Need to Know

Important Notes;
•    For this tour, a passport valid for 6 months, covering the minimum tour duration, is required.
•    LİDYA TOUR acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. 
•    During registration, the name, date of birth and passport number as stated in the passport must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. No-show fees resulting from the cancellation or changes of airline tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
•    The city where the aircraft lands may vary. LİDYA TOUR cannot be held responsible for schedule changes that may be made by airlines or for possible delays.
•    Airline rules apply to group tickets, and according to group ticket rules, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight cannot be used either.
•    For most flights departing from Türkiye, the baggage allowance is 20Kg’s. This allowance may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. For domestic flights in the countries visited, this allowance may decrease to 15 Kg’s. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of LİDYA TOUR.
•    If the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, the consumer will be notified of the tour cancellation 20 days in advance. 
•    The tour route specified in the tour program is an example route and changes may be made to the tour itinerary. City sightseeing tours may be conducted on the following day/days depending on the time of arrival in the city. The excursions specified in the programs may, at the discretion of the guide, be conducted on another day for any reason instead of the specified day/days.

•    Optional tours on the way will take place if at least 10 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be asked to wait at the rest stop.

•    Museum and archaeological site entrance fees are not included in the prices.     
•    LİDYA TOUR reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the star category remains the same.
•    All hotel names, etc. specified in the programs are examples and have been written to indicate the star category and distance. This does not mean that accommodation will be provided at the hotel with the stated name.
•    In rooms for 3 people, an extra bed is provided; the third bed is smaller than a standard bed and / or is an additional foldable bed. 
•    In cases where children under the age of 18 who are not considered adults do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, the required letters of consent must be carried by the individuals during the trip
•    In case of cancellation or changes, the “LİDYA TOUR Sales Contract” shall apply.

Tour Program
Day 1 Istanbul – Dubai

Meeting in front of the Air Arabia Airlines counter at Istanbul Airport’s international terminal 3 hours before the flight. After completing the baggage, ticket and passport procedures, departure for Sharjah at 14:35 on Air Arabia Airlines flight G9 322. Upon arrival at 19:55 local time, transfer to our hotel by our vehicle waiting for us at the airport. Overnight at the hotel.

2nd Day Dubai

Following the breakfast we will have at the hotel, our Dubai city tour begins. Dubai, one of the most spectacular cities in the United Arab Emirates, is a world-renowned tourist destination. The city is famous for its high-tech skyscrapers, luxury shopping malls, artificial islands, and unique architecture. During our city tour of Dubai, Sheikh Palace, Emirates Tower, Skyscrapers Street, Burj Al Arab, the world’s only seven-star hotel, the Jumeirah District, and Palm Island are among the places to be seen. Following our tour, we set out on a tour of the Old Souks, one of the areas in Dubai where you can purchase phones, laptops, PlayStations, textiles, gold, and various spices at the best prices in the world. After touring this area and shopping at the most affordable prices, we will transfer to our hotel and have free time. Our guests who wish may join the additionally organized Magnificent Miracle Garden & Magnificent Dubai Frame & Dubai Outlet Center tour. (95 USD). Our first stop on the tour will be Dubai Frame. Imagine a gigantic frame, 150 meters high and 93 meters wide, whose construction took 10 years and which encompasses all of Dubai’s skyscrapers. While this giant frame offers views of Dubai on one side, it displays modern, rising Dubai on the other. After a photo break beside this structure, which serves as a photo frame, we proceed to Dubai Outlet Center. Following free time at the shopping mall, which houses more than 1,200 brands, we will transfer to our hotel. In the evening, our guests who wish may join the additionally organized Magnificent Pearls of Dubai (Souk Madinat/Madinat Jumeirah & Burj Khalifa & Dubai Mall & Fountain Show tour. (40 USD) (The Burj Khalifa entrance ticket is not included in the price.) Our first stop on the tour will be Souk Madinat/Madinat Jumeirah. Also called the Artificial Venice, this souk is a shopping area that presents traditional Arab markets in a modern way. After exploring this souk, where you can find souvenirs, jewelry, and textile products, our second stop will be Burj Khalifa. Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in Dubai and the world, is not only an architectural masterpiece but also a symbol of Dubai’s modernity and courage. During our visit here, if you wish, you can ascend to the 125th floor of this magnificent architectural marvel and enjoy the spectacular view of Dubai from here as well. We then proceed to Dubai Mall, one of Dubai’s largest shopping malls. Following our break here, we watch the sound, light, and water shows at the Fountain in front of Dubai Mall. After the magnificent fire and water shows, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 Dubai

After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish may join the optional Magnificent The View at The Palm tour (70 USD). Palm Island, a dazzling artificial island off the coast of Dubai, is one of the largest and most impressive man-made islands in the world. It takes its name from its shape, which resembles a giant palm tree when viewed from the sea. During this tour, we will ascend to the 52nd floor of the Palm Tower and have the opportunity to take magnificent photos while viewing Palm Island from the observation deck, located 240 meters above sea level, with a 360-degree aerial view. We recommend that you do not miss this magnificent tour. After our tour, transfer to our hotel. At 15:00, guests who wish may join our optional Magnificent Desert Safari (with Dinner) tour. (90 USD) Are you ready for an unforgettable safari in the deserts of Dubai? After our magnificent safari in Dubai’s stunning golden-yellow deserts in 4x4 vehicles, we will end the day at a Bedouin camp set up in the desert, accompanied by a belly dancer, shows, and dinner. After our tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4 Dubai

After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish may join the optional Magnificent Abu Dhabi & Sheikh Zayeed Mosque & Yas Island tour. (70 USD) Located approximately 140 km from Dubai, Abu Dhabi is one of the seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates and also its capital. During our tour, the places we will see include the Etihad Towers, where the Fast and Furious film was shot, the Emirates Palace, the world's most expensive hotel, and the Heritage Village museum, which depicts life in the old desert. We then visit the Sheikh Zayeed Mosque, which, with its impressive architecture, rich decoration and significance, is the world's fourth-largest mosque. After exploring the mosque, we finally head to Yas Island and, after taking photos in front of Ferrari World, return to Dubai. In the evening, guests who wish may join the optional Magnificent Dhow Cruise (with dinner) tour. (90 USD) During this boat tour, we will discover Dubai's iconic areas accompanied by food and shows, while enjoying the lights of Dubai. After a pleasant boat ride, we will be transferred to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5 Dubai – Istanbul (IST)

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport at the time determined by the guide. Following baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, departure for Istanbul Airport at 13:40 on Air Arabia flight G9287. Arrival at 17:50 local time and the end of our tour.
