o Entry to the Alhambra Palace is subject to availability.

o The participant accepts in advance that they will join the tours specified in the tour program and will not disrupt the program, and accordingly will additionally pay to the tour representative during the trip the amount previously announced in the tour program for payments related to expenses such as local guide, museum & archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, and, if applicable, headphone audio system. The participant has been fully and completely informed on this matter.

IMPORTANT NOTES

 Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notice date by the agency is 21 days before the tour departure. The cancellation of a tour due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

 In cases where only category information is given in the tour program without specifying names and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.

 During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km or in a different city. In such a case, you will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.

 Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours organized for the general introduction of the cities and carried out only as a panoramic tour from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, without museum or archaeological site प्रवेश. Lidya Tour is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours in cases where, on the day and time of the tour, they are not permitted to be visited or entered by local authorities, or are not carried out due to any event, closed roads, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted, if possible.

 3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are made up of folding beds and coach beds, the tour participant is deemed to have accepted the possible congestion in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for only one child in the relevant age group staying with 2 adults. No bed guarantee is given in hotels for children aged 0-2.

 Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

 Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. Current times will be communicated by your agency with the tour information.

 Tour flight times must be confirmed without purchasing a domestic connecting flight. If the guest purchases their domestic connecting flight from a different product provider independently of the agency, they cannot request any refund from the agency in the event that the trip is canceled by the agency or if there is a schedule change. The guest accepts in advance any financial and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation/change of the tour when purchasing the tour. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for this situation.

 According to airline rules, if the outbound flight of tickets purchased as round-trip is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.

 Guests joining the tour without flights must be present at the tour departure point on their own means and without any delay. Otherwise, they will need to arrange all transfers on their own.

 Lidya Tour is not responsible for passengers who do not arrive at the specified airport at the announced times in accordance with airline rules for joining the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who, despite completing check-in and boarding on time, are unable to board the plane and therefore cannot complete the flight. Any costs arising from arranging new round-trip airline tickets required for guests who miss the plane in order to join the tour, as well as transfers in the destination region, etc., are their own responsibility.

 The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, and passports/ID cards of the participants are under their own responsibility, and Lidya Tour is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and the expenses incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the owner of the item.

 In cases such as illness, loss, or theft, since the integrity and continuity of the group are essential for the guide, the guide cannot accompany guests individually in such adverse situations.

 When purchasing the tour, it is mandatory to provide the name as written in the passport, date of birth, and passport number correctly. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for ticket cancellations and changes arising from incorrect information will be collected from you.

 In some airlines, food and beverage services and online check-in may be subject to a fee.

 During the tour, seat numbers cannot be guaranteed in bus use.

 During our tours, the times announced by our guide to guests are departure times, the time for the wheels to start turning. Our guide, who is responsible for equally considering the rights of all our guests, will move the vehicle without waiting at the meeting times. In the event of a delay, our guest will have to make their own way to the next stop.

 Extra tours are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required number is not met, the tours cannot be carried out, or extra tour prices, content, and the vehicle used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.

 In our classic packages where extra tours are not included, extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour starts and picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.

 In programs where extra tours are included, it is mandatory to pay the museum & archaeological site entrance fees to your agency during reservation or to the guide during the tour.

 The participant accepts in advance that they will join the tours specified in the tour program and will not disrupt the program, and accordingly will additionally pay to the tour representative during the trip the amount previously announced in the tour program for payments related to expenses such as local guide, museum & archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, and, if applicable, headphone audio system. The participant has been fully and completely informed on this matter.

 Lidya Tour is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. On scheduled and charter flights, there may be a risk of delay or times may change before the current trip and flight. Lidya Tour is obliged to announce these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

VISA

 There is a visa requirement for Turkish Republic citizens. For visa application, it is necessary to apply with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip and the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list from our agency.

 The visa must be obtained from the first country entered on the tour or from the country where the longest stay will be made.

 There is no visa requirement for Green Passport holders; a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip is sufficient.

 The visa information specified in the program applies to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests holding a passport other than that of the Republic of Turkey must obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.

 Obtaining a visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority to refuse entry. Lidya Tour is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

 In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged; the passports obtained must be renewed, and if it is a country that applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

 Since there is a possibility that our guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father may be asked by the police officer at the country entry/exit points for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents; we recommend that our under-18 guests and their parents be sensitive about this matter.
