For overseas trips, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not possible with torn or worn passports.

For a visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents listed in the required visa documents list, which you can obtain from our agencies, must be delivered to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date.

In cases such as fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may occur in cities, accommodation may be provided outside the committed distance and area. In such a case, the hotel area will be informed to our agencies in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure.

It is necessary for the visa to be obtained from the first country of entry on the tour to be taken, or at most from the country where the longest stay will be made; otherwise, Lidya Tour is absolutely not responsible if passport police do not allow entry into the country.

In the event of tour cancellation, visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.

Lidya Tour acts only as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and has no responsibility if the visa is not approved, does not arrive in time, and/or errors occur in the visa for any reason; the passenger has no right to compensation from Lidya Tour in any way.

Lidya Tour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955.

At the time of registration, the name on the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information will incur the no-show fee and be charged to the guests.

Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by our guests by calling the head office 48 hours before the departure date.

The city where the plane lands may vary. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for any schedule changes or possible delays made by the airline companies.

Lidya Tour is not responsible for changes experienced in domestic connecting flights for guests who do not confirm the flight times and route.

The airline rules apply to group tickets, and according to the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.

In general, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. On domestic flights in destination countries, this weight may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Lidya Tour.

If the number of people participating in the package tour is insufficient, the tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 21 days in advance.

The route specified in the tour program is an example route, and the tour itinerary may change.

City sightseeing tours may be carried out on the following day/days depending on the arrival time in the city.

Excursions specified in the programs may be carried out on a different day/days than stated, at the guide's discretion and for any reason.

Alternative tours en route will take place if at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be left at the break point.

During busy periods such as fairs, congresses, and seminars, hotel accommodations may be outside the city.

Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Alternative tours can be carried out if there is a minimum participation of 20 people; if participation is lower, they can be carried out at the guide's discretion and, if necessary, with price adjustments. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.

Museum and archaeological site entrance fees are not included in the prices.

Lidya Tour reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the star category remains the same.

All hotel names specified in the programs are V.B. (and similar) and are written as examples in terms of star category and distance. It does not mean that accommodation will be at the specified hotel.

In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and / or is an extra foldable bed. .

While traveling and when leaving the vehicles and hotels you stay in, please make sure you have taken all of your belongings with you.

The child discount is valid only for children in certain age groups staying with 2 adults.

In cases where children under the age of 18, who are not considered adults, do not join the tour with one or both of their parents, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be carried by the individuals during travel.

In case of cancellation or changes, the “AGENCY SALES CONTRACT” applies.

*In extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional density or the period. In extra tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid.

*Hotels etc. included in the program are offered for sale. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.

*To prevent our guests from being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that they do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/Worn foreign currencies are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-type foreign currencies that banks will not accept.

*Since transactions in the relevant destination are carried out in USD for extra tour purchases, if payment is made in EUR, a parity of 1 to 1 is applied.

*Since our package tours are for overseas travel, knowledge of foreign languages is the responsibility of the guests.

Tour Program
Izmir – Copenhagen

We meet at the international departures terminal of İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport three hours before the flight (1 day before the flight).

Copenhagen

Our flight to Copenhagen begins with SunExpress Airlines scheduled service after baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures. Upon arrival in Copenhagen, we transfer to our private vehicle waiting for us at the airport. Then we depart for our panoramic city tour of Copenhagen. Christianborg Castle, Amelienborg Castle (Royal Palace), the Little Mermaid, Stroget, the longest pedestrian street in Europe, Nyhavn Canal, medieval stock exchange buildings, and the town hall square are among the sights to be seen. For our optional extra tour with our guests who wish to join Kronborg Castle & Frederisburg Palace (85 Euro), we depart. We will see the castle, one of the outstanding examples of the Renaissance movement and which played an important role in the history of the Northern Europe region, from the outside, and then we will visit the palace used as the summer residence of the Danish royal family and its specially designed garden. After our tour, transfer to your hotel in Copenhagen and free time to relax. Accommodation at our hotel.

Copenhagen – Oslo (DFDS Cruise) Ship Accommodation

After breakfast at the hotel, we complete our check-out procedures and board the DFDS Cruise ship that will take us to Oslo. After settling into the cabins, free time. Dinner and overnight on the ship.

Oslo – Geilo

After the breakfast we will have on the cruise, we depart for our Oslo panoramic city tour. During our tour, the Royal Palace, the Parliament Building, the city hall where the Nobel Prizes are awarded and known as one of the most perfect structures in the world, the Folk Museum, the National Theatre, Oslo Cathedral, Karl Johans Street, and the Residence Museum are among the places to be seen. With our guests who wish, we depart for our extra Vigeland (40 Euro) tour. The Frogner Park Vigeland Exhibition, the world's largest open-air sculpture museum, is also first and unique as the only exhibition in which all sculptures were made by the same person. The main important feature of the exhibition is that, with a few exceptions, all works are human figures. The permanent Vigeland Exhibition in Frogner Park consists of 214 granite and bronze human statues and 13 cast-iron gates, all prepared by Gustav Vigeland throughout his life. The preparation of this 320,000-square-meter exhibition is the result of a 10-year effort by Vigeland and his assistants. Hamar – Karlstad – Örebro – Stockholm

After breakfast at the hotel, we set off early in the morning on a long journey to Stockholm via Karlstad and Örebro, accompanied by magnificent fjords. In the evening, we arrive in Stockholm and carry out our panoramic city tour of Stockholm. During our tour; Fjallgatan Hill, the medieval Gamla Stan, Djurgarden Park, the City Hall, the National Theatre building, which houses seven theaters under one roof, the stock exchange building, and Kunqsrad Park are among the sights to be seen. At the end of the tour, transfer to your hotel and free time to relax. Accommodation at our hotel.

Stockholm – Gothenburg

After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, departure for our extra tour of the historical Vasa Ship Museum (50 Euro) with guests who wish to join. The Vasa ship, built in the 17th century, capsized and sank on its first voyage in Stockholm in 1628. After spending 333 years at the bottom of the sea, this gigantic warship was salvaged and began to be exhibited in the museum as the only warship of its era. Then, departure for our extra Uppsala & Sigtuna (85 Euro) tour with guests who wish to join. On our tour, Uppsala, a university city where you will see a semi-Gothic, semi-medieval style, and Sigtuna, the first city founded in Swedish history, are among the places to be seen. During our visit to Uppsala, the Uppsala Cathedral, Uppsala University museum and building will be among the places we will see. Gothenburg – Malmö – Copenhagen - İzmir

After breakfast at the hotel, we begin our city tour of Gothenburg, Sweden’s second largest city. Founded on the Göta River by King Charles IX of Sweden, Gothenburg captivates everyone with its historical and cultural riches and is also Scandinavia’s largest port city. In this city, famous for its canals, Avenue Boulevard, Gustav Adolf Square, the Poseidon statue, and the opera and theater buildings are among the places to be seen. Continuing our tour, we depart for Malmö. Our city tour begins upon arrival in Malmö, formerly known as Malmhaug, meaning a mound of sand. During our city tour, we will see Stortorget Square, City Hall, Lilla Torg Square bustling with cafes and restaurants, and Sankt Petri Church. At the end of the tour, transfer to your hotel in Copenhagen and free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel. After breakfast at the hotel in the early morning, (breakfast box may be provided), check-out from the rooms. Transfer to the airport at the time specified by our guide.
