Important Notes;

•  For this tour, a passport valid for 6 months, covering the minimum duration of the tour, is required.

 

•  LİDYA TOUR acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
• During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. No-show fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
• The city where the aircraft will land may vary. LİDYA TOUR cannot be held responsible for schedule changes that may be made by airlines or for possible delays.
• Airline rules apply to group tickets, and according to the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight cannot be used either.
• In general, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Türkiye is 20Kg’s. This allowance may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. On domestic flights in the countries visited, this allowance may decrease to 15 Kg’s. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of LİDYA TOUR.
• If the number of participants required for the package tour is not reached, the cancellation of the tour will be notified to the consumer 20 days in advance.
• The tour route specified in the tour program is an example route, and changes may be made to the tour itinerary. City sightseeing tours may be carried out on the following day/days depending on the time of arrival in the city. The excursions specified in the programs may, at the guide’s discretion and for any reason, be carried out on another day instead of the specified day/days.
