The participant hereby agrees in advance that they will join the tours scheduled and specified in the tour program and will not disrupt the program, and accordingly will pay the amount previously notified in the tour program for the expenses arising from the local guide, museum & archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, and, if applicable, headphone audio system, etc., to the tour officer separately during the trip. The participant has been fully and completely informed on this matter.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not reached for the trip, the final cancellation notice date by the agency is 21 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or there are optional hotels for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified kilometers or in a different city. In such a case, you will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and carried out panoramically, with narration by the guide only from inside the vehicle, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be carried out because local authorities do not allow visits or entry on the day and time of the tour, or due to any event, closed roads, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible, Lidya Tour is not responsible for the failure to carry out the said tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible in areas with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.

3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds. Since they are composed of foldable beds and coach beds, tour participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible congestion in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid only for one child staying with 2 adults and fitting the relevant age group. Hotels do not guarantee a bed for children aged 0-2.

Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. Current times will be communicated by your agency with the tour information.

Tour flight times must be confirmed before purchasing a domestic flight. If the guest purchased the domestic connection flight from a different product provider independent of the agency, they cannot claim any refund from the agency in case the tour is canceled by the agency or if there is a schedule change. The guest accepts in advance the material and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation/change of the tour when purchasing the tour. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for this.

In accordance with airline rules; if the outbound flight of tickets purchased as round-trip is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.

Guests included in the tour without a flight must be present at the tour starting point on their own means and without any delay. Otherwise, they will provide all their transfers on their own.

Lidya Tour is not responsible for guests who, in accordance with airline rules for participation in the tour, do not arrive at the specified airport at the notified times, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but cannot board the plane, in the event that they cannot take the flight. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip airline tickets required for guests who miss the plane in order to join the tour, and transfers in the destination area, etc., are their responsibility.

The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, and passports/IDs of persons participating in the tour are under their own responsibility, and Lidya Tour is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or the person, and the expenses incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the item owner.

Since the integrity and continuity of the group are essential for the guide in cases such as illness, loss, or theft, the guide cannot accompany guests individually in such negative situations.

When purchasing the tour, it is mandatory to provide the name as it appears in the passport, date of birth, and passport number correctly. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation and change penalty fees for tickets resulting from incorrect information will be collected from you.

On some airlines, food and beverage services and online check-in may be subject to a fee.

During the tour, seat numbers on the bus cannot be guaranteed.

The times announced by our guide to the guests during our tours are the departure times, the time the vehicle wheels start rolling. Our guide, who is responsible for equally protecting the rights of all our guests, will set the vehicle in motion without waiting at the meeting times. In a possible situation, our guest who is late must provide their own transportation to the next stop.

Extra tours are organized by the local agency from which we receive service, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the extra excursion prices, content, and vehicle used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions. During extra tours, a different guide may accompany our guests.

In our classic packages, where extra tours are not included, extra tours are optional at the participant's request and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers are dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour starts and are picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.

In programs where extra tours are included, it is mandatory to pay the museum & archaeological site entrance fees to your agency at the time of booking or to the guide during the tour.

Lidya Tour is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. On scheduled and special flights, there may be a risk of delay or times may change before the current trip and flight. Lidya Tour is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

VISA

There is a visa requirement for T.C. citizens. For visa application, it is necessary to apply with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel and the documents specified in the “Required Documents for Visa” list from our agency.

The visa must be obtained from the country of first entry on the trip or from the country where the longest stay will be made.

There is no visa requirement for holders of green passports, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel is sufficient.

The visa information specified in the program pertains to the information applicable to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests holding a passport other than that of the Republic of Turkey must obtain their visa information from the relevant consulates.

Having obtained a visa does not mean that entry into the country will be permitted; the passport police have the authority to deny you entry. Lidya Tour is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; renewed passports must be obtained and, if the country applies a visa requirement for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

Since there is a possibility that our guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents by the police officer on duty at country entry and exit, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents show sensitivity on this matter.

