We meet three hours before departure at the international departures terminal of Istanbul New Airport. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our flight to Casablanca begins on a scheduled Turkish Airlines service. Upon arrival at Casablanca Airport, we begin our city tour. Casablanca owes its fame to the famous Hollywood film Casablanca, which depicted the era and is remembered for the line “Play it again, Sam,” and to having hosted the parties’ negotiations and highly intense espionage activities during World War II. Today, Casablanca is an industrial city with one of the largest ports in Africa and in the country, and among the places we will see panoramically are Mohammed V Square, Rick’s Cafe, inspired by the location where the film Casablanca was shot, Hassan II Mosque, Anfa and Zerktouni boulevards, two of the liveliest streets of the modern city, and the lively waterfront Corniche. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. Dinner and accommodation at our hotel.

Casablanca – Rabat – Fes
We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. First, we head to the capital city of the country, Rabat. Surrounded by eucalyptus and Portuguese cork oak forest, Rabat is located on the banks of the Bou Regreg River. In Rabat, which has served as the capital since the exiled king announced his return from this city, we will visit Kasbah Oudaya, the Hassan Tower, and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V. After the tour, we head to Fes. Upon arrival in Fes, we begin our tour, which will be organized as an extra tour for our guests who wish to join Old Capital Fes & Medina Tour (30 Euro). In Fes, after walking around the monumental gate of the royal palace, Bab-el Makhzen, and the Jewish quarter Mellah surrounding it, our Medina tour will include the Attarine Madrasa, Karaouine University, Nejarine Square, the bazaar where jewelry and copper goods unique to Morocco are sold, workshops where the world's finest ceramic craftsmanship is made, and the tannery near the Fes River, where leather is still processed by traditional methods. After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we set off for the optional Blue City Chefchaouen Tour (80 Euro) for those guests who wish to join. After breakfast at the hotel, departure for the Chefchaouen Tour. After a walk through the labyrinth-like azure streets of Chefchaouen, whose fame has long gone beyond the borders of Morocco, we will have free time for shopping and lunch for our guests who wish. After our full-day Chefchaouen visit, transfer to our Fes hotel and free time to rest. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.

Fes – Erfoud
After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we set off towards the Sahara Desert. Our day will be spent like a road story. Along the way, the desert will be on one side and the Atlas Mountains on the other. Accommodation and dinner are at our hotel in Erfoud. We depart with our guests who wish to join the extra tour Sunset in the Sahara Desert (By Jeep & Camels) (80 Euro) . We are heading to the sand dunes where we will go on a desert safari. After our tour, transfer to our hotel in Erfoud and free time. Dinner and accommodation at our hotel.

Erfoud – Ouarzazate
After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, depart for Ouarzazate. Upon our arrival in Ouarzazate, head for the extra organized Hollywood (Atlas) Film Studios (25 Euro). Call, The Jewel of the Nile, The Mummy, Gladiator, Alexander, Babylon, as well as many Hollywood films and the television phenomenon of recent years Game of Thrones, are among the places we will see, with the stunning Ait Benhaddou and Hollywood film studios having been used as sets. After our tour, transfer to our hotel in the city of Ouarzazate, which has hosted many Hollywood films and welcomed Hollywood stars such as Brad Pitt, Cate Blanchett, Martin Scorsese and many more, and free time. Upon our arrival in Marrakech, for our guests who wish, we depart for our extra tour of Marrakech Medina & Bahia Palace & Jemaa el Fna Square (30 Euro) to be arranged additionally. Today we learn about argan oil and exotic spices, and visit the Bahia Palace decorated with zellij tilework unique to the country. After our tour, transfer to our Marrakech hotel and free time to rest.

Marrakesh – Essaouira – Marrakesh
After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we depart for our extra tour with our guests who wish to join the In the Footsteps of the Argan Trees Essaouira & Atlas Ocean Tour (65 Euro) . In this region of Morocco, where Argan trees are most abundant, we first visit an Argan Oil Cooperative and receive information about Argan Oil. Then we arrive in the city of Essaouira, located on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. It is a world-famous former Portuguese city that reminds us of old Bodrum. Declared a “World Heritage” site by UNESCO, the city is a fishing port on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean and a seaside town where art and culture intertwine; it has also served as the setting for many productions, such as Orson Welles’ Othello and the recently highly watched series Game of Thrones. The city’s fortress, fishing port, and Medina, built inspired by ancient Roman cities, are among the places to see. You can explore the city among the narrow, maze-like streets you will never get enough of, and do enjoyable shopping. After our tour, transfer to your hotel in Marrakech and free time to rest. Marrakesh – Majorelle Garden – Istanbul
We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Then, with our guests who wish, we depart for the extra arranged Yves Saint Laurent’s Mysterious Treasure Majorelle Gardens tour (45 Euro) . We visit the Majorelle Garden, one of the most beautiful places in Marrakech. The garden, founded by French furniture designer and painter Jacques Majorelle and brought to its present form by the famous fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent, is part of our tour. At the time to be determined by our guide, we head to Marrakech Airport. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our flight to Istanbul begins. After a comfortable and pleasant flight, we arrive in Istanbul and our tour ends.

