flights by guests who do not confirm the flight times and route.

For group tickets, airline rules apply, and according to the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.

The baggage allowance on flights departing from Turkey is generally 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. On domestic flights in the destination countries, this weight may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Lidya Tour.

If the number of people joining the package tour is insufficient, tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 21 days in advance.

The route stated in the tour program is an example route, and changes may occur in the tour itinerary.

City sightseeing tours may be carried out on the following day/days depending on the time of arrival in the city.

The excursions stated in the programs may, at the guide's discretion and for any reason, be carried out on a different day than stated.

Alternative tours along the way will take place if at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to join will be kept at the rest stop.

During busy periods such as fairs, congresses, and seminars, hotel accommodation may be outside the city.

Tours or excursions that are not permitted to be visited or taken by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Alternative tours can be carried out if there is a minimum of 20 participants; if there are fewer participants, they may be carried out at the guide's discretion and, if necessary, with price changes. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot be carried out.

Entrance fees to museums and ruins are not included in the prices.

Lidya Tour reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the star category remains the same.

All hotel names stated in the programs are V.B. (and similar) and are written as examples in terms of star category and distance. This does not mean that accommodation will be made in the specified hotel.

Please make sure that you have collected all your belongings when leaving the vehicles you use during your trip and the hotels where you stay.

The child discount is only valid for children within a certain age group staying with 2 adults.

If children under the age of 18 who are not considered adults do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be carried with them during the trip.

In case of cancellation and change, the “AGENCY SALES CONTRACT” shall apply.
