Day 1                 Istanbul – Berlin – Poznan

Meeting with our valued guests in front of the Pegasus Airlines counter at the International Departures Terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Following the baggage and ticket procedures, flight to Berlin with a scheduled Pegasus Airlines flight. Upon arrival, departure for Poznan by our private bus waiting for us at the airport. Upon arrival in Poznan, check-in at our hotel and overnight stay.


 Day 2                 Poznan – Warsaw

After breakfast, we begin our Poznan city tour. During our city tour, we will see Poland’s largest greenhouse, “The Palm House,” the Market Square, the City Hall, which best reflects the influence of the Renaissance on the country, St. Maria Magdelana Collegiate Church, one of the most beautiful Baroque structures in the country, and Freedom Square. Following our tour, we depart for Warsaw. Afterwards, our guests may join the Torun Tour organized by our guide along the route. Torun reflects medieval Gothic architecture and contains monumental churches made entirely of brick, a historic town hall, and city walls. Torun, the city where Mikaloj Kopernik, who proved that the world is not at the center of the universe, was born and raised, is included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Following a visit to the old city center, the Town Hall, and Copernicus’s house, departure for Warsaw and overnight stay at our hotel.


Day 3                 Warsaw – Krakow

After breakfast, a panoramic Warsaw city tour will be organized. Places to be seen include the Royal Castle panoramically, the column statue of Zygmunt Waza III, Royal Square, Bell Square, the Barbican, the monumental gate to the city, the Sirena Mermaid monument, and Madame Curie’s house. Following our tour, our guests may join the Czestochowa Tour we will organize along the route. Known as Poland’s open-air museum, Czestochowa is a world-famous city featuring the Black Madonna painting and the Pauline Monastery of Jasna Gora, home to the sanctuary of the Virgin Mary. After visiting this holy city, which attracts more than 5 million visitors every year, we depart for Krakow. Transfer to the hotel and room allocation. Overnight stay at our hotel.


Day 4                 Krakow

After breakfast, our panoramic Krakow city tour begins. In this city, where Pope John Paul II was elected pope while he was an archbishop, we will first see the historic city center, which is included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. In this square, one of the largest in Europe and surrounded by countless historic buildings, you will feel as if you are walking through medieval Europe. Afterwards, we will see Wawel Castle and Wawel Cathedral, where Pope John Paul II delivered his first sermon as a priest. Other places to be seen include the Market Square, the Cloth Market–Sukiennice Covered Market, St. Mary’s Basilica, Florianska Street, the Barbican, and the Slowacki Theatre. Following the city tour, our guests may join the Wieliczka Salt Mine Tour organized by our guide. The Wieliczka Salt Mine, used as a rock salt mine in the 13th century and later featuring sculptures carved from salt, was transformed into an underground city through artistic works and is also included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. After the excursion, transfer to the hotel. In the evening, our guests who wish to spend the evening enjoying themselves may join the Polish Night with Dinner. We will spend the evening at a local restaurant where local flavors can be enjoyed accompanied by live music. Following our tour, transfer to the hotel and overnight stay at our hotel.


Day 5                 Krakow – Wroclaw

After breakfast, we depart for Wroclaw. Afterwards, our guests may join the Auschwitz Nazi Camp Tour organized by our guide along the route. We visit the Auschwitz–Birkenau Nazi camp, included on the UNESCO World Heritage List, where approximately 1.5 million Jews were systematically tortured and murdered during the Second World War. Following our tour, arrival in Wroclaw and a Wroclaw city tour. During our city tour, we will see the Market Square in the historic center and the City Hall, construction of which began in the 13th century and which is still used today for social and cultural events. Afterwards, we will see Ostrow Tumski, “Cathedral Island,” whose history dates back to the 9th century and which is the oldest part of the city. Following our tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.


Day 6                 Wroclaw – Berlin

After breakfast, we depart for Berlin.  Afterwards, our guests may join the Dresden Tour organized by our guide along the route. Following our arrival in Dresden, our city tour begins. Places to be seen include the Semper Opera House, Theatre Square, the Church of Our Lady, Martin Luther Square, and Prague Street. After seeing Dresden, we depart for Berlin. Arrival in Berlin and overnight stay at our hotel.


