INFORMATION
For trips abroad, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for travel abroad and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry cannot be made with torn or worn passports.
For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents specified in the list of required visa documents that you can obtain from our agencies must be delivered to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
In cases such as fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may occur in the cities, accommodation may be outside the committed distance and area. In such a case, the hotel area will be informed to our agencies in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure.
Lidya Tour is absolutely not responsible if the visa must be obtained from the first country of entry on the tour or, at most, from the country where the longest stay will be made; otherwise, passport police may not allow entry into the country.
In the event of tour cancellation, the visa fee and insurance fees are non-refundable.
Lidya Tour acts only as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and has no responsibility if the visa is not approved for any reason, is not issued in time, and/or if errors occur in the visa; the passenger has no right to compensation from Lidya Tour in any way.
Lidya Tour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955.
During registration, the name on the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. In the event of ticket cancellation or changes due to incorrect information, the no-show fee will be charged to guests.
Times may change before departure and all times must be confirmed in writing by our guests by calling the head office 48 hours before the departure date.
The city where the plane lands may vary. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for any schedule changes or delays that may be made by airlines.
Lidya Tour is not responsible for changes experienced in domestic connection flight transportation for guests who do not confirm flight times and routes.
The airline rules apply to group tickets, and according to the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.
The standard luggage weight on flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and destination country. On domestic flights in the destination countries, this weight may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Lidya Tour.
If the number of people participating in the package tour is insufficient, the tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 21 days in advance.
The route specified in the tour program is an example route, and the tour itinerary may change.
City tours may be carried out on the next day/days depending on the arrival time in the city.
The excursions specified in the programs may, at the guide’s discretion and for any reason, be carried out on a day other than the specified day/days.
Alternative tours en route will take place provided that at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be left at the rest stop.
Hotel stays during busy periods such as fairs, congresses, and seminars may be outside the city.
Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason are not carried out. Alternative tours can be carried out if there is a minimum participation of 20 people; if there is less participation, they may be carried out at the guide’s discretion and, if necessary, with price adjustments. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
Entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites are not included in the prices.
Lidya Tour reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the star category remains the same.
All hotel names specified in the programs are V.B. (and similar) and are written as examples in terms of star category and distance. It does not mean that accommodation will be at the specified hotel.
There is an extra bed application in 3-person rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or an additional foldable extra bed. .
While using the vehicles and leaving the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
Child discounts are valid only for children in certain age groups staying with 2 adults.
If children under 18, who are not considered adults, do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, the consents required for participation in the tour must be kept with the individuals during travel.
In case of cancellation or changes, the “AGENCY SALES CONTRACT” is valid.
The participant acknowledges in advance that they will participate in the tours to be organized as stated in the tour program, will not disrupt the program, and accordingly will pay the amount previously notified in the tour program to the tour official during the trip for expenses such as local guide, museum & site entrance fees, city taxes, headset audio system if any, etc. The participant has been fully and completely informed on this matter.
We meet at Sabiha Gökçen Airport, in the international departures terminal, three hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, following our flight to Madrid on Pegasus Airlines scheduled service, we proceed to our private bus waiting for us at the airport. Our program begins with a panoramic city tour. Among the places we will see during our tour are Puerto del Sol, one of the city’s liveliest squares, the historic Plaza Mayor, the city’s main avenue Paseo de la Castellana, the world-famous Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the bullfighting arena, Gran Via, and Plaza de España. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Seville. Toledo tour will be arranged en route. Toledo; founded by the Jews in 590 B.C., and today a city where people belonging to three major religions live together peacefully, is one of Spain’s most important cities in terms of history and tourism, and is known as the city of knights. The Tagus, the largest river of the Iberian Peninsula, flows through the city. It was the capital of the Kingdom of Spain for a long time. As one of the world’s largest medieval cities, it has been included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List and placed under protection. Cervantes, the author of Don Quixote, was born in this city. St. Martin’s Bridge, Damasquinos (Damascene work), workshops and shops where gold handicrafts are made are among the places to see. At the end of the tour, we depart for Seville and upon arrival, we take a panoramic Seville city tour. Among the places we will see are Plaza de España and the Golden Tower. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. Accommodation at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for a city tour of Seville. Among the places we will see are Spain Square, the Golden Tower, Maria Luisa Park, famous for its fountains and gardens, and Santa Cruz Square. After the tour, we will depart with our guests to Ronda. Ronda is known as the last fortress the Umayyads handed over to the Spaniards while withdrawing from the peninsula. For this reason, it bears the influence of both Islamic and Christian religions, appearing adorned with indelible traces. It is a typical white Andalusian town built on a large rock on both sides of a steep limestone ravine and home to the world’s oldest bullring. Places to see include Casa Del Rey Moro, Palacio Mondragon, and Puente Nuevo. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. Accommodation at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, we set off for Cordoba. Founded during the Roman Empire and experiencing the most brilliant period of Islamic culture in the 10th century during the era of the Andalusian Umayyads, we discover Cordoba, which for a time was one of Europe's largest and most developed cities. In this enchanting city, famous for its rich historical fabric, narrow Arab streets, and courtyards decorated with flowers, during our panoramic city tour we see important landmarks such as the Roman Bridge and Cordoba Mosque (panoramic), with its unique architecture in the heart of the old city. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel in Granada and free time. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast we will have at the hotel, we will depart with our guests for our Al Hambra Palace tour (subject to the palace's availability). (Except for the harem entrance). The palace, listed on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List and famous for its Arabesque architecture, pools, and gardens, will be visited. At the end of the tour, we will depart for a panoramic city tour of Valencia. Places we will see on our tour include the Gothic Cathedral, the Micalet Bell Tower, and the orchards famous for their oranges. At the end of the tour, transfer to your hotel and free time. After breakfast at the hotel, departure with our guests for Barcelona. Upon arrival, a panoramic city tour of Barcelona. During our tour, the places to be seen include Plaza De Catalunya Square, La Rambla Street, the Christopher Columbus Monument, Plaza De Espana, and the La Sagrada Familia Basilica, a work of the world-famous architect Antoni Gaudí (there will be a photo stop). After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we depart for our Girona & Figueras & Dali Museum tour. We will visit the city of Girona, with its medieval architectural structures, its grand cathedral, and the Jewish quarter. Afterwards, the town of Figueras, where the famous painter Dali was born, and the Dali Museum are among the places to be seen.
