The services included in the price vary according to the package type purchased by the guests.

Package types must be purchased at the time of tour reservation. They cannot be changed after booking.

Extra tour prices stated in the tour program are per person.

Extra tours along the route operate if there are at least 6 participants from the group. Guests who do not wish to participate will be kept at the rest stop, service area, etc. 

In cases such as fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may take place in the cities, accommodation may be arranged outside the committed distance and area. In such a case, the hotel region will be communicated in writing to our agencies at least 30 days before the tour departure.

In rooms for 3 people, an extra bed is provided, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or is an additional foldable extra bed.

In some cities in Europe, since there are no triple rooms, hotels may provide a double room + single room instead of a triple room.

Bed type requests are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Child discounts are only valid for purchases of the Advantageous Eco or Advantageous Maxi extra tour package. No discount is applied for individual purchases.                  

Infant guests aged 0 to 1.99 years may participate in extra tours free of charge if they are accompanied by adult guests staying with them.                                                         

During the tour, payment for the Advantageous Eco or Advantageous Maxi extra tour package can be made in cash or by credit card. For detailed information regarding card payments, you may contact your tour guide.

INFORMATION

For trips abroad, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for travel abroad and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not possible with torn or worn passports.

For a visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents listed in the visa-required documents list that you can obtain from our agencies must be submitted to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date.

In cases such as fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may take place in the cities, accommodation may be arranged outside the committed distance and area. In such a case, the hotel region will be communicated in writing to our agencies at least 30 days before the tour departure.

The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry on the tour to be taken, or from the country where the longest stay will be made at most; otherwise, Lidya Tour is not responsible if passport control officers do not allow entry into the country.

In the event of tour cancellation, the visa fee and insurance fees are non-refundable.

Lidya Tour acts only as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers, and has no responsibility if the visa is not approved for any reason, is not issued on time, and/or if mistakes occur in the visa; the passenger has no right to compensation from Lidya Tour under any circumstances.

Lidya Tour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.

At the time of registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Any cancellation or change of airline tickets arising from incorrect information will result in the no-show fee being charged to the guests.

Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by calling the head office 48 hours before the departure date.

The city where the plane lands may vary. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for time changes made by the airline or possible delays.

Lidya Tour is not responsible for changes experienced in domestic connection flight transportation for guests who do not confirm the flight times and route.

The airline rules apply to group tickets; according to the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.

For flights departing from Turkey, the general luggage weight is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the destination country. On domestic flights in the destination countries, this weight may decrease to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Lidya Tour.

If the number of people participating in the package tour is insufficient, tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 21 days in advance.

The tour route specified in the tour program is a sample route and the tour itinerary may change.

City tours may be carried out on the next day/days depending on the time of arrival in the city.

The excursions specified in the programs may be carried out on another day outside the stated day/days at the guide's discretion for any reason.

Alternative tours along the way will be carried out if there are at least 6 participants from the group. Guests who do not wish to participate will be kept at the rest stop.

During busy periods such as fairs, congresses, seminars, hotel accommodation may be outside the city.

Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason to be visited or taken will not be carried out. Alternative tours can be carried out if there is a minimum participation of 20 people; if there is less participation, they may be carried out at the guide's discretion and, if necessary, with price changes. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for the failure of these excursions or tours to take place.

Entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites are not included in the prices.

Lidya Tour reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the star category remains the same.

All hotel names stated in the programs are V.B. (and similar) and are written as examples in terms of star category and distance. This does not mean that accommodation will be provided at the hotel with the specified name.

While traveling, when leaving the vehicles and hotels you have stayed in, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.

The child discount is only valid for children within a certain age group staying with 2 adults.

In cases where children under 18, who are not considered adults, do not join the tour with one or both of their mother and father, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be carried with them during the trip.

In case of cancellation or change, the “AGENCY SALES AGREEMENT” applies.
