Day 1 Istanbul – Bergamo – Milan
We meet you, our valued guests, in front of the Pegasus Airlines counter at the International Departures Terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport. After baggage and ticket procedures, we fly on Pegasus Airlines scheduled service. Upon arrival, we depart for a panoramic Milan city tour with our private bus waiting for us at the airport. On our tour, Milan Duomo, Italy’s second-largest church, which took about 500 years to complete, Fortezza Castle, and the Vittorio Emanuele Gallery, home to the world’s most famous fashion stores, will be among the sights to see. Day 2 Milan – Venice
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Venice. Guests who wish may join our guide’s optional Verona & Lake Garda Tour (€55 per person), arranged en route. On our tour, the house of Romeo & Juliet, the subject of the greatest love story in history, Verona Arena, Scaligero Bridge with its unique architecture, and Verona Cathedral will be among the sights to see. After our Verona tour, we will visit Lake Garda, one of the most beautiful lakes in Northern Italy. After the tour, departure for Venice. Upon arrival at Tronchetto Square, a short boat ride takes us to San Marco Square and a panoramic Venice city tour begins. Day 3 Venice – Florence
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Florence. Guests who wish may join our guide’s optional Bologna Tour (€35 per person). On our Bologna city tour, Piazza Maggiore (the Great Square), considered the center of Bologna, Neptune Fountain located right behind the square, the Old Stock Exchange Building, Europe’s first university building, Quadrilatero (the old market), and the Garisenda and Asinelli towers, which have become symbols of Bologna, will be among the sights to see. After the tour, departure for Florence. Upon arrival, a panoramic Florence city tour. On our tour, after seeing the Leaning Tower of Pisa and Miracle Square, we will go by boat to the world-famous town of Portofino, which is the subject of songs. Day 5 Florence – Rome
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Rome. Guests who wish may join our guide’s optional Orvieto Tour (€35 per person) en route. After visiting the ancient city center and Orvieto Duomo in Orvieto, which holds an important place in Italy’s art and general history and has extraordinary natural beauty, we depart for Rome. Upon arrival, a panoramic Rome city tour. On our city tour, Castel Sant’Angelo, where Cem Sultan was imprisoned, Piazza Venezia and the Vittorio Emanuele II monument, where Mussolini addressed the public, the Colosseum, which hosted gladiator battles, the Fountain of Lovers made famous by the film La Dolce Vita, the Spanish Steps consisting of 135 steps, and the Spanish Steps with the boat-shaped fountain will be among the sights to see. Day 6 Rome
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join our guide’s optional Outlet & Lakes Region & Vatican Tour (€80 per person). After visiting the region of natural beauty where the popes lived during the summer months and Nemi village, famous for its wild strawberries and a place you would want to live in forever, free time for shopping at the famous Castel Romano Outlet area. Then we head to San Pietro Square, considered the center of Christianity. Upon arrival, free time to visit the Basilica and Square. Guests who wish may join our guide’s optional Rome by Night Tour (€35 per person). Accommodation at our hotel.

Day 7 Rome
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join our guide’s optional Naples & Pompeii Tour (€105 per person). The first stop of our tour, Pompeii, remained under 7 meters of earth until the 18th century as a result of the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD. After excavations carried out at that time, we will have the opportunity to see the houses, palaces, and petrified people that emerged. After visiting the Pompeii open-air museum, we head to Naples. Upon arrival, a panoramic Naples city tour. The extra tour prices stated in the tour program are per person.
Extra tours along the route will take place provided that at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to join will be left at a rest stop, service area, etc.
In cases such as fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may occur in cities, accommodation may be provided outside the committed distance and region. In such a case, the hotel region will be communicated in writing to our agencies at least 30 days before the tour departure.
In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or is an additional foldable extra bed.
Since 3-person rooms are not available in some cities in Europe, a double room + single room may be provided by hotels instead of a 3-person room.
Requests for bed type depend on hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.
A passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory for trips abroad. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for travel abroad and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry cannot be made with torn or worn passports.
For a visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents listed in the visa-required documents list, which you can obtain from our agencies, must be delivered to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date, complete and without omissions.
In cases such as fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may occur in cities, accommodation may be provided outside the committed distance and region. In such a case, the hotel region will be communicated in writing to our agencies at least 30 days before the tour departure.
The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry on the tour to be taken or from the country where the longest stay will be made; otherwise, Lidya Tour is in no way responsible for passport police not allowing entry into the country.
In case of cancellation of the tour, the visa fee and insurance fees are non-refundable.
Lidya Tour acts only as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers, and bears no responsibility if the visa is not approved for any reason, is not issued in time, and/or errors occur in the visa; the passenger has no right to compensation from Lidya Tour in any way.
Lidya Tour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955.
During registration, the name on the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. The no-show fee for cancellation or changes to airline tickets resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
Flight times may change before departure and all times must be confirmed in writing by our guests by calling the head office 48 hours before the departure dates.
The city where the plane lands may vary. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for any time changes or possible delays made by the airline companies.
Lidya Tour is not responsible for changes in domestic connection flight transfers experienced by guests who do not confirm the flight times and route.
The airline rules apply to group tickets, and according to the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.
The baggage weight on flights departing from Turkey is generally 20Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. On domestic flights in the destination countries, this weight may be reduced to 15Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Lidya Tour.
If the number of participants in the package tour is insufficient, the cancellation of the tour will be notified to the consumer 21 days in advance.
The tour route specified in the tour program is a sample route and the tour itinerary may change.
City tours may be carried out on the following day/days depending on the arrival time in the city.
The excursions specified in the programs may be conducted on a different day other than the specified day/days at the discretion of the guide for any reason.
Alternative tours along the way will take place provided that at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to join will be left at the rest stop.
During busy periods such as fairs, congresses, and seminars, hotel accommodation may be outside the city.
Tours or excursions that are not permitted by local authorities to be visited or attended for any reason will not be carried out. Alternative tours can be carried out if there is a minimum participation of 20 people; if there is less participation, they may be carried out at the discretion of the guide and, if necessary, with changed prices. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
Entrance fees to museums and historical sites are not included in the prices.
Lidya Tour reserves the right to change hotel names while keeping the star category the same.
All hotel names stated in the programs are V.B. (and similar) and are written as examples in terms of star category and distance. This does not mean that accommodation will be provided in the specified hotel.
