IMPORTANT NOTES

 Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notice date by the agency is 21 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

 In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a name in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.

 During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified km distances or in a different city. In such a case, you will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.

 The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, and conducted panoramically with guidance only from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entries. Including panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program, Lidya Tour is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours in cases where, on the day and time corresponding to the tour, they are not permitted to be visited or entered by local authorities, or are not realized due to any event, road closures, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where possible, at road closures or points where vehicle access is not permitted.

 3-person rooms may be provided depending on the availability of the hotels, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are foldable or coach beds, tour participants are deemed to have accepted the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for one child only, sharing a room with 2 adults, and falling within the applicable age group. No bed guarantee is provided in hotels for children aged 0-2.

 Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country where you are staying, and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

 Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. Updated times will be provided by your agency with the tour information.

 Tour flight times must be confirmed before purchasing a domestic flight. If the guest purchased the domestic connecting flight from a different product provider independent of the agency, they cannot request any refund from the agency in the event of tour cancellation by the agency or if there is a time change. The guest accepts in advance any material or moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation or change of the tour when purchasing the tour. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for this situation.

 In accordance with airline rules, if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets purchased as return tickets is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.

 Guests included in the tour without a flight must be present at the tour starting point on their own means and without any delay. Otherwise, they will arrange all their transfers at their own expense.

 Lidya Tour is not responsible if guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times announced in accordance with airline rules, do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or complete check-in and boarding on time but cannot board the plane, are unable to take the flight. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets necessary for missed-flight guests to join the tour and transfers in the destination area, etc. are at their own expense.

 The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports / IDs of the participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and Lidya Tour is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or the person, and the expenses incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the item owner.

 Since the integrity and continuity of the group is essential for the guide in cases such as illness, loss, or theft, the guide cannot accompany guests individually in such adverse situations.

 During the purchase of the tour, it is mandatory that the name, date of birth, and passport number appearing in the passport be reported correctly. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for ticket cancellation and changes arising from incorrect information will be collected from you.

 In some airlines, food, beverage, and online check-in services may be subject to a fee.

 During the tour, seat numbers in the bus cannot be guaranteed.

 The times announced by our guide to the guests during our tours are the departure times, the wheel-turning times of the vehicle. Our guide, who is responsible for equally protecting the rights of all our guests, will move the vehicle without any waiting at the meeting times. In the event of a delay, our guest must arrange transportation to the next stop on their own.

 Extra tours are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not met, the excursions cannot be carried out or the extra tour prices, content, and vehicle used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions. A different guide may accompany our guests during the extra tours.

 In classic packages where extra tours are not included, extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the way. These passengers are dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour starts and picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.

 In programs where extra tours are included, it is mandatory to pay the museum & archaeological site entrance fees to the guide during the tour.

 Lidya Tour is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays in scheduled and special flights, or the times before the current trip and flight may change. Lidya Tour is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

VISA

 There is a visa requirement for Turkish Republic citizens. For visa applications, you must apply through our agency with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel and the documents specified in the "Documents Required for Visa" list.

 The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry on the tour to be taken or, at most, from the country where the longest stay will be made.

 For holders of green passports, there is no visa requirement, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel is sufficient.

 The visa information specified in the program is the information applicable to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests who hold a passport other than that of the Republic of Turkey must obtain their visa information from the relevant consulates.

 Obtaining a visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority to deny you entry. Lidya Tour is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.

 In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or damaged in a similar way, the obtained passports must be renewed and, if it is a country that requires a visa for Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.

 When our guests under the age of 18 travel alone or with only one parent, there is a possibility that the officer at the country entry/exit point may ask for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents; therefore, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this matter.
