For overseas trips, it is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not permitted with torn or worn passports.

For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents specified in the list of required visa documents that you can obtain from our agencies must be delivered to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date.

In cases such as fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may take place in cities, accommodation may be arranged outside the committed distance and area. In such a case, the hotel region will be notified to our agencies in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure.

The visa must be obtained from the country of the first entry of the tour to be taken or at most from the country where the longest stay will be made; otherwise, Lidya Tour is absolutely not responsible for the passport police not allowing entry into the country.

In case of cancellation of the tour, visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.

Lidya Tour is only an intermediary between the consulate and our customers, and has no responsibility if the visa is not approved for any reason, does not arrive in time, and/or errors occur in the visa; the passenger has no right to compensation from Lidya Tour in any way.

Lidya Tour is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol.

At the time of registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Any cancellation or change of airline ticket arising from incorrect information will have the no-show fee charged to guests.

Flight times may change before departure and all times must be verbally confirmed by our guests by calling the central office 48 hours before the departure dates.

The city where the aircraft will land may vary. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for any schedule changes that may be made by the airline companies or any possible delays.

Lidya Tour is not responsible for any changes experienced in domestic connecting flights of guests who do not confirm the flight times and route.

The airline rule applies to group tickets, and according to the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.

In general, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. On domestic flights in the destination countries, this weight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Lidya Tour.

If the number of people participating in the package tour is insufficient, tour cancellation is notified to the consumer 21 days in advance.

The tour route specified in the tour program is a sample route and the tour itinerary may change.

City sightseeing tours may be carried out on the following day/days depending on the arrival time in the city.

The excursions specified in the programs may be carried out on a different day/days than specified, at the guide's discretion and for any reason.

Alternative tours en route are carried out if at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be left at the rest stop.

During busy periods such as fairs, congresses, and seminars, hotel accommodation may be outside the city.

Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason to be visited or undertaken will not be carried out. Alternative tours can be carried out if there is a minimum participation of 20 people; if there is less participation, they can be carried out at the guide's discretion and, if necessary, with price adjustments. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.

Entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites are not included in the prices.

Lidya Tour reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the star category remains the same.

All hotel names specified in the programs are V.B. (and similar) and are written as examples in terms of star category and distance. It does not mean that accommodation will be provided at the hotel with the specified name.

In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is provided; the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and / or is an additional foldable extra bed. .

Please make sure that you have taken all your belongings when leaving the vehicles you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip.

Child discounts are valid only for children within a certain age group staying with 2 adults.

In cases where children under 18 who are not considered adults do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be carried with them during the trip.

In case of cancellation or change, the “AGENCY SALES AGREEMENT” applies.
