IMPORTANT NOTES

 Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date by the agency is 21 days before the tour departure. Cancellation due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.

 In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a name in the tour program and/or where there are optional hotels for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.

 During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km or in a different city. In such a case, you will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.

 Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities and lasting at most 2-3 hours, with guided commentary from inside the vehicle only, and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. Lidya Tour is not responsible if these panoramic tours, as well as the other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time they coincide with the tour due to restrictions by local authorities, closure of roads because of any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.

 Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are folding beds or coach beds, the tour participant is deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type for third person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for a single child staying with 2 adults and matching the relevant age group. No bed guarantee is provided by hotels for children aged 0-2.

 Breakfasts included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

 Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. Current times will be sent by your agency together with the tour information.

 It is necessary to confirm tour flight times before purchasing a domestic flight. If the guest has purchased the domestic connection flight from a different product provider independent of the agency, they cannot request any refund from the agency in the event that the trip is canceled by the agency or if there is a schedule change. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation/change of the tour when purchasing the tour. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for this situation.

 In accordance with airline rules; if the outbound flight of tickets purchased as round-trip is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.

 Guests included in the tour without a flight must be present at the tour starting point on their own and without any delay. Otherwise, they will be responsible for arranging all their transfers themselves.

 Lidya Tour is not responsible for guests who do not arrive at the specified airport at the times announced in accordance with airline rules for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but cannot board the plane and therefore cannot make the flight. All costs related to obtaining new round-trip tickets required for guests who miss the plane to join the tour and transfers in the destination region, etc., will be borne by them.

 The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs of the participants are under their own responsibility, and Lidya Tour is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or the person, and the costs incurred during delivery belong to the owner of the item.

 In cases such as illness or loss/theft, since the integrity and continuity of the group are essential for the guide, the guide cannot accompany guests individually in such negative situations.

 It is mandatory to provide the name, date of birth, and passport number as shown on the passport correctly at the time of purchase of the tour. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation and change penalty fees for tickets resulting from incorrect information will be collected from you.

 At some airlines, food and beverage services and online check-in may be subject to a fee.

 During the tour, seat numbers on the bus cannot be guaranteed.

 The times announced by our guide to guests during our tours are the departure time, the time when the vehicle starts moving. Our guide, who is responsible for equally considering the rights of all our guests, will set the vehicle in motion without any waiting at the meeting times. In the event of a delay, our guest must make their own way to the next stop.

 Extra tours are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not met, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for extra excursions may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites in the destinations and weather conditions. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.

 In our classic packages, where extra tours are not included, extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable roadside rest facility. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.

 In programs where extra tours are included, it is mandatory to pay museum & archaeological site entrance fees to the guide during the tour.

 Lidya Tour is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. On scheduled and special flights, there may be a risk of delay, or times may change before the current trip and flight. Lidya Tour is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

VISA

 A visa application is required for Turkish Republic citizens. For the visa application, it is necessary to apply through our agency with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel and with the documents specified in the “Required Documents for Visa” list.

 The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry on the tour or from the country with the longest stay.

 There is no visa requirement for Green Passport holders, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel is sufficient.

 The visa information specified in the program applies to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests holding a passport other than that of the Republic of Turkey must obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.

 Obtaining a visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority to deny entry. Lidya Tour is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

 In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or damaged in a similar way; the passports obtained must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

 When our guests under 18 years of age travel alone or with only one of their parents, there is a possibility that the police officer on duty at the country entry-exit points may ask for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents; therefore, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
