Day 1 Ankara – Vienna
Meeting in front of the Ajet Airlines counter at Ankara Esenboğa Airport International Departures Terminal. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, departure to Vienna at 16:25 with Ajet Airlines flight number VF535. Arrival in Vienna at 18:05. After passport, baggage, and customs procedures, we depart from the airport for a city tour upon arrival. We arrive in the city center of Vienna. Panoramic city tour upon arrival in Vienna. During our tour, Opera, University, Parliament Building, Theater, Hofburg, and the Museum Quarter will be among the places to see. Transfer to our hotel after the tour. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 2 Vienna (Hallstatt)
After breakfast at our hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the Hallstatt tour organized as an extra by our guide. (120 EUR) After the introduction and short walk along the lakeside in Hallstatt, which was added to the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage list, there will be free time. Hallstatt, where the country's most important Alpine lakes and the world's oldest salt mine are located, is also on the UNESCO World Heritage List. In this unique town, you will be able to sip your coffee while enjoying the Alpine view by the turquoise lake. Transfer to our hotel after the tour. Overnight at our hotel.
Guests who wish may join the extra Vienna Concert Night tour. (65 EUR). With the reservation we made in advance, you can attend the world-famous Vienna concert nights that attract millions of tourists to Vienna every year (Mozart, Strauss works with salon orchestra and soloists, waltz).

Day 3 Vienna – (Schönbrunn) – Budapest
After breakfast, we leave Vienna and head to Budapest. Guests who wish may join the extra Schönbrunn Palace gardens tour. (30 EUR). We visit the legendary gardens of this baroque masterpiece in the heart of Vienna, reflecting the splendor of the Habsburg Empire, known as the most magnificent summer palace of the Habsburg Dynasty, arranged in French style. Afterwards, we arrive in Budapest. We begin our panoramic city tour of Budapest. Places to see: Heroes' Square, Andrassy Street, Opera, Chain Bridge, Elizabeth Bridge, Danube shores. Transfer to the hotel after our tour. After settling into our hotel, guests who wish may join the extra Hungarian Folklore and Gypsy Night. (70 EUR) In this tour, you will watch Hungarian dances in traditional costumes at the most authentic restaurant in Budapest, and while dancing to the music of the famous Hungarian Gypsy orchestra, you will enjoy an entertaining and magnificent night with unlimited drinks and the delicious flavors of Hungarian cuisine. Day 4 Budapest (Esztergom - Visegrad - Szetendre - Buda Castle)

(60 EUR) In this tour, we visit Esztergom Castle, which has an important strategic place in Turkish history, and the Esztergom Basilica, the center of the Hungarian Catholic Church. Passing through the town of Visegrad, we go to the Artists' Village of Szentendre. After the sightseeing and free time we will have in Szentendre, where you will have the chance to buy all souvenirs of Hungary at reasonable prices, we return to Budapest. In Budapest, we visit the Buda Castle area; within the castle, Fisherman's Bastion and Matthias Church are among the places we will see panoramically. In the evening, guests who wish may join the Danube River boat tour organized as an extra by your guide. (40 EUR) In this tour, while taking a boat tour on the Danube River, one of the world's most magnificent rivers, accompanied by 1 complimentary drink, you will have the opportunity to photograph the Buda and Pest sides from the best angles in Budapest, where some of Europe's most beautiful nighttime illuminations are displayed. Day 5 Budapest – (Bratislava) - Prague
After breakfast, we leave Budapest and head to Prague. Guests who wish may join the extra Bratislava tour to be organized along the route. (40 EUR) In our city tour of Bratislava, one of Central Europe's capitals, places to see include: the riversides of Bratislava, the Jewish Holocaust Memorial, St. Martin's Cathedral, the palace buildings where Mozart gave his first concert at age 6 and F. Liszt at age 9, Michael's Gate, the old town square, Napoleon's Military and the Slovak State Theater Building. After arrival, panoramic city tour. During our city tour, Lesser Quarter, Charles IV. Bridge, Old Town Square, and the Astronomical Clock Tower are among the places to see. Transfer to our hotel after the city tour. Overnight at our hotel. Day 6 Prague (Karlovy Vary – Prague Masterpieces)
After breakfast at our hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the Karlovy Vary culture and shopping tour organized as an extra by our guide. (60 EUR) In this tour, we first visit the Czech Republic factory outlet store of the world-famous Lapis Diamond. Here, in the store where various precious stones are exhibited, you can shop at discounted prices and have the chance to get to know and see many precious stones. After the free time given at the store, we continue our journey to Karlovy Vary, the famous spa city of the Czech Republic, with the enjoyable explanations of your guide. There are 12 thermal springs in the city, with temperatures ranging between 30-72 C. During our visit, a city tour is conducted. We will see the hotel where Atatürk stayed in 1918, the houses of Dvorak, Mozart, Goethe, Beethoven, and Pushkin, and visit the thermal galleries where 12 different thermal waters emerge. You will also have the opportunity to shop at factory outlet stores selling crystal, porcelain, garnet, amber stones, and other traditional Czech souvenirs. Mala Strana (Lesser Quarter), one of Prague's oldest neighborhoods, Lennon Wall located in Mala Strana and preserving the memory of Beatles' legendary frontman John Lennon, featuring song lyrics and various graffiti, Charles Bridge, one of the world's oldest bridges, Wenceslas Square (New Town Square), Powder Gate Tower, the historic entrance gate of the old city, and the Jewish Quarter (Ghetto), the old town square built in the name of King Charles IV, who made Prague the capital of Bohemia, and the Astronomical Clock Tower, known as the world's oldest working clock, are among the places to see. Day 7 Prague - Berlin
