Need to Know
  • Provided that passports and the required documents are submitted in full, AGENCY will assist with obtaining visas. For international trips, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory.
  • AGENCY is not responsible for problems arising from the failure to submit the required visa documents on time and in full.
  • Having obtained a visa does not mean that entry into that country will be granted. Passport police have the authority to refuse a person entry into the country. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
  • Since extra beds are used in triple rooms at hotels, the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed. Some hotels do not provide a third bed. For packages involving such hotels, AGENCY will inform its guests at the time of sale.
  • Child prices are valid only on the condition that the children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th persons. For the 0–2 age child policy, the child must not have reached the age of 2 on the tour return date; for the 3–12 age child policy, the child must not have reached the age of 12 on the tour return date.
  • AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external circumstances.
  • If participation in the tour is insufficient, AGENCY will notify its guests of the cancellation/change 21 days before the tour departure.
  • AGENCY acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that the flight details may change.
  • There is a 20 kg baggage allowance on domestic low-cost flights.
  • AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided that their category remains the same.
  • Extra tours are organized subject to a minimum participation requirement. They may not be organized if participation is insufficient. If the number of participants is insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide and a new arrangement may be made.
  • For extra tours to be taken along the route, guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed by our guide to rest areas located before the city entrances.
  • Tours that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities for any reason during the tour will not be conducted. AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
  • In case of cancellation or change, the “AGENCY SALES CONTRACT” shall apply.
  • Two of the dinners you will have during the cruise are formal dinners, and every male passenger wishing to dine there is advised to bring at least one suit, while female passengers are advised to bring at least one evening dress.
  • During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner will have been determined in advance and numbered according to names. Therefore, from the first meal to the last meal on board, everyone will sit in the places determined in advance.
  • During check-in on the ship, every passenger without exception (only one person for couples) must present a credit card to the ship’s reception or pay a cash deposit when collecting the cabin keys. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except in the casino. EUR currency and credit cards are accepted on the ship. You can view all your expenses on the televisions in your cabins.
  • It is strictly forbidden to bring alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc. onto the ship.
  • At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags in designated colors for all the luggage of our group will be delivered to you together with your cruise ticket. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
  • Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late in the evening on the first day of the ship’s departure. This is caused by the volume and crowds and is entirely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, on the first day you board the ship, it is advisable to put the essentials you will need in a small handbag and carry it with you.
  • The ship’s departure times must be strictly observed. At ports, you must board the ship no later than 60 minutes before our ship’s departure time. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
  • At the end of our cruise, you must pack your luggage, attach the tags that will have been left in your cabins the previous night, and leave your luggage in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After completing the disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the station where the group’s luggage is located. WE STRONGLY REQUEST THAT EACH OF OUR GUESTS COLLECT THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
  • ALL GUESTS MUST CARRY THEIR ROUND-TRIP AIRLINE TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. GUESTS WHO DO NOT PRINT OUT THEIR TICKETS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN COUNTRY / SHIP ENTRY.

Day 1    ISTANBUL – BERGAMO - SAVONA
Meeting in front of the Pegasus Airlines counter at the international departures terminal of Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 05:50. Departure for Bergamo at 08:50 on Pegasus Airlines flight PC 1211. After arriving at 10:30 local time, we board our waiting bus and set off for the port of Savona. Free time to settle into the cabins after completing the check-in procedures. Our ship will depart the port at 16:30.  

Day 2    BARCELONA
Our ship will dock at the port of Barcelona at 14:00. Guests who wish may join the “Barcelona City Tour,” which will be organized as an optional excursion by their guides. We begin our panoramic city tour of Barcelona, one of Europe’s most beautiful metropolises, with our private vehicle from the port. During our city tour, Sagrada Familia will first be seen from the outside. Afterwards, La Rambla, the Christopher Columbus Monument, the Maremagnum artificial harbor, , Catalunya Square, Paseu de Gracia Avenue, where Gaudi’s houses have been transformed into a street museum, and his principal work, Sagrada Familia, are among the places we will see. After free time for shopping, we will return to our ship. Our ship will depart the port at 19:30 in the evening.

Day 3    AT SEA
On this day spent sailing at sea, you can spend your time using the ship’s indoor and outdoor pools and activities such as fitness and sauna, or shopping at the duty-free stores. You may also wish to have an enjoyable time at the bar accompanied by shows and music and try your luck at the casino. 

