Day 1 Istanbul – Tokyo
Meet 3 hours before the flight in front of the ANA Airlines counter at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, depart for Tokyo at 17:45 on ANA Airlines flight NH220.
Day 2 Tokyo-Osaka
Arrival in Tokyo at 10:50. After arrival, depart for Osaka at 13:00 on ANA Airlines flight NH025. After our arrival at 14:05 and baggage claim, we head from the airport to the city center. After arriving in Osaka, we begin our tour of Osaka, Japan’s capital of gourmet food and the country’s 3rd largest city. In its simplest meaning, Osaka means Great Hill or Great Slope. Our city tour in Osaka begins with Osaka Castle, built in the 16th century and one of the finest examples of Japanese architecture. The castle was built by "Toyotomi Hideyoshi," who united Japan and ruled the country in the 16th century, and it is known that approximately 100,000 workers were employed in its construction. After Osaka Castle, we visit Dotonbori, Osaka’s popular food district. We experience the lively atmosphere of Dotonbori with its iconic neon signs, street food, and shopping spots. After free time in the city, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 3 Osaka – Kyoto – Osaka
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin a full-day Kyoto tour. First, we will visit Kinkakuji Temple, a Zen temple whose top two floors are completely covered in gold leaf, representing the pinnacle of its kind with its pond garden design, and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then we tour Fushimi Inari Shrine, which appeared in the filming of Memoirs of a Geisha. Dedicated to the rice god Inari, the shrine has more than a thousand torii gates. On the shrine path adorned with torii gates and fox statues believed to be messengers of the god Inari, you will see Japan’s ancient roots. After our tour of Gion, Kyoto’s historic district famous for geisha, we visit the bamboo forest park. After the tour, return to our Osaka hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 4 Osaka – Nara – Rinku Premium Outlet – Osaka
After breakfast, we continue our tour with the ancient city of Nara. It is the former capital of Japan in history (710) and a city where the largest and oldest temples are located. First, we visit Todaiji Temple, the largest wooden structure in the world. It also houses one of Japan’s largest bronze Buddha statues (Daibutsu). Then we visit the deer waiting for us in the sacred Nara Park, the messengers of the gods. You will have a very pleasant time feeding the deer with crackers sold nearby, as they do not run away from people. Next, we arrive at Rinku Premium Outlet, one of Japan’s largest outlets, home to many stores. We have free time at the outlet, where we can find international and Japanese brands at affordable prices. At the end of our tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 5 Osaka – Tokyo
After breakfast, we depart for the capital Tokyo by Shinkansen high-speed train. After our arrival, we begin our city tour with the vehicle waiting for us. Our first stop is Asakusa/Senso-ji Temple, the oldest Shinto shrine (645), famous for its giant lanterns that reflect the atmosphere of Tokyo. Passing through the enormous Kaminarimon (Thunder Gate), you can buy gifts for your loved ones and try local street foods on the authentic Nakamise street, Japan’s first open-air shopping street with more than 70 shops. Then we continue to Ginza, Japan’s luxury shopping district and perhaps the most famous avenue in the world; Ginza, which was Japan’s silver mint until 1800 and became a luxury shopping center after the Great Kanto earthquake, takes its name from the combination of the kanji for “silver (gin) lodge (za).” At the end of our tour, we walk together with thousands of people in Shibuya, where the world’s most famous pedestrian crossing and the Hachiko statue are located. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Accommodation at our Tokyo hotel.

Day 6 Tokyo – Mount Fuji – Hakone – Lake Ashi – Tokyo
After breakfast, depart for our Hakone & Mount Fuji tour. With an altitude of 3776 meters, Mount Fuji, which earned the right to be included in UNESCO’s World Heritage List in 2013, is the highest mountain in Japan and is known for its elegant conical form. It is the sacred symbol of the country, and temples and shrines are found around and on the volcano. First, we come to Oshino Hakkai village, the most beautiful village in Japan, with mountain views, where we drink Fuji mountain water and experience local delicacies. We recommend trying the freshest and most delicious version of Japanese mochi mugwort rice cake at the village, where you can find local items and taste local delicacies that you cannot see anywhere else. Here, we take our Lake Ashi boat tour with our guests to enjoy this magnificent view. Then, we go up the hill by cable car and see the Owakudani Valley, which means Great Boiling Valley. After that, transfer to our Tokyo hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 7 Tokyo – Kamakura – Yokohama – Tokyo
After breakfast at our hotel, we continue getting to know the country with the Kamakura region, Tokyo’s oldest historic city. Kamakura is the area where the shogunate system was first established. We begin our visit with Kotoku Temple, a Buddhist temple belonging to the Jōdo-shū sect. The temple is famous for the Great Buddha statue of Kamakura, one of Japan’s most famous symbols. By visiting Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, one of the most important Shinto shrines in Japan, and Komachi-dori street, we experience the city’s ethnic texture. Then we go to Yokohama, Japan’s 3rd largest city with a population of 3.7 million. Here we visit Yokohama China Town, Japan’s largest Chinatown with a 160-year history. At the end of our tour, we will have free time in the Minato Mirai area, one of the city’s most central places where we can see its urban texture. Then transfer to our hotel. Accommodation at our Tokyo hotel.

After breakfast, transfer to Tokyo Haneda Airport at the time specified by our guide. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, depart for Istanbul at 08:25 on ANA Airlines flight NH219. Arrival in Istanbul at 15:35.

INFORMATION
- During the tour, to be able to shop and spend in all countries included in the program, it is sufficient to have Euros with us. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan, etc. for the night.
- On our tours, a daily seat rotation is applied in seating arrangements, and no fixed seat or front seat guarantee is given. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, a minimum stay of 3 days is required in order to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
- When entering Turkey from abroad, the duty-free shopping limit is: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverage (alcoholic drinks containing more than 22% alcohol, excluding wine and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverage (alcoholic drinks containing less than 22% alcohol, including wine and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skincare Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- In the tour program, the guides may make changes to the flow of the program depending on weather and road conditions, provided that all places specified in the program are shown.
-In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Lidya Tour 2 days before the departure of the tour.
-During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, information will be provided by Lidya Tour 15 days before the departure date of the tour
- Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are folding beds and coach beds, tour participants for 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type. Child discounts are valid only for one child staying with 2 adults, within the relevant age group.
- Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, carried out panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. Panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, are not the responsibility of Lidya Tour if they cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to places that local authorities do not allow to be visited or entered, or due to closed roads because of any event, or in cases where weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transportation or on foot at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.
- During travel, waiting times at border gates crossed by road may exceed the standard, and Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for any negative situations arising from these waiting times.
-Extra tours are organized by the local Lidya Tour service provider with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the sufficient number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the extra excursion prices, content, and vehicle used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not want to join the extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the way. These passengers are dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and are picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
- For those participating in flights, the check-in and boarding procedures to be carried out are personal procedures and must be completed by the guest before the flight at the relevant airline counters at the airports or online on the airline companies' websites.
- Lidya Tour is not responsible for the failure of persons who are not present at the airport at the times notified by Lidya Tour for participation in the tour, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the plane, to take the flight. The new round-trip airline tickets required for persons who miss the plane in order to join the tour, and all costs related to their transfers in the destination region, are their responsibility.
- Lidya Tour is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a delay risk in scheduled and private flights, or the times of the current tour and before the flight may change. Lidya Tour is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the tour accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax or airport service fees.