Istanbul – Barcelona

We meet at Istanbul Airport at the international departures terminal three hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, following our flight to Barcelona on a scheduled Turkish Airlines service, we transfer to our private bus waiting for us at the airport. We begin our program with a panoramic city tour. During our tour, Plaza de Catalunya Square, La Rambla Street, the Christopher Columbus Monument, Plaza de Espana, and the La Sagrada Familia Basilica, a work of the world-famous architect Antoni Gaudí (a photo stop will be given), are among the sights to be seen. After our tour, transfer to your hotel in Barcelona and free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel.

Barcelona – Girona – Figueres – Dalí Museum

After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we depart for our Girona & Figueras & Dali Museum tour. We will visit the city of Girona, with its medieval architectural structures, its grand cathedral, and the Jewish quarter. Afterwards, the town of Figueras, where the famous painter Dali was born, and the Dali Museum are among the places to be seen. Barcelona – Valencia

After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for Valencia. On our panoramic city tour after arrival, sights to see include Valencia Cathedral, which stands out with its Gothic architecture, the Micalet Bell Tower, one of the city’s symbols, and the fertile orchards famous for their orange groves. After our tour, transfer to your hotel in Valencia and free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.

Valencia – Granada – Alhambra

After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for Granada. Upon arrival in Granada, we will take a panoramic city tour, during which sights including Grand Via, La Rambla, and the Town Hall Square will be seen among the works from the Umayyad and Abbasid periods in the historic Andalusian/Granada streets. After the tour, our guests will take the Alhambra Palace tour with us (subject to the palace’s availability) (excluding the Harem entrance). The palace, which is famous for its Arabesque architecture, pools, and gardens and is on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List, will be visited. Granada – Cordoba – Seville

After breakfast, which we will have at the hotel, we head to Cordoba. We explore Cordoba, founded during the Roman Empire, which experienced the most brilliant period of Islamic culture in the 10th century during the period of the Andalusian Umayyads and was once one of Europe’s largest and most developed cities. During our panoramic city tour in this fascinating city, famous for its rich historical texture, narrow Arab streets, and courtyards adorned with flowers, we see important structures such as the Roman Bridge and the Cordoba Mosque (panoramic), located in the heart of the old city and distinguished by its unique architecture. At the end of the tour, transfer to our Seville hotel and free time. Overnight at our hotel.

Seville – Ronda – Seville

After breakfast at the hotel, we will take a panoramic city tour of Seville; among the places we will see are Spain Square and the Golden Tower. After the tour, we will depart with our guests for Ronda. Ronda is notable for being the last fortress the Umayyads handed over to the Spaniards as they withdrew from the peninsula. For this reason, it stands out as a place shaped by both Islamic and Christian influences, adorned with indelible traces. It is a typical white Andalusian village built on a large rock on both sides of a steep limestone gorge, and it is home to the world's oldest bullring. Seville – Toledo – Madrid

After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, departure to Toledo and a panoramic city tour. Toledo; founded by the Jews in 590 B.C., and today where people belonging to three major religions live together peacefully, is one of Spain’s most important cities in historical and touristic terms and is known as the city of knights. The Tajo, the largest river of the Iberian Peninsula, passes through the city. It was the capital of the Kingdom of Spain for a long time. Since it is one of the world’s largest medieval cities, it has been included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List and placed under protection. Cervantes, the author of Don Quixote, was born in this city. San Martin Bridge, Damasquinos (Damascene work), workshops and shops where gold handcrafts are made are among the places to see. Madrid – Istanbul

After breakfast at the hotel, we will check out of the rooms and depart for our panoramic Madrid city tour. Places to be seen include Puerto del Sol, one of the city's most vibrant squares; the historic Plaza Mayor; the city's main avenue, Paseo de la Castellana; the world-famous Santiago Bernabéu Stadium; the bullring; Gran Via; and Plaza de España.
