Day 1: Istanbul – London

Meeting at the Turkish Airlines counter in Istanbul Airport's international departures terminal 3 hours before departure. After baggage, ticket and passport procedures, we depart for London at 11:05 on Turkish Airlines flight TK1964. Upon our arrival in London at 13:10 local time, we begin exploring the magnificent works of the majestic city of London with our vehicle waiting for us in the area. Among the cities visited by millions of tourists worldwide each year, London features Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, Piccadilly Circus, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey and Westminster Bridge, Oxford and Regent shopping streets, and the River Thames. After our tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: London

After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, our guests who wish can join the extra tour titled Grand Icons of London (London Eye & Westminster & Thames River Boat Tour).

 (120 GBP) Opened to visitors in 2000, the London Eye stands 135 meters high and has 36 passenger capsules. The 36 capsules represent London’s 36 boroughs. With its height of 135 meters, the London Eye, Europe’s largest observation wheel, integrates with the Thames River and offers magnificent views of London. Our second stop on the tour will be the Westminster area. Among the places to see here are Westminster Abbey (St. Peter’s Church), where the traditional coronation and funeral ceremonies of the British Royal Family take place, Trafalgar Square, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, and West End. After our tour, we will transfer to our hotel following a boat tour on the Thames River, one of London’s symbols that divides the city into two. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: London

After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, guests who wish can join the extra organized Grand Oxford & Bicester Village Outlet tour. (100 GBP) Located in the southeast of England, Oxford is one of the country's centers of history and culture. The city, home to one of the world's oldest and most prestigious universities, Oxford University, with its picturesque architecture as well as its cosmopolitan character due to the presence of students, and a vibrant and modern lifestyle driven by light industry and technology, makes it a fantastic destination. After our visit, we head to Bicester Village, one of the best shopping centers in England. Opened in 1995 and closed to traffic ever since, this outlet center, famous for its more than 150 shops and cafes, allows you to find many products at discounted prices.

Day 4: London – Istanbul

After having breakfast at the hotel, we complete our check-out procedures. Then, we depart for the airport at the time announced by our guide. Following baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we fly with Turkish Airlines flight TK1963 to Istanbul at 14:05. We arrive at 20:00 local time, concluding our tour.

Important Notes:

  • A passport valid for at least 6 months is required to cover the minimum tour duration for this tour.
  • LİDYA TOUR acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline, and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
  • During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number appearing on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests as no-show fees.
  • The city where the plane lands may vary. LİDYA TOUR cannot be held responsible for time changes made by airlines or any potential delays.
  • Airline rules apply to group tickets; according to group ticket regulations, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight also cannot be used.
  • For most flights departing from Turkey, checked baggage allowance is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. On domestic flights within the destination countries, this allowance may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of LİDYA TOUR.
  • If there are insufficient participants for the package tour, cancellation will be communicated to the consumer 20 days in advance.
  • The tour route specified in the program is an example route, and changes may occur in the actual tour itinerary. City sightseeing tours may be conducted on the following day(s) depending on the arrival time in the city. Sightseeing activities specified in the programs may be carried out on different days than indicated, at the guide's discretion due to any reason.

  • Extra tours can only be organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If participation is lower, they may still be organized at the guide's discretion and with adjusted prices if necessary. LİDYA TOUR cannot be held responsible if these tours or excursions cannot be carried out.
  • Extra tours along the route will take place only if at least 10 members of the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be waited for at the rest stop.
  • Tours or excursions that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. LİDYA TOUR cannot be held responsible if these tours or excursions cannot be carried out.
  • Museum and historical site entrance fees are not included in the price.          
  • LİDYA TOUR reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the star category remains the same.
  • All hotel names mentioned in the programs, etc. (and similar), are written as examples regarding star category and distance. This does not imply that accommodation will be made at the named hotels.
  • In triple rooms, an extra bed arrangement applies; the third bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or is an additional foldable/extending bed.
  • In cases where children under 18 years old (not considered legal adults) do not participate in the tour with one or both parents, it is mandatory for them to carry the required consent letters during travel.
  • In case of cancellation or changes, the "LİDYA TOUR Sales Contract" applies.