After breakfast at our hotel, we head to Berlin. Upon arrival, in our panoramic Berlin city tour, places to see include: Alexanderplatz, Fernsehturm (TV Tower), Rotes Rathaus (Berlin City Hall), Nikolaiviertel, Berlin Cathedral, Schlossplatz and Unter den Linden Boulevard, Friedrichstraße and Gendarmenmarkt with its two famous cathedrals, the ruins of the Berlin Wall, Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburg Gate, Potsdamer Platz, and Kurfürstendamm boulevard. Free time until the time determined by our guide after the tour. After free time, we transfer to Berlin airport. INFORMATION
- In order to be able to shop and spend in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient to have Euros with us. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- During the trip, comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
- On our tours, daily seat rotation (seat changes) is applied in seat planning, and no fixed seat or front seat guarantee is given. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a minimum 3-day accommodation requirement in order to bring in goods (alcohol - cigarettes, etc.).
- Duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverage (excluding alcoholic beverages containing more than 22% alcohol, wine and champagne), Alcoholic beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverage (including alcoholic beverages containing less than 22% alcohol, wine and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or skincare products: 5 items, Chocolate and confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- During the tour program, guides may make changes to the flow of the program depending on weather and road conditions, provided that all places specified in the program are shown.
- Our guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge until 30 days before departure. If there are fewer than 30 days left until the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if there are 20 days or less left, a 100% penalty applies. Hospital reports, workplace permission documents, etc. obtained from authorities in Turkey and submitted together with the participant's cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for the cancellation of the hotel and services to be received outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be announced by Lidya Tour.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Lidya Tour 2 days before the trip departs.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by Lidya Tour 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding or coach beds, the tour participant is deemed to have acknowledged, in 3rd person and/or child reservations, the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type. Child discounts are valid only for one child staying with 2 adults and matching the relevant age group.
- Breakfasts included in the tour services are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country where the hotel is located and are generally presented as a limited menu, commonly referred to as continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site प्रवेशs. Lidya Tour is not responsible for the failure to conduct the aforementioned tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot take place on the day and time of the tour due to road closures because of any event, or when local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transport or on foot in places where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
- Waiting times at customs gates crossed by road during the journey may exceed standards; Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for any negative situations arising from these waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local Lidya Tour service provider with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, the trips cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicles to be used for extra tours may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers are dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures to be completed for those joining tours by air are personal procedures and must be carried out by the guest before the flight at the relevant airline counters at airports or online on the airlines' websites.
- Lidya Tour is not responsible for the failure of those who are not present at the airport at the times notified by Lidya Tour for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding on time but do not board the plane. The costs of new round-trip airline tickets required for those who miss the plane to join the tour, as well as all expenses related to their transfers in the destination region, are their responsibility.
- Lidya Tour is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. Lidya Tour is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of schedule changes. Children between 0-2 years of age do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees.
