For overseas trips, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for travel abroad and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry cannot be made with torn or worn passports.

For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and all documents specified in the visa-required documents list that you can obtain from our agencies must be submitted to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date.

In the event of fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may occur in the cities, accommodation may be provided outside the committed distance and area. In such a case, the hotel area will be informed in writing to our agencies at least 30 days before the tour departure.

Lidya Tour is not responsible in any way if the visa must be obtained from the first country of entry on the tour or at most from the country where the longest stay will be made; otherwise, if passport police do not allow entry into the country.

In case of tour cancellation, visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.

Lidya Tour acts only as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers, and has no responsibility if the visa is not approved, does not arrive in time, and/or errors occur in the visa for any reason; the passenger has no right to compensation from Lidya Tour in any way.

Lidya Tour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.

During registration, the name on the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. Ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information will be charged to guests as a no-show fee.

Flight times may change before departure and all times must be confirmed in writing by our guests by calling the head office 48 hours before the departure dates.

The city where the plane will land may vary. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for time changes and possible delays made by airline companies.

Lidya Tour is not responsible for changes experienced in domestic connection flights of guests who do not confirm the flight times and route.

For group tickets, airline rules apply, and according to the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.

In general, baggage allowance on flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and destination country. On domestic flights in the destination countries, this allowance may decrease to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Lidya Tour.

If the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 21 days in advance.

The tour route specified in the tour program is a sample route and the tour itinerary may change.

City sightseeing tours may be carried out on the following day/days depending on the arrival time in the city.

The excursions specified in the programs may be carried out on another day, outside the specified day/days, at the guide's discretion for any reason.

Alternative tours on the way take place if there are at least 6 participants from the group. Guests who do not wish to join will be left at the rest stop.

During busy periods such as fairs, congresses, seminars, hotel accommodation may be outside the city.

Excursions or tours that are not permitted to be visited or taken for any reason by local authorities will not be carried out. Alternative tours can be carried out if there is a minimum participation of 20 people; if there is less participation, they may be carried out at the guide's discretion and, if necessary, by changing prices. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.

Museum and site entrance fees are not included in the prices.

Lidya Tour reserves the right to change hotel names while keeping the star category the same.

All hotel names specified in the programs are V.B. (and similar) and are written as examples in terms of star category and distance. It does not mean that accommodation will be provided in the hotel with the specified name.

In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or is an additional foldable extra bed. .

While using the vehicles during your trip and when leaving the hotels where you stay, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.

Child discount is valid only for children in a certain age group staying with 2 adults.

When children under 18 who are not considered adults do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be kept with them during travel.

In case of cancellation or change, the “LİDYA TOUR SALES AGREEMENT” applies.

Tour Program
Istanbul – Madrid

We meet at Istanbul Airport, in the international departures terminal, three hours before the flight. After baggage, ticketing, and boarding procedures, following our flight to Madrid on a scheduled Turkish Airlines service, we board our private bus waiting for us at the airport. Our program begins with a panoramic city tour. Among the places we will see during the tour are Puerto del Sol, one of the city's liveliest squares, the historic Plaza Mayor, the city's main avenue Paseo de la Castellana, the world-famous Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the bullring, Gran Via, and Plaza de España. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. Accommodation at our hotel.

Madrid – Toledo – Seville

After breakfast at the hotel, depart for Seville. Toledo tour will be arranged along the route. Toledo; founded by the Jews in 590 B.C., and today home to people belonging to three major religions living together peacefully, Toledo is one of Spain’s most important cities in historical and touristic terms and is known as the city of knights. The Tagus, the largest river of the Iberian Peninsula, passes through the city. It was the capital of the Kingdom of Spain for a long time. Since it is one of the largest medieval cities in the world, it has been included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List and placed under protection. Cervantes, the author of Don Quixote, was born in this city. Among the places to be seen are the San Martin Bridge, Damasquinos (Damascene work), and workshops and shops where gold handicrafts are made. After the tour, depart for Seville and upon arrival, panoramic Seville city tour. Among the places we will see are Plaza de España and the Golden Tower. Seville – Ronda – Seville

After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, departure for the Seville city tour. Among the places we will see are: Plaza de España, the Golden Tower, the famous Maria Luisa Park with its pools and gardens, and Santa Cruz Square. After the tour, we will depart with our guests for Ronda. Ronda is notable for being the last fortress the Umayyads handed over to the Spaniards as they withdrew from the peninsula. For this reason, it has remained under the influence of both Islamic and Christian religions, appearing adorned with indelible traces. It is a typical white Andalusian village built on a large rock on both sides of a steep limestone gorge, and it is home to the world's oldest bullring. Among the places to see are Casa Del Rey Moro, Palacio Mondragon, and Puente Nuevo. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. Overnight at our hotel.

Seville – Córdoba – Granada

After breakfast at the hotel, we set off for Cordoba. Founded during the Roman Empire and experiencing the most brilliant period of Islamic culture in the 10th century during the era of the Andalusian Umayyads, we discover Cordoba, which for a time was one of Europe's largest and most developed cities. In this enchanting city, famous for its rich historical fabric, narrow Arab streets, and courtyards decorated with flowers, during our panoramic city tour we see important landmarks such as the Roman Bridge and Cordoba Mosque (panoramic), with its unique architecture in the heart of the old city. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel in Granada and free time. Overnight at our hotel.

Granada – Alhambra – Valencia

After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart with our guests for our Alhambra Palace tour (subject to the palace's availability). (Excluding the harem entrance). The palace, famous for its Arabesque architecture, pools, and gardens, and listed on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List, will be visited. At the end of the tour, we will depart for a panoramic city tour of Valencia. Among the places we will see on our tour are the Gothic Cathedral, the Micalet Bell Tower, and the orchards famous for their oranges. At the end of the tour, transfer to your hotel and free time. Valencia – Barcelona

After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart with our guests for Barcelona. Upon arrival, panoramic city tour of Barcelona. During our tour, Plaza De Catalunya Square, La Rambla Street, the Christopher Columbus Monument, Plaza De Espana, and La Sagrada Familia Basilica, a work by the world-famous architect Antoni Gaudí (a photo stop will be given), are among the places to be seen. Afterwards, the town of Figueras, where the famous painter Dali was born, and the Dali Museum are among the places to be seen.
