Prices are not valid for groups; please ask for our special prices.

Things to pay attention to on our Morocco tour: men should not wear shorts; women should not wear tank tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts; for mosque visits, a long-sleeved cardigan and a headscarf are required.

The currency used in the country is the Moroccan dirham (MAD), and 1 € is approximately equal to 10 dirhams. Turkish lira is not valid in the country. We recommend bringing Euro or USD for exchange.

The local time zone of the Kingdom of Morocco is GMT+1, and there is a (-2 hours) difference between it and Turkey. During some periods, this difference may increase to 3 hours.

The participant acknowledges in advance that they will join the tours scheduled in the tour program, will not disrupt the program, and will additionally pay to the tour representative during the trip the amount previously stated in the tour program for expenses such as local guide, museum & archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, and, if applicable, audio system headphones. The participant has been fully and completely informed on this matter

INFORMATION:

For overseas trips, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not permitted with torn or worn passports.
For a visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents specified in the list of required documents for the visa, which you can obtain from our agencies, must be submitted to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
In cases such as fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may occur in cities, accommodation may be provided outside the committed distance and area. In such a case, the hotel area will be communicated in writing to our agencies at least 30 days before the tour departure.
The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry on the tour to be taken, or from the country where the longest stay will be made; otherwise, Lidya Tour is absolutely not responsible if passport police do not allow entry into the country.
In the event of tour cancellation, visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.
Lidya Tour acts only as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and has no responsibility if the visa is not approved for any reason, is not issued in time, and/or if mistakes occur in the visa; the passenger has no right to compensation from Lidya Tour under any circumstances.
Lidya Tour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955.
At the time of registration, the name on the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Air tickets are issued according to this information. Any cancellation or change of airline tickets resulting from incorrect information will be charged to guests as a no-show fee.
Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be verbally confirmed by our guests by calling the head office 48 hours before the departure dates.
The city where the aircraft lands may vary. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for schedule changes and possible delays that may be made by the airline companies.
Lidya Tour is not responsible for changes in domestic connecting flights experienced by guests who do not confirm the flight times and route.
For group tickets, airline rules apply, and according to the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.
On flights departing from Turkey, the standard suitcase weight is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. On domestic flights in the destination country, this weight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Lidya Tour.
If the number of people joining the package tour is insufficient, tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 21 days in advance.
The tour route specified in the tour program is a sample route, and changes may occur in the tour itinerary.
City tours may be carried out on the following day/days depending on the time of arrival in the city.
The trips specified in the programs may, at the guide's discretion and for any reason, be carried out on a different day/days than those indicated.
Alternative tours along the route are operated provided that at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be left at the rest stop.
Hotel stays during busy periods such as fairs, congresses, and seminars may be outside the city.
Tours or excursions that are not permitted to be visited or taken by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Alternative tours can be carried out with a minimum participation of 20 people; if participation is lower, they may be carried out at the guide's discretion and, if necessary, with changed prices. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
Entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites are not included in the prices.
Lidya Tour reserves the right to change hotel names while keeping the star category the same.
All hotel names specified in the programs are V.B. (and similar) and are written as examples in terms of star category and distance. This does not mean that accommodation will be provided at the hotel with the specified name.
There is an extra bed application in 3-person rooms; the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and / or is an extra foldable bed. .
During your trip, when leaving the vehicles you use and the hotels where you stay, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
Child discounts are valid only for children within a certain age group staying with 2 adults.
In cases where children under 18 who are not considered adults do not travel with one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to have the consent forms required for participation in the tour with them during the trip.
In case of cancellation or change, the “LİDYA TOUR SALES AGREEMENT” applies.

VISA

 There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens. For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel is sufficient.

For our guests traveling with a T.C. green passport, if the date of issue of their passport is older than 10 years, they must renew their passport (extensions are not accepted). Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or may not be able to fly by the airline. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger. 

The passport police have the authority to prevent you from entering the country. Fly Express is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger. 

In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger. 

Since our guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father may be asked for a document showing the joint consent of the parents by the police officer at the country entry-exit points, we recommend that our guests under the age of 18 and their parents show sensitivity on this matter.
