Need to Know

IMPORTANT NOTES
•    The AGENCY will assist with obtaining visas provided that passports and all required documents are submitted in full. For international trips, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory.
•    The AGENCY is not responsible for problems arising from the failure to submit the required visa documents on time and in full.
•    Obtaining a visa does not mean that entry into that country will be granted. Passport control officers have the authority to refuse entry to a person. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger.
•    Since extra beds are provided in triple rooms at hotels, the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed. Some hotels do not provide a third bed. The AGENCY will inform its guests of this during the sale of packages involving such hotels.
•    Child prices are valid only on the condition that the children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th persons. For the 0–2 age child policy, the child must not have reached the age of 2 by the return date of the tour; for the 3–12 age child policy, the child must not have reached the age of 12 by the return date of the tour. 
•    The AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external factors.
•    If participation in the tour is insufficient, the AGENCY will notify its guests of the cancellation/change 21 days before the tour departure.
•    The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
•    There is a 20 kg baggage allowance on domestic low-cost flights.
•    The AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided that their category remains the same.
•    Optional tours are organized subject to a minimum participation requirement. They may not be organized when participation is insufficient. If the number of participants is insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide and a new arrangement may be made.
•    Guests who will not participate in optional tours to be conducted en route will be directed by our guide to rest areas located before the city entrances.
•    Tours that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities for any reason during the tour will not be carried out. The AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
•    In the event of cancellation or change, the “AGENCY SALES AGREEMENT” shall apply.
•    Two of the evening meals you will have during the cruise are formal dinners, and every male passenger who wishes to dine there is advised to bring at least one suit, while female passengers are advised to bring at least one evening dress.
•    During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner will have been determined in advance and numbered according to names. Therefore, from the first meal to the last meal on board, everyone will sit in the places determined in advance. 
•    During check-in on the ship, without exception, every passenger (only one person in the case of couples) must present a credit card to the ship’s reception or pay a cash deposit when collecting the cabin keys. Cash is not accepted anywhere on board except in the casino. EUR and credit cards are accepted on board. You can check all your expenses on the televisions in your rooms.
•    It is strictly prohibited to bring alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc. onto the ship.
•    At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags in specific colors for all the luggage of our group will be provided to you together with your cruise ticket. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
•    Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late in the evening on the first day of the ship’s departure. This is caused by the high volume and crowds and is entirely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, on the first day you board the ship, it is advisable to put essential items in a small hand luggage bag and take it with you.
•    The ship’s departure times must be strictly observed. At ports, passengers must board the ship no later than 60 minutes before our ship’s departure time. Otherwise, you may be unable to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
•    At the end of our cruise, you must pack your luggage, attach the tags that will have been left in your cabins the night before, and leave your luggage in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After completing the disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the station where the group’s luggage is located. WE STRONGLY REQUEST THAT EACH OF OUR GUESTS COLLECT THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
•    ALL GUESTS MUST KEEP THEIR ROUND-TRIP AIRLINE TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. GUESTS WHO DO NOT PRINT OUT THEIR TICKETS ARE THEMSELVES RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTRY INTO THE COUNTRY / SHIP.

Day 1     ISTANBUL – MILAN - SAVONA
Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal. Meeting in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at 04:30. Departure for Milan at 06:55 on Turkish Airlines flight TK 1873. After our arrival at 08:40 local time, we board the bus waiting for us and depart for the port of Savona. Free time to settle into the cabins after completing the check-in procedures. Our ship departs the port at 17:00 in the evening. 

Day 2     CIVITAVECCHIA
Our ship will dock at the port of Civitavecchia at 08:30 in the morning. Free time after having breakfast on board. Guests who wish may participate in the ‘Rome city tour’ to be organized as an optional excursion by our guide. During our city tour, the places to be visited include St. Peter’s Square and Basilica, considered the center of Christianity; Castel Sant’Angelo, where Cem Sultan was imprisoned; Venice Square, where Mussolini addressed the public, and the monument to Vittorio Emanuele II; the Colosseum, which hosted gladiator battles; the Trevi Fountain, made famous by the film La Dolce Vita; the Spanish Steps consisting of 135 steps and the Barcaccia Fountain. Free time after the tour. Return to the ship afterward. Our ship will depart the port at 19:00 in the evening.

