Need to Know

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Provided that passports and all necessary documents are submitted in full, the AGENCY will assist with obtaining visas. For international trips, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory.
  • The AGENCY is not responsible for problems arising from the failure to submit the necessary documents required for the visa on time and in full.
  • Having obtained a visa does not mean that entry into that country will be granted. Passport control officers have the authority to deny a person entry into the country. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • Since extra beds are used in triple rooms at hotels, the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed. Some hotels do not provide a third bed. For packages involving such hotels, the AGENCY will inform its guests at the time of sale.
  • Children's prices are valid only on the condition that the children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents, with the 3rd and 4th persons occupying the accommodation. For the 0–2 age child policy, the child must not have reached the age of 2 on the tour return date; for the 3–12 age child policy, the child must not have reached the age of 12 on the tour return date.
  • The AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external reasons.
  • In the event of insufficient participation in the tour, the AGENCY will notify its guests of the cancellation/change 21 days before the tour departure.
  • The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
  • There is a 20 kg baggage allowance on domestic low-cost flights.
  • The AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided that their category remains the same.
  • Extra tours are organized subject to a minimum number of participants. They may not be organized when participation is insufficient. If the number of participants is insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide and a new arrangement may be made.
  • For extra tours to be conducted along the route, guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed by our guide to rest areas located before the city entrances.
  • Tours that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities for any reason during the tour will not be carried out. The AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
  • In the event of cancellation or changes, the “AGENCY SALES AGREEMENT” shall apply.
  • Two of the evening meals you will have during the cruise are formal dinners, and every male passenger who wishes to dine there is advised to bring at least one suit, while ladies are advised to bring at least one evening dress.
  • During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will have its evening meals will have been determined in advance and numbered according to names. Therefore, everyone will sit in the assigned places from the first meal to the last meal on board.
  • During check-in on board, every passenger without exception (only one person for couples) must present a credit card to the ship's reception or pay a cash deposit when collecting the cabin keys. Cash is not accepted anywhere on board except in the casino. EUR currency and credit cards are accepted on board. You can view all your expenses on the televisions in your rooms.
  • It is strictly forbidden to bring alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc. on board.
  • At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags in specific colors for all the luggage belonging to our group will be delivered to you together with your ship ticket. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
  • Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late in the evening on the first day of the ship's departure. This is due to the workload and crowds and is entirely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to put the essential items you will need on the first day you board the ship in a small handbag and carry it with you.
  • The ship's departure times must be strictly observed. At ports, you must board the ship no later than 60 minutes before its departure time. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
  • At the end of our cruise, you must pack your luggage, attach the tags that will have been left in your cabins the night before, and leave your luggage in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After completing the disembarkation procedures, our group will collect its luggage from the station where the group's luggage is located. WE URGENTLY REQUEST THAT EACH OF OUR GUESTS COLLECT THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
  • ALL GUESTS MUST CARRY THEIR ROUND-TRIP AIRLINE TICKETS AND SHIP TICKETS WITH THEM. GUESTS WHO DO NOT PRINT OUT THEIR TICKETS ARE THEMSELVES RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTRY INTO THE COUNTRY / ONTO THE SHIP.

Day 1    ISTANBUL – BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA (5.12.26)
Meeting in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at the international departures terminal of Istanbul Airport. Departure for Buenos Aires at 10:00 on Turkish Airlines flight TK 15. Following a technical stop on board the aircraft, we will arrive at 22:25 local time and transfer to our hotel in our private vehicle waiting for us. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 2    BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA (6.12.26) 
After breakfast at our hotel, guests who wish may join the Buenos Aires City Tour, to be organized by our guide at an additional cost. We will begin our tour at Plaza de Mayo, known as the heart of the city, and Casa Rosada located here. We will then visit the La Boca District, famous for its colorful houses and street artists. Continuing our tour, we will take a brief journey into the city’s past by passing through the San Telmo neighborhood, known for its historic texture and antique markets. Recoleta Cemetery, one of Argentina’s most important cemeteries, will then be viewed panoramically. During our city tour, the Colon Theatre, notable for its impressive architecture, will be viewed from the outside. At the end of our tour, following free time, we will return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 3    BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA (7.12.26)
After breakfast at our hotel, we check out and set off by private vehicle toward the port of Buenos Aires. Following the check-in procedures, free time will be provided to settle into the cabins. Guests who wish may join the Tigre Delta Tour, to be organized by our guide at an additional cost. We set off toward the Tigre Delta region, located north of Buenos Aires. Upon arrival, we will have the opportunity to observe life established among the river branches during a boat tour along the delta. Following our tour, we will return to our hotel and have a short period of rest. In the evening, guests who wish may join the Tango Night tour, to be organized by our guide at an additional cost. In this special program, we will enjoy an unforgettable evening accompanied by Tango, one of the most important symbols of Argentine culture. During the program, to be held at an elegant and authentic venue, we will watch the stage performance of professional dancers accompanied by a live orchestra while enjoying a dinner consisting of select flavors from Argentine cuisine. At the end of the evening, guests who wish will also have the opportunity to briefly try dancing. Following the program, we will return to the ship. Our ship will remain anchored in the port tonight. Overnight on board.