Day 4    CADIZ
Our ship will dock at the port at 07:30 in the morning. Guests who wish may join the “Cadiz City Tour,” which will be organized as an optional excursion by their guides. We begin our city tour with our private vehicle from the port. It is an important city in Spain’s Andalusia Region and is home to the navy. After exploring its historical and cultural sites, we will have free time for shopping and return to our ship. Our ship will depart the port at 17:00 in the evening.

Day 5    LISBON
Our ship will dock at the port at 10:00 in the morning. After breakfast, guests who wish may join the optional “Estoril & Cascais” excursion organized by their guides. Return to the ship after the tour. After dinner, guests who wish may join the optional Fado Night tour organized by our guide. Overnight stay will be on our ship. 

Day 6    LISBON
After breakfast, guests who wish may join the optional “Lisbon City Tour” organized by their guides. We begin our tour of Lisbon, one of Europe’s most colorful capitals, with the Jerónimos Monastery in the Belem district and the Belem Tower on the oceanfront. Afterwards, during our walking tour in the old city center known as Baixa, we will have the opportunity to see Praça do Comércio, the old trading square where ships from distant colonies unloaded their cargo, Rua Augusta, and Praça dos Restauradores. Our ship will depart the port at 14:00.

Day 7    GIBRALTAR
Our ship will dock at the port at 13:00 at noon. After breakfast, guests who wish may join the optional “Gibraltar Tour” organized by their guides. On our tour, which begins after disembarking, we travel by private vehicles up to the "Rock of Gibraltar," Gibraltar’s iconic landmark, and visit St. Michael’s Cave; after this impressive natural formation filled with stalactites and stalagmites, we have the chance to observe the region’s friendly Barbary macaques in their natural habitat. Afterwards, we take a photo break at a panoramic viewpoint overlooking the point where the continents of Europe and Africa meet and enjoy the unique view of the Strait of Gibraltar. After descending from the rock, we proceed to the city center and take a short walk along Main Street. We complete our tour with shopping and a café break during free time and return to our ship. Our ship will depart the port at 19:00 in the evening.

Day 8    MALAGA
Our ship will dock at the port of Malaga at 08:00 in the morning. Guests who wish may join the “Malaga City Tour,” which will be organized as an optional excursion by their guides. We set off for Malaga, a port and coastal city established on the Mediterranean coast along the "Costa del Sol." Paseo de Parque (Park Avenue), Plaze de la Merced, Cervantes Theater, Puerto Marina (Harbor), and La Alcazaba are among the places we will see. After free time for shopping, we will return to our ship. Our ship will depart the port at 18:00 in the evening.

Day 9    CARTAGENA
Our ship will dock at the port of Cartagena at 08:00 in the morning. Guests who wish may join the “Cartagena City Tour,” which will be organized as an optional excursion by their guides. During this unforgettable Cartagena city tour, we discover the epic history and views of San Felipe de Barajas Castle and conduct our tour through the colorful streets of San Diego, artisan shops, and the charm of the colonial era. After free time for shopping, we will return to our ship. Our ship will depart the port at 18:00 in the evening.
 

Day 10    AT SEA
On this day spent sailing at sea, you can spend your time using the ship’s indoor and outdoor pools and activities such as fitness and sauna, or shopping at the duty-free stores. You may also wish to have an enjoyable time at the bar accompanied by shows and music and try your luck at the casino. 

Day 11    MARSEILLE
Our ship will dock at the port of Marseille at 09:00 in the morning. Guests who wish may join the optional “Marseille Panoramic City Tour & Aix En Provence” organized by their guides. We first begin our city tour of Marseille. Afterwards, the Longchamp Fountain, Saint Charles train station, the old city, Hôtel de Ville, and the marina area are among some of the places to be seen.  We will then travel to Aix-en-Provence, located 40 minutes from Marseille. We will begin with the famous 12th-century St. Saviour’s Cathedral, with its Romanesque façade and covered arched walkway. Later, during a pleasant walk through the old part of the city, you will see the ancient inns located here and the Mazarino district, designed in the 17th century by the brother of Cardinal Mazarin. After completing the check-in procedures, free time to settle into the cabins. Our ship will depart the port at 18:00 in the evening. 

Day 12    SAVONA – BERGAMO - ISTANBUL
Our ship will dock at the port of Savona at 08:30. After breakfast on board, we disembark. We depart for Bergamo in our private bus waiting at the port. After arriving at the airport and completing the baggage and check-in procedures, departure for Istanbul at 15:30 on Pegasus Airlines flight PC 1214. Arrival at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen at 20:10 local time. We look forward to meeting you on another enjoyable trip!

The package includes:
water, coffee, brewed beverages, hot chocolate, iced teas, fruit juices, non-alcoholic drinks by the glass, Crodino and classic non-alcoholic cocktails.
