The services included in the price vary depending on the package type purchased by the guests.

Package types must be purchased at the time of tour reservation. They cannot be changed after booking.

Please ask for prices and availability for domestic connecting flights.

The prices of optional tours stated in the tour program are per person.

Optional tours on the route are conducted if at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be left at a rest stop, service area, etc. 

In cases such as fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may take place in the cities, accommodation may be provided outside the promised distance and region. In such a case, the hotel region will be notified to our agencies in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure.

In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or is an additional foldable extra bed.

In some cities in Europe, since 3-person rooms are not available, a double room + single room may be provided by hotels instead of a 3-person room.

Requests for bed type are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Child discounts are valid only for purchases of the Advantageous Eco or Advantageous Maxi extra tour package. No discount is applied for individual purchases.                  

Infant guests aged 0 to 1.99 years may participate in extra tours free of charge if accompanied by adult guests staying with them.                                                           

During the tour, payment for the Advantageous Eco or Advantageous Maxi extra tour package can be made in cash or by credit card. For detailed information regarding card payments, you can contact your tour guide.

For trips abroad, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for travel abroad and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry cannot be made with torn or worn passports.

For a visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents listed in the visa-required documents list that you can obtain from our agencies must be delivered to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date.

In cases such as fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may take place in the cities, accommodation may be provided outside the promised distance and region. In such a case, the hotel region will be notified to our agencies in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure.

The visa must be obtained from the country of first entry on the tour to be taken, or from the country where the longest stay will be made; otherwise, Lidya Tour is under no responsibility whatsoever if passport police do not allow entry into the country.

In case of tour cancellation, visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.

Lidya Tour acts only as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers, and has no responsibility if the visa is not approved for any reason, does not arrive in time, and/or errors occur in the visa; the passenger has no right to compensation from Lidya Tour in any way.

Lidya Tour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.

At the time of registration, the name on the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to guests as no-show fees.

Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by our guests by calling the head office 48 hours before the departure dates.

The city where the plane lands may vary. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for schedule changes that may be made by airlines and possible delays.

Lidya Tour is not responsible for changes experienced in domestic connecting flights for guests who do not confirm the flight times and route.

The airline rules apply to group tickets, and in accordance with the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.

For flights departing from Turkey, the standard baggage allowance is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. On domestic flights in the destination countries, this weight may decrease to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Lidya Tour.

In the event that the number of people participating in the package tour is insufficient, tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 21 days in advance.

The tour route specified in the tour program is an example route and the tour itinerary may change.

City sightseeing tours may be carried out on the following day/days depending on the time of arrival in the city.

The excursions specified in the programs may be carried out on another day outside the specified day/days at the guide's discretion for any reason.

Alternative tours on the route are carried out if at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate are left at the rest stop.

During busy periods such as fairs, congresses, seminars, hotel accommodation may be outside the city.

Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Alternative tours can be carried out if there is a minimum participation of 20 people; if there is less participation, they may be carried out at the guide's discretion and, if necessary, with price changes. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for the failure to carry out these excursions or tours.

Entrance fees to museums and historical sites are not included in the prices.

Lidya Tour reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the star category remains the same.

All hotel names specified in the programs are V.B. (and similar) and are written as examples in terms of star category and distance. This does not mean that accommodation will be provided at the specified hotel.

While leaving the vehicles you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.

The child discount is valid only for children in a certain age group staying with 2 adults.

In cases where children under 18, who are not considered adults, do not participate in the tour together with one or both of their mother or father, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be kept with them during travel.

In case of cancellation or change, the “AGENCY SALES AGREEMENT” is valid.