Points to note on our Morocco tour: men should not wear shorts; women should not wear strappy tops, mini skirts, tights, or shorts; for mosque visits, a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf are required.
The local currency in the country is the Moroccan dirham (MAD), and 1 € is approximately equal to 10 dirhams. Turkish lira is not valid in the country. We recommend bringing Euro or USD for exchange.
The local time zone of the Kingdom of Morocco is GMT+1, and there is a (-2 hours) difference between it and Turkey. During some periods, this difference may increase to 3 hours.
Since the Ourzazate region is a boutique area, a 3-star or boutique hotel may be offered depending on seasonal density. Our guests who purchased our tour have done so knowing this.
The participant hereby accepts in advance that they will join the tours to be organized as stated in the tour program, will not disrupt the program, and accordingly will additionally pay the amount previously announced in the tour program during the trip to the tour representative for expenses such as local guide, museum & archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, and, if applicable, audio system headset fees. IMPORTANT NOTES
Our tour program is arranged with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date by the agency is 21 days before the tour departure. The cancelled tour due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the stated kilometers or in a different city. In such a case, you will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted only as a panoramic tour from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. In the event that, including panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program, the tours cannot take place on the day and time corresponding to the tour because local authorities do not permit visits or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or where weather conditions make the tour impossible, Lidya Tour is not responsible for the inability to carry out the said tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible in areas with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are of the folding and coach bed type, the tour participant is deemed to have acknowledged the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type for 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for a single child staying with 2 adults and matching the relevant age group. No bed guarantee is given in hotels for children aged 0-2.
Breakfasts received at the hotel, which are among the services included in the tour program, are offered in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. Current times will be communicated by your agency with the tour information.
It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times before purchasing a domestic flight. If the guest purchased the domestic connecting flight from a different product provider independent of the agency, they cannot request any refund from the agency if the trip is cancelled by the agency or if there is a schedule change. The guest accepts in advance any material or moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation/change of the tour when purchasing the tour. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for this situation.
According to airline rules; if the outbound flight of tickets purchased as round-trip is not used, the return flight is cancelled by the airline.
Guests included in the tour without a flight ticket must be present at the tour starting point with their own means and without any delay. Otherwise, they will have to arrange all their transfers on their own.
Lidya Tour is not responsible for guests who, in accordance with airline rules for participation in the tour, are not present at the specified airport at the announced times, do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or complete check-in and boarding on time but are unable to board the plane and therefore cannot take the flight. The costs of obtaining new round-trip flight tickets necessary for guests who miss the plane to join the tour, as well as transfers in the destination area, etc., shall be borne by them.
The participants' personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports / IDs are under their own responsibility, and Lidya Tour is not responsible for items left behind/lost/stolen. In the event that forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and the costs incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the owner of the item.
In cases such as illness or loss/theft, the guide cannot accompany guests individually in such negative situations, since the integrity and continuity of the group are essential for the guide.
When purchasing the tour, it is mandatory to provide the name, date of birth, and passport number exactly as they appear in the passport. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Cancellation and change penalties for tickets arising from incorrect information will be charged to you.
On some airlines, food and beverage services and online check-in services may be subject to a fee.
During the tour, seat numbers on the bus cannot be guaranteed.
During our tours, the times announced by our guide to the guests are departure times, the wheel-turning time of the vehicle. Our guide, who is responsible for protecting the rights of all our guests equally, will set the vehicle in motion at the meeting times without any waiting. In the event of a possible delay, our late guest will have to reach the next stop using their own means.

Extra tours are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, the tours cannot be conducted or the extra tour prices, content, and vehicle used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions. During extra tours, a different guide may accompany our guests.
On our classic packages, where extra tours are not included, extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers will be left at a roadside rest stop before the extra tour begins and picked up from the point where they were left after the tour is completed.
In programs where extra tours are included, payment of museum & archaeological site entrance fees is mandatory.
Lidya Tour is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or the times before the current trip and flight may change. Lidya Tour is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
VISA
There is no visa requirement for T.C. citizens. For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip is sufficient.
For our guests traveling with a T.C. green passport, if the passport was issued more than 10 years ago, it must be renewed (extension is not accepted). Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or their flight may not be carried out by the airline. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger.
The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. Lidya Tour is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.
In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visa requirements to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
Since our guests under the age of 18 may be asked for a document showing the joint consent of the parents by the police officer in charge at the country’s entry and exit points when traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father, we recommend that our guests under the age of 18 and their parents be sensitive on this matter.
