*IMPORTANT NOTES*

Visa regulations for citizens of the Republic of Turkey traveling to the Czech Republic vary depending on their passport type. Turkish citizens holding Ordinary (Red) passports must obtain a valid Schengen visa for travel to the Czech Republic. Turkish citizens holding Special (Green), Official (Grey), and Diplomatic (Black) passports are exempt from visas for tourist visits to the Czech Republic.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from Advantageous Tour package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum of 10 participants. If participation is below 10 people, there may be changes in tour prices or they may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours while keeping the content unchanged.
• In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the designated area. The included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding services will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than the specified km. In such cases, the Operator will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites.
• Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may become impossible to conduct due to closures of sites by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, road closures due to any event, or weather conditions. In such cases, the Operator is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot within available limits if roads are closed or vehicle access is restricted.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to guests along with the general terms and obligations listed below. The Operator is not responsible for any complaints arising after such information has been provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
• Guests traveling with T.C. Green passports must renew their passports if they were issued more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Operator cannot assume any liability.
• To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; it is required that such passports be renewed and, if the country applies visa requirements for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be present in the new passport. In case of non-compliance, responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. In case of non-compliance, this is the responsibility of the guests.
• The Operator acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa when deemed necessary. The Operator bears no responsibility regarding the passenger's failure to obtain a visa. The Operator only performs the role of an intermediary institution. In personal visa applications, the Operator has no authority or liability. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When the Operator submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the passenger must verify the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. The Operator is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that could prevent boarding the flight.
• The documents required for passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally take 1 working day to obtain. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. In case of failure to do so, the Operator is not responsible for possible delays.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator's Visa Department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar amounts paid to consulates, provided they prove they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiry date by presenting their passport. If the guest obtained their visa using their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa agency, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and timing may change, and hotels may show variations during high season or special periods due to availability, so alternative similar hotels may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, they are blocked by the hotel based on availability.
• Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
• Breakfasts served at hotels are continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name, surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be used for travel must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether obtained from the Operator or not, our guests must definitely have a foreign travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of encountering a fine due to not carrying travel insurance, responsibility lies with our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/single/multiple countries or being unable to enter through border crossings. Since this situation is outside the Operator's control, the Operator accepts no responsibility in such cases.
• To provide economic and time benefits to the group for tours made along the route, guests who do not wish to participate agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour concludes, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are organized for introducing cities. City tours and extra tours may be arranged on different days or may not take place depending on weather conditions, provided the content remains unchanged. In such cases, the Operator is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted or price changes may occur.
• Tours or trips that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The Operator cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or trips.
• Airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are issued as a single ticket. In case of missing and/or not using the outbound flight, the return flight will automatically become invalid. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase their new ticket themselves (as per the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, they may miss part or all of the first day's program due to missing the group's departure; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country via a different flight than the group, the transfer from airport-city or airport-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their airplane tickets with their own funds can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline company after the tickets have been issued. Since airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from the group class to the economy class. The price difference arising in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey.
• While using transportation vehicles and staying in hotels during your trip, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings completely when leaving temporarily or permanently.
• The Operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without altering the content of the program in case of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
• The Operator is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother; and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. In case the flight does not take place due to lack of consent, the Operator cannot be held liable.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
