IMPORTANT NOTES
• The AGENCY will assist with obtaining visas provided that passports and the necessary documents are submitted in full. For international trips, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory.
• The AGENCY is not responsible for problems arising from the failure to provide the necessary documents requested for the visa on time and in full.
• Having obtained a visa does not mean that entry into that country is guaranteed. Passport control officers have the authority to deny a person entry to the country. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Since extra beds are provided in triple rooms at hotels, the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed. At some hotels, no third bed is provided. For packages involving such hotels, the AGENCY will inform its guests at the time of sale.
• Child prices are valid only on the condition that the children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th persons. For the 0–2 age child policy, the child must not have reached the age of 2 by the return date of the tour; for the 3–12 age child policy, the child must not have reached the age of 12 by the return date of the tour.
• The AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external factors.
• If participation in the tour is insufficient, the AGENCY will notify its guests of the cancellation/change 21 days before the tour departure.
• The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All times must be reconfirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
• Domestic low-cost flights include a 20 kg baggage allowance.
• The AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided that their category remains the same.
• Optional tours are organized subject to a minimum participation requirement. They may not be organized when participation is insufficient. If the number of participants is insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide and a new arrangement may be made.
• For optional tours to be taken along the route, guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed by our guide to rest areas located before the city entrances.
• Tours that are not permitted for any reason by local authorities during the tour will not be carried out. The AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• In the event of cancellation or change, the “AGENCY SALES CONTRACT” shall apply.
• Of the dinners you will have during the ship journey, 2 are formal dinners, and every male passenger who wishes to dine there is advised to bring at least one suit, while ladies are advised to bring at least one evening dress.
• During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner will have been determined in advance and numbered according to names. Therefore, from the first meal to the last meal taken on board, everyone will sit in the places assigned in advance.
• At check-in on the ship, without exception, every passenger (only 1 person in the case of couples) must present a credit card to the ship’s reception or pay a cash deposit when collecting the cabin keys. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except in the casino. EUR and credit cards are accepted on board. You can view all your expenses on the televisions in your rooms.
• Bringing alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc. onto the ship is strictly prohibited.
• At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags in specific colors for all the luggage of our group will be delivered to you together with your cruise ticket. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
• Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late in the evening on the first day of the ship’s departure. This is caused by the congestion and crowds and is entirely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, on the first day you board the ship, it is advisable to place essential items in a small hand bag and carry it with you.
• The ship’s departure times must be strictly observed. At ports, you must board the ship no later than 60 minutes before our ship’s departure time. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
• At the end of our cruise, you must pack your luggage, attach the tags that will have been left in your cabins in advance the previous night, and leave your luggage in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After completing the disembarkation procedures, our group will collect its luggage from the station where the group’s luggage is located. WE STRONGLY REQUEST THAT EACH OF OUR GUESTS COLLECT THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
• ALL GUESTS MUST CARRY THEIR ROUND-TRIP AIRLINE TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. GUESTS WHO DO NOT OBTAIN PRINTED COPIES OF THEIR TICKETS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTRY INTO THE COUNTRY / SHIP.

Day 1 ISTANBUL – BARCELONA
Meeting in front of the Pegasus Airlines counter at the International Departures terminal of Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Departure for Barcelona at 10:50 on Pegasus Airlines flight number 1091. After arriving at 13:35 local time, we board our waiting bus and set off for the Port of Barcelona. Free time to settle into the cabins after completing the check-in procedures. Our ship departs the port at 18:00 in the evening.
Day 2 MARSEILLE
Our ship will dock at the port at 08:00 in the morning. Guests who wish may join the optional “Marseille Panoramic City Tour & Aix En Provence” tour organized by their guide. On today's tour, after meeting our guide, we will first travel to Aix en Provence, located 40 minutes from Marseille. The tour will begin with the famous St. Saviour’s Cathedral, dating back to the 12th century, with its Romanesque façade and covered arched walkway. Afterwards, during a pleasant walk through the old part of the city, you will see the ancient inns located here and the Mazarino district, designed in the 17th century by the brother of Cardinal Mazarino. After a short break, we will return to Marseille, an important maritime city. The Longchamps Fountain, Saint Charles railway station, the old town, the Hotel de Ville and the marina district are among the places to be seen first. We will then return to our ship after some free time in the city center. At the end of our tour, we will transfer to our ship. Our ship will depart the port at 16:00.
Day 3 GENOA – PORTOFINO
Our ship will dock at the port of Genoa at 07:00. Guests who wish may join the optional “Genoa city tour & Portofino tour” organized by our guide. Genoa, the capital of the Liguria Region, undoubtedly deserves much more than its current popularity. The city is the birthplace of pesto sauce and Christopher Columbus, as well as the driving force behind Italian football. Thanks to its rich artistic, musical, gastronomic, architectural and historical features, the city became the European Capital of Culture in 2004. This historic city, inherited from the Genoese, will greatly surprise you. After touring among magnificent mansions, streets, squares and historic sites, we will have time for shopping. Following our tour, we will head to our ship. Our ship will depart the port at 16:00.
Day 4 NAPLES
Our ship will dock at the port of Civitavecchia at 13:00 in the morning. Afterwards, the “Naples panoramic city tour & Pompeii” organized optionally by our guide begins. During our city tour, the places to be seen include Plebiscito Square, the central square of Naples, the Royal Palace built in the 17th century, Castel Nuovo (New Castle), the Basilica of San Francesco di Paola, built inspired by St. Peter’s Square and the Pantheon in Rome, the Galleria Umberto I with its shops, the San Carlo Theatre, built in 1737 and included on the UNESCO World Heritage list, and the Port of Naples. We then continue for our Pompeii tour. We return to the Port of Naples. Our ship will depart the port at 21:00 in the evening
Day 5 PALERMO
Our ship will dock at the port of Palermo at 09:00. Guests who wish may join the optional “Palermo city tour” organized by our guide. During our tour, Cappella Palatina, San Giovanni Cathedral, Politeama Square, the Normanni Palace, Quattro Canti Square, Via Roma and Via Liberta streets are among the places to be seen. Return to the Port of Palermo after the tour. Our ship will depart the port at 17:00.
Day 6 VALLETTA
Our ship will dock at the port of Valletta at 09:00 in the morning. After having breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the optional “Valletta City Tour” organized by our guide. During our tour, we will explore the city by walking through the lively streets of the capital, Valletta. Our first stop will be the “Barracca Gardens,” built on the upper part of the defensive walls surrounding this magnificent city. Built by the Knights of St. John, these gardens also offer magnificent views of the Grand Harbour and the three old cities surrounded by walls. Our next stop will be St. John’s Co-Cathedral. Built in the Baroque style, this cathedral, despite its plain exterior, houses very rich interior decoration and paintings by the famous artist Caravaggio. As our walk continues among the historically significant buildings of the capital, we will see the “Grandmaster’s Palace” and the “Prime Minister’s Residence.” We then return to the Port of Valletta. Our ship will depart the port at 17:00.
Day 7 AT SEA
On this day, which will be spent sailing at sea, you can enjoy your time using the ship’s indoor and outdoor pools, activities such as fitness and sauna, or shopping at the duty-free stores. You may also spend an enjoyable time at the bar with shows and music and try your luck at the casino.
Day 8 BARCELONA – ISTANBUL
Our ship will dock at the port at 08:00 in the morning. After having breakfast on board, we disembark from the ship. We will travel to Barcelona Airport by private vehicle. After the baggage and check-in procedures, departure for Istanbul at 14:35 on Pegasus Airlines flight PC1092. Arrival in Istanbul at 19:10 local time.