Day 7                 Berlin

After breakfast, Berlin city tour. Places to be seen during our panoramic Berlin city tour include Alexanderplatz, Fernsehturm (TV Tower), Rotes Rathaus (Berlin City Hall), Nikolai Square, Berlin Cathedral, Schlossplatz and Unter den Linden Boulevard, Friedrichstraße and Gendarmenmarkt with their two famous cathedrals, remnants of the Berlin Wall, Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburg Gate, Potsdamer Platz, and Kurfürstendamm Boulevard. Afterwards, our guests may join the Potsdam Tour organized by our guide.   Places to be seen in Potsdam, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, include Sanssouci Palace, the Obelisk, Brandenburg Gate, St. Nicholas Church, the Historic Mill Ende, the Alexandrowka Russian Colony, the French Church, and St. Peter und Paul Church. Following the end of the tour, departure for our hotel and overnight stay at our hotel.


Day 8                 Berlin – Istanbul   

After breakfast, departure for the airport. Departure for Istanbul on a Pegasus Airlines flight. Arrival at Sabiha Gökçen Airport and end of our tour.

The services included in the price vary according to the type of package purchased by the guests.

Package types must be purchased during the tour reservation. They cannot be changed after the reservation.

Please inquire about the price and availability of domestic flight connections.

The extra tour prices stated in the tour program are per-person prices.

The extra tours along the route will take place provided that at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be kept waiting at rest stops, service facilities, etc. 

In the event of fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may take place in the cities, accommodation may be provided outside the distance and area promised. In such a case, our agencies will be informed in writing of the hotel area at least 21 days before the tour departure.

Triple rooms have an extra-bed arrangement, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or is an additional folding bed.

Since triple rooms are not available in some European cities, hotels may provide a double room plus a single room instead of a triple room.

Bed-type requests are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.

INFORMATION:

For international trips, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not permitted with torn or worn passports.

For the visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents specified in the list of documents required for the visa, which you can obtain from our agencies, must be submitted to the agency in writing with confirmation at least 1 month before the tour departure date, complete and without omissions.

In the event of fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may take place in the cities, accommodation may be provided outside the distance and area promised. In such a case, our agencies will be informed in writing of the hotel area at least 30 days before the tour departure.

The visa must be obtained from the country of first entry on the tour or from the country where the longest stay will be made; otherwise, Lidya Tour is absolutely not responsible if passport control officers refuse entry into the country.

In the event of tour cancellation, visa and insurance fees cannot be refunded.

Lidya Tour acts only as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and bears no responsibility if the visa is not approved for any reason, is not issued in time, and/or contains errors; the passenger has no right to claim compensation from Lidya Tour under any circumstances.

Lidya Tour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.

During registration, the name as stated in the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Air tickets are issued according to this information. No-show fees arising from cancellations or changes to air tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.

Times may change before the flight, and all times must be confirmed in writing by our guests by calling the central office 48 hours before the departure dates.

The city where the aircraft lands may vary. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for schedule changes or possible delays made by airlines.

Lidya Tour is not responsible for changes experienced in domestic connecting flights by guests who do not confirm their flight times and route.

Airline rules apply to group tickets, and under the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.

In general, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. On domestic flights in the countries visited, this allowance may decrease to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight and pricing rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Lidya Tour.

If the number of people to participate in the package tour is insufficient, the consumer will be notified of the tour cancellation 21 days in advance.

The tour route specified in the tour program is an example route, and changes may be made to the tour itinerary.

City sightseeing tours may be held on the following day or days, depending on the arrival time in the city.

The excursions specified in the programs may, at the guide’s discretion and for any reason, be held on a day other than the specified day or days.

The extra tours along the route will take place provided that at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be kept waiting at the rest stop.

During busy periods such as fairs, congresses, and seminars, hotel accommodation may be provided outside the city.

Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit to be visited or attended for any reason will not take place. Alternative tours may be organized provided that a minimum of 20 people participate; if fewer people participate, they may be organized at the guide’s discretion and, if necessary, with changes to the prices. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot take place.

Museum and archaeological site entrance fees are not included in the prices.

Lidya Tour reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the star category remains the same.

All hotel names specified in the programs are V.B. (and similar) and are written as examples in terms of star category and distance. This does not mean that accommodation will be provided at the named hotel.

When leaving the vehicles you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.

Child discounts are valid only for children within the specified age group staying with 2 adults.

When children under the age of 18, who are not legally of age, do not participate in the tour together with one or both of their parents, they are required to carry the necessary letters of consent with them during the trip in order to participate in the tour.

In the event of cancellation or changes, the “LIDYA TOUR SALES AGREEMENT” shall apply.
