            IMPORTANT NOTES

  •  Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the tour, the final cancellation notification date by the agency is 21 days before the tour departure. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
  •  In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a hotel name in the tour program and/or there are multiple options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km or in a different city. In such a case, you will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
  •  The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, and are panoramic with guide commentary only from inside the vehicle, without museum or site entrance fees. Lidya Tour is not responsible for the inability to carry out such tours when, including panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program, visits are not permitted by local authorities on the relevant day and time, entry is not allowed, or they cannot take place due to any event or because of closed roads, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transport or on foot at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
  • Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and of the coach bed type, the tour participant is deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the room and the bed type for reservations involving a 3rd person and/or child. Child discounts apply only to a single child staying with 2 adults and matching the relevant age group. Hotels do not guarantee beds for children aged 0-2.
  • Breakfasts included in the tour program services are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally offered as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall assigned to the group for groups.
  • Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. Current times will be communicated by your agency along with the tour information.
  • It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times before purchasing a domestic flight. If the guest purchased the domestic connection flight from a different provider independent of the agency, they cannot request any refund from the agency in case the trip is canceled by the agency or if there is a schedule change. The guest accepts in advance any material or moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation or change of the tour when purchasing the tour. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for this situation.
  • According to airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
  • Guests who join the tour without a flight must be present at the tour starting point on their own means and without any delay. Otherwise, they will arrange all transfers on their own.
  • For participation in the tour, in accordance with airline rules, Lidya Tour is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the announced times, do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or who complete check-in and boarding on time but are still unable to board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets required for missed flights, as well as transfers in the destination area, etc., for guests who miss their flight in order to join the tour, are their own responsibility.
  • Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs, and Lidya Tour is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and the costs incurred during delivery are borne by the owner of the item.
  • In cases such as illness or loss/theft, since the integrity and continuity of the group are essential for the guide, the guide cannot accompany guests individually in such adverse situations.
  • It is mandatory to provide the name on the passport, date of birth, and passport number correctly at the time of purchasing the tour. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Cancellation and change penalties for tickets resulting from incorrect information will be charged to you.
  • Food, beverages, and online check-in services may be subject to a fee on some airlines.
  • During the tour, seat numbers on the bus cannot be guaranteed.
  • During our tours, the times announced by our guide to the guests are the departure times, the time for the vehicle to start moving. Our guide, who is responsible for equally respecting the rights of all our guests, will set the vehicle in motion without waiting at the meeting times. In the event of a delay, our guest will have to make their own way to the next stop.
  • Extra tours are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, the tours may not be held, or extra tour prices, content, and the vehicle used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and sites at the destinations and weather conditions. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
  • On classic packages where extra tours are not included, extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility on the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the point where they were left after the tour is completed.
  • In programs where extra tours are included, it is mandatory to pay the museum & site entrance fees either to your agency at the time of reservation or to the guide during the tour.
  • The participant accepts in advance that they will join the tours to be organized as specified in the tour program, will not disrupt the program, and accordingly will pay the amount previously announced in the tour program to the tour officer during the trip for expenses such as local guide fees, museum & site entrance fees, city taxes, and audio system headphones if any. The participant has been fully and completely informed on this matter.
  • Lidya Tour is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current tour and flight. Lidya Tour is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

            VISA

  • There is a visa requirement for Turkish Republic citizens. For visa applications, you must apply with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel and the documents listed in our agency’s “Documents Required for Visa” list.
  • The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry on the tour or from the country where the longest stay will be made.
  • There is no visa requirement for holders of green passports; a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel is sufficient.
  • The visa information stated in the program is the information applicable to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests holding a passport other than that of the Republic of Turkey must obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
  • Having a visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority to deny you entry. Lidya Tour is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
  • In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or damaged in similar ways; the passports obtained must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement for T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
  • Since there is a possibility that police officers at country entry and exit points may ask for a document showing the joint consent of the parents when our guests under 18 travel alone or with only one parent, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be careful about this issue.