Day 4     BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA (8.12.26)
After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the Estancia (Gaucho) Tour, to be organized by our guide at an additional cost. We will visit one of the traditional Argentine farms around Buenos Aires and experience an Argentine Estancia. Throughout the day, Argentina’s famous “gaucho” culture will be introduced, and we will watch horseback riding and local performances. As part of the tour, we will have the opportunity to taste meat dishes unique to Argentina at lunch. Following this enjoyable day spent surrounded by nature, we will return to our ship. Our ship will depart the port at 18:00.

Day 5      MONTEVIDEO, URUGUAY (9.12.26)
Our ship will berth at the port at 07:00. After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the Montevideo City Tour, to be organized by our guide at an additional cost. We will begin our tour with a walk through Ciudad Vieja, known as the heart of the city and notable for its historic buildings. We will then see Plaza Independencia, a symbol of Uruguay’s independence, and Salvo Palace located here. Continuing our city tour, Teatro Solís, notable for its impressive architecture, will be viewed panoramically, followed by an enjoyable journey along La Rambla, extending along the coast and serving as one of the local residents’ favorite spots. During our tour, Mercado del Puerto, famous for its local flavors and handicrafts and offering the opportunity to get to know Uruguayan culture more closely, will be visited. During the free time provided here, our guests will be able to experience the atmosphere of the area. Following free time at the end of our tour, we will return to our ship. Our ship will depart the port at 16:00.

Day 6    AT SEA (10.12.26)
On this day spent cruising at sea, you may spend your time using the ship’s indoor and outdoor pools and activities such as fitness and sauna, or shopping at the duty-free stores. In addition, you may enjoy yourself at the bar with shows and music and try your luck at the casino.

Day 7    PUERTO MADRYN (11.12.26)
Our ship will berth at the port at 09:00. After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the Puerto Madryn Tour, to be organized by our guide at an additional cost. During our tour in the Puerto Madryn region, one of Patagonia’s important port cities, we will have the opportunity to observe some of the most impressive examples of wildlife. The region is particularly famous for sea lions, penguins and whales, and offers the opportunity to see these animals in their natural habitats during the appropriate season. Panoramic excursions will be made along the coast during our tour, and the region’s unique nature will be explored. Following our tour, we will return to our ship. Our ship will depart the port at 18:00.

Day 9    FALKLAND ISLANDS (STANLEY) (13.12.26)
Our ship will berth at the port at 07:00. After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the Falkland Islands Tour, to be organized by our guide at an additional cost. During this tour in the Falkland Islands region, located in the South Atlantic, the capital Stanley and its surroundings will be explored. The region is particularly notable for its penguin colonies and wildlife, offering a unique experience for nature lovers. During our tour, information about the local life of the island will be provided, and following free time we will return to our ship. Our ship will depart the port at 17:30.

Day 10    CAPE HORN (CRUISING) (14.12.26)
On this day spent cruising at sea, our ship will pass off Cape Horn, one of the southernmost points in the world. This region, where the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans meet, has historically been known as one of the most challenging and dangerous routes for sailors. Depending on weather and sea conditions, you will have the opportunity to view this unique geography from the deck and take plenty of photographs. You may also spend your time using the ship’s indoor and outdoor pools and activities such as fitness and sauna, or shopping at the duty-free stores. In addition, you may enjoy yourself at the bar with shows and music and try your luck at the casino.

