ACCOMMODATION AND FLIGHT NOTES

o Hotel check-in time is between 15:00 – 17:00 / check-out time is between 10:00 – 12:00.

o A Schengen visa is required for the program. No visa is required for green passport holders.

IMPORTANT NOTES

 Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation for the trip cannot be achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

 In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or there are multiple options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.

 During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated km distances. In such a case, you will be informed by your agency 15 days before the tour departure date.

 Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are made up of folding and coach beds, participants are deemed to have accepted the possible congestion in the room and the bed type for 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid only for one child staying with 2 adults, within the relevant age group.

 Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

 Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle, without museum or site entrance fees. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out because local authorities do not allow visits or access on the day and time corresponding to the tour, or due to closed roads because of any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible, Lidya Tour is not responsible for the inability to carry out the said tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot, where possible, at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.

 Extra tours are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for extra excursions may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and sites at the destinations and weather conditions.

 Participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers are dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour starts and picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.

 When only category information is provided and/or alternative information exists for the same destination, you may learn the hotel(s) where you will stay 48 hours before the tour departure.

 In our promotional and early booking tours, cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest.

 Lidya Tour is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and private flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. Lidya Tour is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax or ground services fees.

VISA

 There is a visa requirement for T.R. citizens. For the visa application, you must apply through our agency with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel and the documents specified in the “Required Documents for Visa” list.

 Our guests traveling with a T.R. green passport must renew their passport if the issue date of their passport is more than 10 years old; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be allowed to fly by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

 There is no visa requirement for green passport holders; a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel is sufficient.

 Being granted a visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority not to let you into the country. Lidya Tour is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

 In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, said passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visa requirements to T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

 As our guests under the age of 18 may be asked by the police officer in charge at country entry and exit points to present a document showing the mutual consent of the mother and father when traveling alone or with only one parent, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents pay special attention to this matter.
