Lidya Tour will assist with obtaining visas provided that passports and all necessary documents are submitted in full. For international trips, passports must be valid for at least 6 months.
Lidya Tour is not responsible for problems arising from the failure to submit the required visa documents on time and in full.
Obtaining a visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. Passport control officers have the authority to deny a person entry into the country. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger.
Since extra beds are provided in triple rooms at hotels, the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed. Some hotels do not provide a third bed. For packages involving such hotels, Lidya Tour will inform its guests at the time of sale.
Children’s prices are valid only on the condition that the children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th guests. Under the 0–2 age child policy, the child must not have turned 2 by the tour return date; under the 3–12 age child policy, the child must not have turned 12 by the tour return date.
Lidya Tour reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external circumstances.
If there is insufficient participation in the tour, Lidya Tour will notify its guests of the cancellation/change 21 days before the tour departure.
Lidya Tour acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change before departure. All times must be reconfirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
There is a 20 kg baggage allowance on domestic low-cost flights.
Lidya Tour reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided that their category remains the same.
Extra tours are organized subject to a minimum number of participants. They may not be organized if participation is insufficient. If the number of participants is insufficient, the prices may be revised by the guide and a new arrangement may be made.
For extra tours to be taken along the route, guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed by our guide to rest areas located before the city entrances.
Tours that are not permitted to be carried out by local authorities for any reason during the tour will not take place. Lidya Tour is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
In the event of cancellation or changes, the “LIDYA TOUR SALES AGREEMENT” shall apply.
Of the evening meals you will have during the cruise, 2 are formal dinners. Therefore, every male passenger who wishes to dine there is advised to bring at least one suit, and female passengers are advised to bring at least one evening dress.
During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will have its evening meals will have been determined in advance and numbered according to names. Therefore, everyone will sit in the designated places from the first meal to the last meal aboard the ship.
During check-in aboard the ship, every passenger without exception (only 1 person in the case of couples) must present a credit card to the ship’s reception or pay a cash deposit when collecting the cabin keys. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except the casino. EUR and credit cards are accepted aboard the ship. You can view all your expenses on the televisions in your rooms.
It is strictly prohibited to bring alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc. aboard the ship.
At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags in specific colors for all the luggage of our group will be delivered to you together with your cruise ticket. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late in the evening on the ship’s first day of departure. This is a situation caused by the volume and crowds and is entirely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, on the first day you board the ship, it is advisable to place essential items in a small handbag and take it with you.
It is absolutely necessary to comply with the ship’s departure times. At ports, you must board the ship no later than 60 minutes before its departure time. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
At the end of our cruise, you must pack your luggage, attach the tags that will have been left in your cabins the night before, and leave your luggage in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After completing the disembarkation procedures, our group will collect its luggage from the station where it has been placed. We kindly ask each guest to identify and collect their own luggage by touching and checking it.
All guests must carry their round-trip flight tickets and cruise tickets with them. Guests who have not obtained printouts of their tickets are responsible for entering the country / boarding the ship.

Day 1 ISTANBUL – LONDON
Meeting in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at the International Departures terminal of Istanbul Airport. Departure for London at 07:55 on Turkish Airlines flight TK1981. Upon our arrival at 09:55 local time, we will set off for Southampton port in our private vehicle waiting for us. Free time to settle into the cabins after completing the check-in procedures. Our ship departs from the port at 16:00 in the evening.
Day 2 CORNWALL (FALMOUTH)
Our ship will arrive in Falmouth, Cornwall, the westernmost part of mainland Britain, at 07:00 in the morning. After breakfast, guests who wish may join the optional St. Michael’s Mount & Land’s End tour organized by their guide. During this half-day excursion, you can enjoy a scenic journey toward Land’s End with commentary in Turkish. You will ascend to the viewing platform to see the captivating views of the rocky Cornish coast, and you will have free time to take souvenir photos in front of the famous sign showing the distance to New York and other points on the opposite shore of the Atlantic Ocean. Return to the ship after the tour. Our ship will depart at 18:00 this evening.
Day 3 CORK
Our ship will berth at the port at 07:00 in the morning. After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the optional Cork City & Blarney Castle tour organized by our guide. During the tour, we will depart for the village of Blarney, where we will have the chance to see Blarney Castle and enjoy an original Irish Coffee in this beautiful village. After the free time provided, we will head to Cork city center, the second-largest city in Ireland. During our city tour, we will visit the famous English Market, Saint Fin Barre’s Cathedral, Fitzgerald Park, Elizabeth Fort and the Crawford Art Gallery. Afterwards, guests who wish may continue enjoying the city, while those who prefer may return to the ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 17:00 in the evening.