Day 11    USHUAIA (TIERRA DEL FUEGO) (15.12.26)
Our ship will berth at the port at 07:00. After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the Tierra del Fuego Tour, to be organized by our guide at an additional cost. During our tour in the Ushuaia region, known as the southernmost city in the world, Tierra del Fuego National Park and its surroundings will be explored. During our tour, we will enjoy a pleasant excursion accompanied by impressive natural landscapes, mountains and sea views. Following our tour, we will return to our ship. Our ship will depart the port at 23:59.

Day 12    BEAGLE CHANNEL FJORD & GLACIER (16.12.26)
Our ship will berth at the port at 08:00. After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the Beagle Channel Tour, to be organized by our guide at an additional cost. During this tour along the Beagle Channel, the fjords and glaciers unique to the region will be observed up close. Sea lions, bird colonies and unique natural formations may be seen during the tour, and the fascinating nature of Patagonia will be explored. Following our tour, we will return to our ship. Our ship will depart the port at 15:00.

Day 13    PUNTA ARENAS (17.12.26) 
Our ship will berth at the port at 07:00. After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the Punta Arenas Tour, to be organized by our guide at an additional cost. During our tour in Punta Arenas, one of the important cities of Chilean Patagonia, the city center, historic buildings and the area around the Strait of Magellan will be viewed panoramically. During our tour, information about the region’s history of exploration and cultural structure will be provided, and following free time we will return to our ship. Our ship will depart the port at 19:00.

Day 14    AT SEA (18.12.26)
On this day spent cruising at sea, you may spend your time using the ship’s indoor and outdoor pools and activities such as fitness and sauna, or shopping at the duty-free stores. In addition, you may enjoy yourself at the bar with shows and music and try your luck at the casino.

Day 15    AT SEA (19.12.26)
On this day spent cruising at sea, you may spend your time using the ship’s indoor and outdoor pools and activities such as fitness and sauna, or shopping at the duty-free stores. In addition, you may enjoy yourself at the bar with shows and music and try your luck at the casino.

Day 16    PUERTO MONTT (20.12.26)
Our ship will berth at the port at 07:00. After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the Puerto Montt Tour, to be organized by our guide at an additional cost. During our tour around Puerto Montt, known as the gateway to Chile’s lake district, we will enjoy a pleasant excursion accompanied by impressive natural landscapes. As part of the tour, volcanic mountains, lakes and local markets that have become symbols of the region may be seen. Following free time, we will return to our ship. Our ship will depart the port at 18:00.

Day 17    AT SEA (21.12.26)
On this day spent cruising at sea, you may spend your time using the ship’s indoor and outdoor pools and activities such as fitness and sauna, or shopping at the duty-free stores. In addition, you may enjoy yourself at the bar with shows and music and try your luck at the casino.

Day 18    SAN ANTONIO (SANTIAGO) (22.12.26)
Our ship will berth at the port at 05:00. After breakfast on board, we will disembark from the ship. Transfer to the hotel by our private bus waiting for us at the port. Following check-in and settling into our rooms, guests who wish may join the Santiago City Tour, to be organized by our guide at an additional cost. We set off toward Santiago, the capital of Chile. Upon arrival, we will begin our city tour at Plaza de Armas, known as the historic and political center. During our tour, La Moneda Palace (Presidential Palace) will be viewed panoramically, offering us the opportunity to observe the city’s modern and historic character together. We will then ascend San Cristóbal Hill, one of the highest points in the city, and have the opportunity to enjoy Santiago’s unique views. Following our tour and free time, we will return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 19    SANTIAGO (23.12.26)
After breakfast at our hotel, we complete our check-out procedures. We depart for the airport by our private bus waiting for us. Guests who wish may join the Valparaiso & Vina del Mar Tour, to be organized by our guide at an additional cost. First, we will travel to the city of Valparaiso, famous for its colorful houses and artistic character. In this city, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, we will enjoy a pleasant excursion among historic elevators, narrow streets and murals. We will then continue to the Vina del Mar region, known as Chile’s resort city, and take a panoramic tour along the coastline. Afterwards, we will arrive at the airport and, following baggage and check-in procedures, depart for Istanbul at 18:00 on Turkish Airlines flight 216. Technical stop on board the aircraft. Overnight on the aircraft. 

Day 20    ISTANBUL (24.12.26)
Arrival in Istanbul at 11:45 local time. We look forward to meeting you on another enjoyable journey!
