Provided that passports and the required documents are submitted completely, AGENCY will assist with obtaining visas. For international trips, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory.
AGENCY is not responsible for problems arising from the required documents requested for the visa not being submitted completely and on time.
Having obtained a visa does not mean that entry into that country will be granted. Passport control officers have the authority to deny a person entry into the country. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since extra beds are provided in triple rooms at hotels, the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed. Some hotels do not provide a third bed. For packages involving such hotels, AGENCY will inform its guests at the time of sale.
Child prices are valid only on the condition that the children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th persons. For the 0–2 age child policy, the child must not have reached the age of 2 on the tour return date; for the 3–12 age child policy, the child must not have reached the age of 12 on the tour return date.
AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external reasons.
In the event that participation in the tour is insufficient, AGENCY will notify its guests of the cancellation/change 21 days before the tour departure.
AGENCY acts as an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
There is a 20 kg baggage allowance on domestic low-cost flights.
AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided that their category remains the same.
Optional tours are organized subject to a minimum participation requirement. They may not be organized when participation is insufficient. If the number of participants is insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide and a new arrangement may be made.
For optional tours to be taken en route, guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed by our guide to rest areas located before the city entrances.
Tours that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities for any reason during the tour will not be carried out. AGENCY is not responsible for tours that cannot be carried out for this reason.
In the event of cancellation or change, the “AGENCY SALES CONTRACT” shall apply.
Of the dinners you will have during the cruise, 2 are formal dinners, and every male passenger who wishes to dine there is advised to bring at least one suit, while ladies are advised to bring at least one evening dress.
During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner will have been determined in advance and numbered according to names. Therefore, everyone will sit in the previously designated places from the first meal to the last meal on board.
During check-in on board, every passenger without exception (only 1 person for couples) must present a credit card to the ship’s reception or pay a cash deposit when collecting the cabin keys. Cash is not accepted anywhere on board except in the casino. EUR and credit cards are accepted on board. You can view all your expenses on the televisions in your cabins.
It is strictly forbidden to bring alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc. on board.
At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags in designated colors for all the luggage of our group will be delivered to you together with your cruise ticket. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late in the evening on the first day of the ship’s departure. This is due to the high volume and crowds and is entirely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, on the first day you board the ship, it is advisable to put your essential items in a small hand luggage bag and keep it with you.
The ship’s departure times must be strictly observed. At ports, you must board the ship no later than 60 minutes before our ship’s departure time. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
At the end of our cruise, you must pack your luggage, attach the tags that will have been left in your cabins the night before, and leave your luggage in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After completing the disembarkation procedures, our group will collect its luggage from the station where the luggage is located. WE STRONGLY REQUEST THAT EACH OF OUR GUESTS TOUCH AND CHECK THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BEFORE COLLECTING IT.

ALL GUESTS MUST KEEP THEIR ROUND-TRIP AIRLINE TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. GUESTS WHO DO NOT PRINT OUT THEIR TICKETS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTRY INTO THE COUNTRY / ONTO THE SHIP.

Day 1 ISTANBUL – BERGAMO - GENOA
Meeting in front of the Pegasus Airlines counter at the international departures terminal of Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 06:30. Departure for Bergamo at 09:40 on Pegasus Airlines flight PC 1211. After arriving at 10:30 local time, we board our waiting bus and set off for the port of Genoa. Free time to settle into the cabins after completing the check-in procedures. Our ship will depart from the port at 16:30.

Day 2 AT SEA
On this day spent sailing at sea, you can enjoy your time using the ship’s outdoor and indoor pools, activities such as fitness and sauna, or shopping at the duty-free stores. In addition, you may wish to spend an entertaining time at the bar accompanied by shows and music, and try your luck at the casino.

Day 3 BARCELONA
Our ship will berth at the port of Barcelona at 08:00 in the morning. Guests who wish may join the “Barcelona City Tour” organized as an optional excursion by their guides. We begin our panoramic city tour of Barcelona, one of Europe’s most beautiful metropolises, with our private vehicle from the port. During our city tour, the first place to be seen from the outside is
the Sagrada Familia. Afterwards, La Rambla, the Christopher Columbus Monument, the Maremagnum artificial harbor, Plaça de Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia, whose street was transformed by Gaudí’s houses into an open-air museum, and his principal work, the Sagrada Familia, are among the places we will see. After free time for shopping, we will return to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00

Day 4 ALICANTE
Our ship will berth at the port at 08:00 in the morning. Guests who wish may join the “Alicante City Tour” organized as an optional excursion by their guides. We begin our city tour with our private vehicle from the port. After discovering the historical and cultural sites, we will have free time for shopping and return to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 17:00.

