Important Notes.

• A passport valid for 6 months, covering the minimum tour duration, is required for this tour.
• LİDYA TOUR acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol.
• During registration, the name as stated in the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. No-show fees for the cancellation or changes of airline tickets resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
• The city where the aircraft lands may vary. LİDYA TOUR cannot be held responsible for schedule changes that may be made by airlines or for possible delays.
• Airline rules apply to group tickets, and according to the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight cannot be used either.
• In general, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Türkiye is 20Kg. This allowance may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. For domestic flights in the countries visited, this allowance may decrease to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of LİDYA TOUR.
• If the number of people required to participate in the package tour is not sufficient, the tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 20 days in advance.
• The tour route specified in the tour program is an example route, and changes may be made to the tour itinerary. City sightseeing tours may be conducted on the following day/days depending on the arrival time in the city. The excursions specified in the programs may, at the discretion of the guide, be conducted on another day for any reason other than the specified day/days.

• Extra tours can be conducted if there is a minimum participation of 20 people; if participation is lower, they may be conducted at the discretion of the guide and, if necessary, with adjusted prices. LİDYA TOUR cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot be conducted.
• Extra tours en route will take place if at least 10 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be asked to wait at the rest stop.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be conducted. LİDYA TOUR cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot be conducted.
• Museum and archaeological site entrance fees are not included in the prices.          
• LİDYA TOUR reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the star category remains the same.
• All hotel names, etc. specified in the programs are examples intended to indicate the star category and distance. They do not mean that accommodation will be provided at the hotel with the specified name.
• Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed and / or is an additional foldable bed.
• When children under the age of 18 who are not considered adults do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, they are required to carry the consent forms necessary for participation in the tour with them during the journey.
• In case of cancellation or changes, the “LİDYA TOUR Sales Agreement” shall apply.
