During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified kilometers or in a different city. In such a case, you will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically with commentary only from the vehicle and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. Lidya Tour is not responsible for the inability to carry out panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program, including cases where the tour cannot be conducted on the day and time due to local authorities not permitting visits or entries, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when it becomes impossible to carry out the tour because of weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted, within the available possibilities.
Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach beds, tour participants are deemed to have accepted the possible congestion in the rooms and the bed type for the 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply only to one child staying with 2 adults, provided the child is in the relevant age group. No bed guarantee is provided for children aged 0-2.

Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. Updated times will be communicated by your agency with the tour information.
It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times before purchasing the domestic flight. If the guest purchased the domestic connecting flight from a different provider independent of the agency, they cannot request any refund from the agency in case the tour is cancelled by the agency or if there is a time change. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation or change of the tour when purchasing the tour. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for this situation.
According to airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket purchased as a round trip is not used, the return flight is cancelled by the airline.
Guests included in the tour without flights must be present at the tour starting point on their own and without any delay. Otherwise, they will need to arrange all transfers on their own.
Lidya Tour is not responsible if guests who do not arrive at the specified airport at the notified times in accordance with airline rules, do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or complete check-in and boarding on time but are unable to board the aircraft, cannot take the flight. Guests who miss the plane are responsible for all expenses arising from obtaining new round-trip tickets required to join the tour and transfers in the destination area, etc.

In cases where forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and the costs incurred during delivery are borne by the owner of the item.
In cases such as illness, loss or theft, the guide cannot accompany guests individually in such negative situations, as the integrity and continuity of the group is essential for the guide.

In some airlines, food and beverage services and online check-in may be subject to a fee.
During the tour, seat numbers cannot be guaranteed in bus use.
During our tours, the times announced by our guide to the guests are the departure times, the wheel-turning time of the vehicle. Our guide, who is responsible for observing the rights of all our guests equally, will move the vehicle without waiting at the meeting times. In such a case, our guest who is late will need to arrange transportation to the next stop on their own.
Extra tours are organized by the local agency we receive service from, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, tours cannot be held or extra tour prices, content, and the vehicle used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
In classic packages where extra tours are not included, extra tours are optional at the participant's discretion and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable roadside rest facility. These passengers are dropped off at a roadside rest stop before the extra tour begins and picked up from the point where they were left after the tour is completed.
In programs where extra tours are included, payment of museum & archaeological site entrance fees to your agency at the time of reservation or to the guide during the tour is mandatory.
Lidya Tour is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. VISA
There is a visa requirement for T.R. citizens. For a visa application, you must apply through our agency with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel and the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list.
The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry on the tour or the country where the longest stay will be made.
There is no visa requirement for holders of green passports, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel is sufficient.
The visa information specified in the program applies to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests holding a passport other than that of the Republic of Turkey must obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
Having obtained a visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed; passport police have the authority to deny you entry. Lidya Tour is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.
In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged, the passports obtained must be renewed and, if it is a country that applies for a visa to T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
Since there is a possibility that our guests under 18 years of age traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father may be asked by the police officer at the country entry/exit to present a document showing the mutual consent of the parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
