Important Notes;

  • A passport valid for 6 months, covering at least the minimum tour duration, is required for this tour.
  • LİDYA TOUR acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
  • During registration, the name as stated in the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Air tickets are issued according to this information. No-show fees for cancellations or changes to air tickets resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
  • The city where the aircraft will land may vary. LİDYA TOUR cannot be held responsible for schedule changes or possible delays by airlines.
  • Airline rules apply to group tickets, and in accordance with the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight cannot be used either.
  • In general, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Türkiye is 20Kg’s. This allowance may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. This allowance may decrease to 15 Kg’s on domestic flights in the countries visited. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of LİDYA TOUR.
  • If the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, the tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 20 days in advance.
  • The tour route specified in the tour program is an example route, and changes may be made to the tour itinerary. City sightseeing tours may be carried out on the following day/days depending on the time of arrival in the city. The excursions specified in the programs may, at the guide’s discretion and for any reason, be carried out on another day other than the specified day/days.

  • Extra tours can be carried out provided that there is a minimum participation of 20 people; if participation is lower, they may be carried out at the guide’s discretion and, if necessary, with price changes.   • Extra tours along the route take place provided that at least 10 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be asked to wait at the rest stop.
  • Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be carried out. LİDYA TOUR cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot be carried out.
  • Entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites are not included in the prices.          
  • LİDYA TOUR reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the star category remains the same.
  • All hotel names, etc. specified in the programs are examples written to indicate the star category and distance. This does not mean that accommodation will be provided at the hotel with the specified name.
  • Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed and / or is an additional foldable bed.
  • When children under the age of 18, who are not legally of age, do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, they are required to carry the consent forms necessary for participation in the tour with them during the trip
  • In case of cancellation or changes, the “LİDYA TOUR Sales Agreement” shall apply.

 

 

Tour Program
Day 1 Istanbul – London

Meeting in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at the international departures terminal of Istanbul Airport 3 hours before the flight. Following the baggage, ticket and passport procedures, departure for London at 08:05 on Turkish Airlines flight TK 1981. After arriving in London at 09:10 local time, we begin exploring the magnificent city's fascinating landmarks with our vehicle waiting for us at the airport. During our city tour in London, one of the world's most visited cities by millions of tourists every year, we will see Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, Piccadilly Circus, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Westminster Bridge, Oxford and Regent shopping streets, and the River Thames. Following our tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2 London

After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, our guests who wish may additionally join the Magnificent Icons of London (London Eye & Westminster & Thames River Boat) tour.  (120 GBP) Opened to visitors in 2000, the London Eye is 135 metres high and has 32 passenger capsules. The 32 capsules represent London’s 32 boroughs. Standing 135 metres high, the London Eye, Europe’s largest observation wheel, blends with the River Thames and offers magnificent views of London. The second stop on our tour will be the Westminster District. The sights to be seen here include Westminster Abbey (St. Peter’s Church), where the traditional coronation and burial ceremonies of the British Royal Family are held, Trafalgar Square, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace and the West End. Following our tour, we will transfer to our hotel after a boat tour on the River Thames, one of London’s symbols that divides the city in two. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 London

After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, guests who wish may join the Magnificent Oxford & Bicester Village Outlet tour, which will be organized as an extra. (100 GBP) Oxford, located in southeastern England, is one of the country’s centers of history and culture. Home to Oxford University, one of the oldest and finest universities in the world, the city’s picturesque architecture, cosmopolitan character brought by its students, and vibrant, modern lifestyle shaped by light industry and technology make it a wonderful destination. Following our tour, we head to Bicester Village, one of England’s best shopping centers. Opened in 1995 and closed to traffic ever since, this outlet center, famous for its more than 150 stores and cafes, offers many products at discounted prices.

Day 4 London – Istanbul

After breakfast at the hotel, we check out. Then, at the time specified by our guide, we depart for the airport.  After baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul at 17.05 on Turkish Dubai Airlines flight TK 1998. Arrival at 23.55 local time and the end of our tour.
