ACCOMMODATION AND FLIGHT NOTES

o Hotel check-in times are between 15:00 – 17:00 / check-out times are between 10:00 – 12:00.

o Departure and arrival times are local times.

o Schengen visa is required for the program. No visa is required for green passport holders.

IMPORTANT NOTES

 Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.

 In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying a name, and/or where there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.

 During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, you will be informed by your agency 15 days before the tour departure date.

 Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding and/or coach beds, participants of the tour are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type for 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply only to one child staying with 2 adults and matching the relevant age group.

 Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are offered at the hotel in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally served as a limited menu, called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and for groups may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

 Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they do not take place because local authorities do not permit visits or entry on the day and time corresponding to the tour, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, Lidya Tour is not responsible for the inability to carry out the said tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted, insofar as possible.

 Extra tours are organized by the local agency from which we receive service, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not met, the excursions may not be carried out, or the extra excursion prices, content, and vehicle used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums and archaeological sites in the destinations and weather conditions.

 Participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers are dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and are picked up from the same point after the tour is completed.

 When only category information is provided and/or alternative information is available for the same destination, you can learn the hotel(s) where you will stay 48 hours before the tour departure.

 In our promotional and early booking campaign tours, no cancellation or change can be made by the guest.

 Lidya Tour is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. Lidya Tour is obligated to inform these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax or airport service fees.

VISA

 There is a visa application for Turkish Republic citizens. For the visa application, it is necessary to apply through our agency with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel and the documents listed in the “Documents Required for Visa” list.

 Our guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport are required to renew their passports if the passport was issued more than 10 years ago; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or the airline may not operate their flight. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

 For green passport holders, there is no visa application, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel is sufficient.

 Having obtained a visa does not mean entry into the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority to refuse you entry. Lidya Tour is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

 In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

 Since our guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked by the police officer at the country entry/exit points for a document showing the mutual consent of both parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this issue.
