• The AGENCY is not responsible for problems arising from the failure to submit the required visa documents on time and in full.
• Obtaining a visa does not mean that entry into that country will be granted. Passport control officers have the authority to refuse entry to a person. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Since extra beds are provided in triple rooms at hotels, the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed. Some hotels do not provide a third bed. The AGENCY will inform its guests of this during the sale of packages involving such hotels.
• Child prices are valid only on the condition that the children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th persons. For the 0–2 age child policy, the child must not have reached the age of 2 by the return date of the tour; for the 3–12 age child policy, the child must not have reached the age of 12 by the return date of the tour.
• The AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external factors.
• If participation in the tour is insufficient, the AGENCY will notify its guests of the cancellation/change 21 days before the tour departure.
• The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
• There is a 20 kg baggage allowance on domestic low-cost flights.
• The AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided that their category remains the same.
• Optional tours are organized subject to a minimum participation requirement. They may not be organized when participation is insufficient. If the number of participants is insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide and a new arrangement may be made.
• Guests who will not participate in optional tours to be conducted en route will be directed by our guide to rest areas located before the city entrances.
• Tours that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities for any reason during the tour will not be carried out. The AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• In the event of cancellation or change, the “AGENCY SALES AGREEMENT” shall apply.
• Two of the evening meals you will have during the cruise are formal dinners, and every male passenger who wishes to dine there is advised to bring at least one suit, while female passengers are advised to bring at least one evening dress.
• During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner will have been determined in advance and numbered according to names. Therefore, from the first meal to the last meal on board, everyone will sit in the places determined in advance.
• During check-in on the ship, without exception, every passenger (only one person in the case of couples) must present a credit card to the ship’s reception or pay a cash deposit when collecting the cabin keys. Cash is not accepted anywhere on board except in the casino. EUR and credit cards are accepted on board. You can check all your expenses on the televisions in your rooms.
• It is strictly prohibited to bring alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc. onto the ship.
• At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags in specific colors for all the luggage of our group will be provided to you together with your cruise ticket. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
• Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late in the evening on the first day of the ship’s departure. This is caused by the high volume and crowds and is entirely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, on the first day you board the ship, it is advisable to put essential items in a small hand luggage bag and take it with you.
• The ship’s departure times must be strictly observed. At ports, passengers must board the ship no later than 60 minutes before our ship’s departure time. Otherwise, you may be unable to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.

We can liken cruise ships to state-of-the-art floating deluxe hotels. You can follow the daily program indicating the activities from the ship’s newspaper delivered to your cabin every evening for the following day. You can think of this newspaper as a bulletin containing all the information about what will happen on the ship that day, including all activities to be held on board, the weather forecast, information about the port of call, and contact details for reservations at special restaurants or the spa. The most widely spoken language on board is English. If you are on a program with a Turkish-speaking guide, our guide supports you with everything from the ship’s bulletins to restaurant menus and prepares special bulletins for you, our valued guests.
When boarding the ship, you must check in at the check-in desk located at the ship’s entrance, where you will hand over your luggage and passport and provide your credit card details (a deposit will be taken for possible expenses). Once your passport is handed over at the beginning of the journey, it will only be returned to you at the end of the tour. After handing your passport over to the ship, you will be given a Boarding-Card. You will use this card as your passport, your cabin key, and for all transactions you make on board. Various details, such as your first and last name, cabin number, and dining seating, are written on the Boarding-Card.
There is a dress code for passengers on board. Since the ship hosts special events such as the captain’s welcome dinner and gala night, we kindly ask you to bring elegant and classic clothes with you. You can follow events such as the gala night, welcome dinner, and other special functions through the ship’s newspaper mentioned above. The dress code is also specified in the bulletin.
On cruise ships, there are buffet restaurants where you can eat something at any time for 20 hours of the day. In addition to breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the main restaurant included in your fare, there are fast-food outlets and buffets. There are also specialty restaurants on board, such as a Thai restaurant and a steakhouse. You can make a reservation at these restaurants in advance and enjoy special dishes prepared by specialty chefs. Themed restaurants are subject to an additional charge.
Cruise ships offer many facilities and activities for families with children. There are children’s pools and kids’ clubs on board where children can spend time.
Cruise ships are designed by engineers not to sway during travel, and ship captains are specially trained. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the ship, including your cabin. You may smoke on the open deck in areas where there is no sign prohibiting smoking and where ashtrays are provided. There are doctors and nurses on board. Ships also have accessible cabins.