Day 3    NAPLES
Our ship will dock at the port of Naples at 09:00 in the morning. Afterwards, the ‘Naples panoramic city tour & Pompeii’ organized as an optional excursion by our guide begins. During our city tour, the places to be visited include Plebiscito Square, the central square of Naples; the Royal Palace built in the 17th century; Castel Nuovo (New Castle); the Basilica of San Francesco di Paola, inspired by St. Peter’s Square and the Pantheon in Rome; the Galleria Umberto I, home to numerous shops; the Teatro di San Carlo, built in 1737 and included on the UNESCO World Heritage List; and the Port of Naples. We then continue for our Pompeii tour. Return to the port of Naples. Our ship will depart the port at 19:00 in the evening.

Day 4   PALERMO
Our ship will dock at the port of Palermo at 08:00 in the morning. Guests who wish may participate in the “Palermo & Cefalu City Tour” to be organized as an optional excursion by their guide. We continue to Palermo after spending time in the charming fishing town of Cefalu, located on the coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea, visiting its 12th-century historic cathedral, fishermen’s gate and distinctive streets. Upon our arrival in Palermo, we begin our city tour. The places to be visited during our tour include Cappella Palatina, San Giovanni Cathedral, Politeama Square, the Norman Palace, Quattro Canti Square, Via Roma and Via Liberta. Our ship will depart the port at 16:00 in the evening.

Day 5    LA VALLETTA
Our ship will dock at the port of Valletta at 09:00. After having breakfast on board, guests who wish may participate in the ‘Valletta city tour’ to be organized as an optional excursion by our guide. During our tour, we will explore the city by walking through the lively streets of the capital Valletta. Our first stop will be the “Barracca Gardens,” built on the upper section of the defensive walls surrounding this magnificent city. Built by the Knights of St. John, these gardens also offer magnificent views of the Grand Harbour and the three old cities surrounded by walls. Our next stop will be “St. John’s Co-Cathedral.” Built in the Baroque style, this cathedral, despite its plain exterior appearance, has very rich interior decoration and is home to paintings by the famous artist Caravaggio. As our walk continues among the historically significant buildings of the capital, we will see the “Grandmaster’s Palace” and the “Prime Minister’s Residence.” Return to the port of Valletta afterward. Our ship will depart the port at 19:00.

Day 6    AT SEA
On this day spent sailing at sea, you can spend your time using the ship’s outdoor and indoor pools, enjoying activities such as fitness and sauna, or shopping at the duty-free stores. In addition, you may wish to have an enjoyable time at the bar accompanied by shows and music and try your luck at the casino. 

Day 7    CRETE
Our ship will dock at the port of Heraklion at 09:00 in the morning.  Crete is the largest island in Greece and the 5th largest in the Mediterranean. After breakfast on board, guests who wish may participate in the Crete City Tours to be organized as optional excursions. Places to visit and see include the Palace of Knossos, where the Minotaurs, known as half-human and half-bull creatures, are believed to have lived in labyrinths, and the Venetian Port. Our ship will depart the port at 18:00.

Day 8  PIRAEUS
Our ship will dock at the port of Piraeus at 05:00 in the morning. Piraeus, serving as the port of Athens, is the gateway to the Acropolis, the symbol of Ancient Greek civilization, and the city’s historic center. After breakfast on board, guests who wish may participate in the Athens City & Acropolis Tours to be organized as optional excursions. Return to our ship after the tour. Our ship will depart the port at 23:00.

Day 9    AT SEA
On this day spent sailing at sea, you can spend your time using the ship’s outdoor and indoor pools, enjoying activities such as fitness and sauna, or shopping at the duty-free stores. In addition, you may wish to have an enjoyable time at the bar accompanied by shows and music and try your luck at the casino. We will be sailing through the Dardanelles between 17:45 and 18:45.

Day 10     ISTANBUL 
Our ship will dock at Istanbul Galataport at 07:00 in the morning. After having breakfast on board, we disembark. We look forward to meeting you on another enjoyable journey!

They will have a wide range of non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy at any time of the day; from fruit juices to iced teas, from non-alcoholic cocktails to the popular Crodino.
The package includes:
water, coffee, brewed beverages, hot chocolate, iced teas, fruit juices, non-alcoholic drinks by the glass, Crodino and classic non-alcoholic cocktails.

-Must be purchased by all guests with the same booking number and/or travelling in the same cabin.
-Can be used in all bars on board. Not valid in themed restaurants (such as Archipelago and Steak House).
