1. Day ISTANBUL - COPENHAGEN
Meeting in front of the Pegasus Airlines counter at the international departures terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 06:30. Departure for Copenhagen at 09:35 on Pegasus Airlines flight PC 1071. After arriving at 12:00 local time, we board our waiting bus and set off for the port. Free time to settle into the cabins following the check-in procedures. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00.
2. Day AT SEA
On this day spent sailing at sea, you can spend your time using the ship’s indoor and outdoor pools, enjoying activities such as fitness and sauna, or shopping at the duty-free stores. In addition, you may wish to have a pleasant time at the bar accompanied by shows and music and try your luck at the casino.
3. Day GDYNIA (GDANSK-DANZIG)
Our ship will dock at the port at 08:00. Guests who wish may join the “Gdynia & Gdansk Tour,” which will be organized as an optional excursion by our guide. Our journey begins to the uniquely beautiful city of Gdansk on Poland’s Baltic Sea coast. Following our journey, we first proceed to Westerplatte, where the first bomb was dropped by the Nazis. After our visit here, during our Gdansk city tour, accompanied by our guide, we will see places such as Long Market, the Golden Gate, and the Neptune Statue and Fountain. We will have free time in Gdansk. We then continue to the location of the Lech Walesa monument. Lech Wałęsa, a leader who led the workers seeking unity as a result of the workers’ resistance that began in the Gdańsk shipyards in 1970 and ended bloodily, devoted his life to the resistance and did not give up despite being unemployed many times. Our ship will depart from the port at 17:00.
4. Day VISBY /GOTLAND
Our ship will dock at Visby port at 08:00. Guests who wish may join the ‘Visby city tour,’ which will be organized as an optional excursion by our guide. The city of Visby on the island of Gotland is one of Scandinavia’s best-preserved medieval cities and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, renowned for its magnificent ancient wall and fascinating historic center. Our ship will depart from the port at 17:00.
5. Day STOCKHOLM
Our ship will dock at Stockholm port at 10:00 in the morning. Guests who wish may join the “Stockholm City Tour,” which will be organized as an optional excursion by their guide. Stockholm is probably one of the most magnificent and beautiful capitals among all the Northern European countries we will see. In fact, even the magnificent city of St. Petersburg was built as a counterpart to Stockholm. During our tour, we will take an introductory tour of this city, known as the Venice of the North. On the tour, which begins at Monteliusvägen Hill to get to know this city, offering magnificent views from almost every corner, Fjallgatan, Stadshuset (City Hall), the Royal Palace, and the old harbor will be among the places visited. After free time for shopping, our tour ends and we return to the ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00.
6. Day AT SEA

7. Day KIEL - HAMBURG
Our ship will dock at the port at 08:00 in the morning. After breakfast, guests who wish may join the optional “Hamburg City” tour organized by their guide. Located in northern Germany at the southern tip of the Jutland Peninsula, which separates the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, Hamburg lies at the intersection of the Elbe, Alster, and Bille Rivers. The city center was established around the Binnenalster and Aussenalster Lakes. The city has 2,302 bridges connecting its waterways. Extending inland from the North Sea, the Port of Hamburg is the second-largest port in Europe. It is one of the most important international centers of trade. Hamburg, which contains many parks within the city, is one of the world’s top five “Green Cities.” During our tour, we will see the Hamburg Philharmonic Concert Hall, St. Michael’s Church, one of the most famous churches in Northern Germany, the Binnen and Aussenalster Lakes, the Elbe River, St. Pauli, also known as the Red-Light District, Reeperbahn, the Fish Market, the harbor area, and one of the most interesting landmarks, the City Hall with its magnificent architecture. After the tour, we return to the ship; our ship will depart at 19:30.
8.Day COPENHAGEN - ISTANBUL
Our ship will dock at the port at 10:00 in the morning. After breakfast on board, we disembark. We depart for the airport in our private bus waiting for us at the port. Upon arrival at Copenhagen Airport, and following the baggage and check-in procedures, we depart for Istanbul at 15:55 on Pegasus Airlines flight PC 1074. Arrival in Istanbul at 20:10 local time. IMPORTANT NOTES
• The AGENCY will assist with obtaining visas provided that passports and the necessary documents are submitted in full. For international trips, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory.
• The AGENCY is not responsible for problems arising from the failure to provide the necessary documents requested for the visa on time and in full.
• Having obtained a visa does not mean that entry into that country is guaranteed. Passport control officers have the authority to deny a person entry to the country. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Since extra beds are provided in triple rooms at hotels, the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed. At some hotels, no third bed is provided. For packages involving such hotels, the AGENCY will inform its guests at the time of sale.
• Child prices are valid only on the condition that the children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th persons. For the 0–2 age child policy, the child must not have reached the age of 2 by the return date of the tour; for the 3–12 age child policy, the child must not have reached the age of 12 by the return date of the tour.
• The AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external factors.
• If participation in the tour is insufficient, the AGENCY will notify its guests of the cancellation/change 21 days before the tour departure.
• The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All times must be reconfirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
• Domestic low-cost flights include a 20 kg baggage allowance.
• The AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided that their category remains the same.
• Optional tours are organized subject to a minimum participation requirement. They may not be organized when participation is insufficient. If the number of participants is insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide and a new arrangement may be made.
• For optional tours to be taken along the route, guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed by our guide to rest areas located before the city entrances.
• Tours that are not permitted for any reason by local authorities during the tour will not be carried out. The AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• In the event of cancellation or change, the “AGENCY SALES CONTRACT” shall apply.
• Of the dinners you will have during the ship journey, 2 are formal dinners, and every male passenger who wishes to dine there is advised to bring at least one suit, while ladies are advised to bring at least one evening dress.
• During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner will have been determined in advance and numbered according to names. Therefore, from the first meal to the last meal taken on board, everyone will sit in the places assigned in advance.
• At check-in on the ship, without exception, every passenger (only 1 person in the case of couples) must present a credit card to the ship’s reception or pay a cash deposit when collecting the cabin keys. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except in the casino. EUR and credit cards are accepted on board. You can view all your expenses on the televisions in your rooms.
• Bringing alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc. onto the ship is strictly prohibited.
• At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags in specific colors for all the luggage of our group will be delivered to you together with your cruise ticket. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
• Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late in the evening on the first day of the ship’s departure. This is caused by the congestion and crowds and is entirely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, on the first day you board the ship, it is advisable to place essential items in a small hand bag and carry it with you.
• The ship’s departure times must be strictly observed. At ports, you must board the ship no later than 60 minutes before our ship’s departure time. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
• At the end of our cruise, you must pack your luggage, attach the tags that will have been left in your cabins in advance the previous night, and leave your luggage in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After completing the disembarkation procedures, our group will collect its luggage from the station where the group’s luggage is located. WE STRONGLY REQUEST THAT EACH OF OUR GUESTS COLLECT THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
• ALL GUESTS MUST CARRY THEIR ROUND-TRIP AIRLINE TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. GUESTS WHO DO NOT OBTAIN PRINTED COPIES OF THEIR TICKETS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTRY INTO THE COUNTRY / SHIP.
