We meet three hours before the flight at the international departures terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport. After baggage, ticketing, and boarding procedures, following our flight to Amsterdam on Pegasus Airlines’ scheduled service, we proceed to our private coach waiting for us at the airport. We then depart for our panoramic city tour of Amsterdam. Dam Square, the Royal Palace, and Leidseplein are among the sights to be seen. After our tour, transfer to your hotel in Amsterdam and free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.
Amsterdam
After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we depart with our guests who wish to join the extra Marken & Volendam & Giethoorn (130 Euro) tour. During our tour, we visit the historic houses and harbors in Volendam, an old fishing town, and then visit Marken, a small island. Afterwards, we head to Giethoorn, known as the Venice of the North. While touring Giethoorn, which resembles a postcard with its canals, a film set adapted from fairy tales, and a fairy-tale village seemingly created by hobbits, you will feel yourself in a very different atmosphere. After our tour, transfer to your hotel and free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel.
Amsterdam
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart with our guests who wish to join our optional Brugge (130 Euro) tour. We will have the opportunity to see the market square and the Belfry Tower of this charming Medieval city, famous for its lace and tapestries, as well as enjoy the exquisite view of Brugge City. After our tour, transfer to your hotel and free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel.
Amsterdam - Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport depending on the flight time and flight to Istanbul on Pegasus Airlines scheduled service. With our arrival at Sabiha Gökçen Airport, the end of our tour and services.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Our tour program is arranged with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date by the agency is 21 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the specified km or in a different city. In such a case, you will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted only as panoramic tours with guide narration from inside the vehicle, without museum or site entrance fees. Lidya Tour is not responsible if these tours, including panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out because on the day and time of the tour local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or due to any event, road closures, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where possible in areas with closed roads or places where vehicle entry is not permitted.
Triple rooms may be assigned depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach beds, participants of the tour are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type in third-person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid only for one child in the relevant age group staying with 2 adults. Hotels do not guarantee beds for children aged 0-2.
The breakfasts included in the tour services and taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally offered as a limited menu known as continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. Updated times will be communicated by your agency with the tour information.
Tour flight times must be confirmed before purchasing a domestic flight. If the guest purchased the domestic connection flight from a different product provider independently of the agency, they cannot claim any refund from the agency in case the tour is canceled by the agency or if there is a schedule change. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may arise due to cancellation or change of the tour when purchasing the tour. This situation cannot be attributed to Lidya Tour.
According to airline rules; if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
Our guests who join the tour without flights must be present at the tour starting point on their own means and without any delay. Otherwise, they will provide all their transfers on their own.
Lidya Tour is not responsible for guests who do not arrive at the specified airport at the announced times in accordance with airline rules for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or who complete check-in and boarding on time but cannot board the plane and therefore cannot make the flight. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip airline tickets required for guests who miss the plane in order to join the tour, as well as transfers in the destination area, etc., are their responsibility.
The participants' personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports / IDs are under their own responsibility, and Lidya Tour is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and the expenses incurred during delivery are borne by the owner of the item.
Since the integrity and continuity of the group are essential for the guide in cases such as illness, loss, or theft, the guide cannot accompany guests one-on-one in such negative situations.
When purchasing the tour, it is mandatory to provide the name, date of birth, and passport number exactly as they appear in the passport. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for ticket cancellation and changes arising from incorrect information will be charged to you.
On some airlines, food and beverage services and online check-in may be subject to a fee.
During the tour, seat numbers cannot be guaranteed when using the bus.
During our tours, the times announced by our guide to the guests are the departure times, the times when the wheels start turning. Our guide, who is responsible for considering the rights of all our guests equally, will depart the vehicle without any waiting at the meeting times. In the event of a possible delay, our guest will need to arrange their own transportation to the next stop.
Extra tours are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, the tours may not be conducted, or the extra tour prices, content, and vehicle used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and sites at the destinations and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
In our classic packages where extra tours are not included, extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers are dropped off at a rest stop on the way before the extra tour starts, and picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
The participant accepts in advance that they will join the tours to be organized as specified in the tour program, will not disrupt the program, and accordingly will additionally pay the amount previously اعلامed in the tour program to the tour official during the trip for expenses such as the local guide, museum & site entrance fees, city taxes, and if applicable, audio system with headphones. The participant has been fully and completely informed on this matter.
In programs where extra tours are included, payment of museum & site entrance fees to your agency during reservation or to the guide during the tour is mandatory.
Lidya Tour is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. Lidya Tour is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
VISA
Visa is required for Turkish Republic citizens. For a visa application, you must apply through our agency with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip and the documents listed in the “Required Documents for Visa” list.
The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry on the trip or from the country where the longest stay will be made.
Green passport holders are not subject to visa requirements; a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip is sufficient.
The visa information stated in the program applies to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye. Guests holding a passport other than that of the Republic of Türkiye should obtain their visa information from the relevant consulates.
Having a visa does not mean that entry into the country will be granted; the passport police have the authority to refuse your entry. Lidya Tour is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.
To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, the passport should be renewed, and if the country applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
Since there is a possibility that, when our guests under 18 travel alone or with only one of their parents, the police officer at border entry/exit may request a document showing the mutual consent of the parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this matter.