Day 5 GIBRALTAR
Our ship will berth at the port of Gibraltar, located at the southern tip of the Iberian Peninsula in the Bay of Gibraltar, at 10:00 in the morning. Following breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the optional Gibraltar Tour. Casemates Square, the Upper Rock Nature Reserve and the Siege Tunnels are among the places we will see. After the tour, free time for shopping followed by transfer to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00.

Day 6 CADIZ
Our ship will berth at the port of Cadiz at 08:00 in the morning. Following breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the optional Cadiz & Seville Tour. First, we travel to Seville, the most important city in southern Spain and the capital of the Andalusia region. During the panoramic city tour we will take here, the cathedral, whose construction began in the 15th century on the site of the former Great Mosque dating from the Almohad period, the Alcázar, a royal residence where Arab, Gothic and Renaissance-style palaces rise side by side, the Golden Tower, a fortress dating from the 13th century, numerous medieval churches, the Convent of Santa Paula, and the City Hall are among the places to be seen. After completing our city tour, we return to Cadiz and, following a short tour introducing the city, arrive at our ship. Transfer to our ship after the tour. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00.

Day 7 AT SEA
On this day spent sailing at sea, you can enjoy your time using the ship’s outdoor and indoor pools, activities such as fitness and sauna, or shopping at the duty-free stores. In addition, you may wish to spend an entertaining time at the bar accompanied by shows and music, and try your luck at the casino.

Day 8 LA CORUÑA
Our ship will berth at the port at 08:00 in the morning. Following breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the optional La Coruña Tour. It is situated on a headland at the mouth of an estuary on the Atlantic Ocean and offers visitors magnificent views of the bay and ocean. This tour gives you the opportunity to discover this charming Spanish city and see its main historic buildings, such as typical 18th-century buildings with glass-enclosed balconies designed as a solution to the region’s weather conditions. After passing by the Mendez Núñez Gardens, there will be a photo stop at the Tower of Hercules, an ancient lighthouse that has been in continuous service since Roman times, before arriving in the city center for a walking tour. Before returning to our ship, you will have free time to explore various sites at your own pace, including the city’s wonderfully preserved historic district. Our ship will depart from the port at 17:00.

Day 9 BILBAO
Our ship will berth at the port at 08:00 in the morning. Following breakfast, guests who wish may join the optional “Bilbao City Tour” organized by their guides. The largest city in the Basque Country, serving as the capital of the province of Bizkaia, has much to offer, from its exuberant, cutting-edge architecture and inspiring museums to its friendly residents. Stretching for approximately 14 km alongside the Río Nervión, Bilbao (Bilbo) is surrounded by green mountain slopes on both sides, which can always be seen beyond the high-rise buildings in the city center, although urban sprawl now fills the narrow valley. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00.

Day 10 LA ROCHELLE
Our ship will berth at the port at 08:00 in the morning. Following breakfast, guests who wish may join the optional “La Rochelle City Tour” organized by their guides. Begin this enriching experience in the Charente-Maritime region with a scenic bus journey departing from the pier. Enjoy the serene beauty of the coastline stretching along the Corniche and see the peaceful Allée de Mail Park, one of the locals’ favorite promenades since the 18th century. The route also passes in front of St. Louis Cathedral, an elegant example of neoclassical architecture dating from the 18th century and completed in the 19th century. After arriving in the historic city center, we tour the story-filled streets of the old town. As you proceed along the old cobbled roads and pass beneath vaulted passages, arcades and canopies, you will learn about the city’s fascinating commercial and military heritage. La Rochelle developed as an important port city in the Middle Ages and played a key role in the Huguenot uprisings of the 17th century. The iconic towers of the old port, surviving from the city’s walled past, stand as silent witnesses to centuries of maritime activity and international trade. Following the guided walk, enjoy 45 minutes of free time in the pedestrianized city center. This lively area is home to numerous cafés, marketplaces and local boutiques. Take this opportunity to taste local delicacies or simply enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.Our ship will depart from the port at 15:00.

Day 11 and Day 12 AT SEA
On this day spent sailing at sea, you can enjoy your time using the ship’s outdoor and indoor pools, activities such as fitness and sauna, or shopping at the duty-free stores. In addition, you may wish to spend an entertaining time at the bar accompanied by shows and music, and try your luck at the casino.

Day 13 KIEL- HAMBURG - ISTANBUL
Our ship will berth at the port at 09:00. After breakfast on board, we disembark. We depart for the airport in our private bus waiting for us at the port. Upon arrival at Hamburg Airport, after baggage and check-in procedures, departure for Istanbul at 17:35 on Pegasus Airlines flight PC 1046. Arrival in Istanbul at 21:50 local time. We look forward to meeting you on another enjoyable journey!.