Day 4 DUBLIN
Our ship will berth at the port at 07:00 in the morning. After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the optional Dublin City Tour organized by our guide. On our tour, we will explore Dublin, Ireland’s most famous city. We will begin our tour with a visit to Trinity College, founded by Elizabeth I and attended by Nobel Prize-winning writers such as Oscar Wilde and Samuel Beckett. Following our university tour, we will visit Glasnevin Cemetery, known as the cemetery of the famous. We will then head to the Irish Emigration Museum, known as Ireland’s hidden gem and selected as "Europe’s Leading Tourist Attraction" at the 2021 World Travel Awards. After our museum visit, we will visit the world-famous Guinness brewery, where our guests can enjoy the famous beer during the free time provided. Following our Guinness visit, we will head to the Irish Whiskey Museum to taste world-famous Irish whiskeys. At the end of our tour, we will proceed to our ship after free time in the area known for Dublin’s famous pubs. Our ship will depart from the port at 19:00 in the evening
Day 5 LIVERPOOL
Our ship will berth at the port at 09:00 in the morning. After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the optional Liverpool City Tour organized by our guide. Our tour will include Liverpool Cathedral, a panoramic view of Anfield Stadium, the Walker Art Gallery, the World Museum and the Beatles Museum. After the tour and the free time provided, we will return to our ship, which will depart from Liverpool port for Glasgow at 20:00.
Day 6 BELFAST
Our ship will berth at the port at 07:00 in the morning. After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the optional Belfast City Tour organized by our guide. After the tour and the free time provided, we will return to our ship, which will depart from Belfast port for Glasgow at 20:00.
Day 7 GLASGOW
After breakfast on board, our ship will berth at Glasgow port at 08:00. Guests who wish may join the optional ‘Glasgow City Tour’ organized by our guide. Glasgow is Scotland’s largest city. The city is situated in the low-lying terrain of "West Central Scotland," on the banks of the River Clyde, at its estuary where it opens into the Irish Sea. On our tour, we will explore Glasgow Cathedral, Glasgow Botanic Gardens, Glasgow Science Museum, George Square and the Hunterian Art Gallery. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00.
Day 8 AT SEA
On this day spent sailing at sea, you can spend your time using the ship’s indoor and outdoor pools and activities such as fitness and sauna, or shopping at the duty-free stores. Alternatively, you may enjoy yourself at the bar with shows and music and try your luck at the casino.
Day 9 ORKNEY ISLANDS (KIRKWALL)
Our ship will berth at the port of Kirkwall, the capital of the Orkney Islands, at 07:00 in the morning. Guests who wish may join the optional “Orkney Islands Tour” organized by their guides. Life on the island, which was given to Scotland as a dowry by the Kingdom of Norway 500 years ago, dates back to the Neolithic era. During our walking tour here, you can visit St. Magnus Cathedral and the local history museum opposite it, and shop for local products. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00.
Day 10 EDINBURGH
Our ship will berth at the port at 08:00 in the morning. Guests who wish may join the optional “Edinburgh City Tour” organized by their guides. Edinburgh has been the capital of Scotland since 1437. Edinburgh, the country’s second-largest city after Glasgow, is located in eastern Scotland, near the North Sea. Considered one of Europe’s most beautiful cities, it is known for its medieval and Georgian architecture. Our tour will include Royal Mile & Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street, Holyrood Palace, Stirling and the Royal Yacht Britannia. Our ship will depart at 19:00.
Day 11 AT SEA

Day 12 LE HAVRE(ROUEN & HONFLEUR)
Our ship will berth at 07:00 this morning in Le Havre, the capital of the Normandy region, located in the south of Britain and north of France. Guests who wish may join the optional Rouen & Honfleur City Tour organized by their guides. In the lush nature of Normandy, we will first arrive in the historic city of Rouen, where the Gothic Cathedral immortalized in many of Monet’s works, the Gros Horloge clock tower, Vieux Marché (Old Market) and the Joan of Arc Monument are among the sights to be seen. Afterwards, we will visit the fishing town of Honfleur, located on the North Sea coast. Return to the ship after the free time provided. Our ship will weigh anchor at 20:00 this evening.
Day 13 SOUTHAMPTON(LONDON) - ISTANBUL
Our ship will berth at Southampton port at 07:00 in the morning. After completing our disembarkation procedures, we will head to London Gatwick Airport. Departure for Istanbul at 17:15 on Turkish Airlines flight TK1998. Arrival in Istanbul at 23:25 local time. Until we meet on another journey...
