We meet three hours before the flight at the international departures terminal of Istanbul Airport (1 calendar day before the departure flight date). After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our flight to Bali begins with a scheduled Turkish Airlines service. We spend the night on the plane.
After arriving in Bali, Indonesia’s most visited island, famous for its beaches, we transfer to our private bus waiting for us at the airport and go to our hotel. Accommodation at our hotel in Bali.
After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we depart with our guests for our lunch included Ubud & Kintamani Batur Volcano tour. On our full-day excursion, we will get to know Bali’s impressive culture, handmade arts, photogenic rice fields, traditional villages, and the extraordinary scenery of Batur Volcano and its lake up close. At our first stop, the Celuk & Mas Village, known for its gold, silver, and wood carving art, awaits us. Here, we will watch artists carving intricate patterns into wooden blocks. After Mas Village, our next stop is Goa Gajah, known as the Elephant Cave, dating back to the 11th century. Our next stop for lunch is the cool mountains of Kintamani. First, we view Mount Batur from above, taking photos of its black lava bands descending toward Lake Batur beside the valley below. Then we enjoy our lunch at our restaurant with a beautiful view. After lunch, on our way back, we stop at the Holy Water Spring, believed to have magical healing powers. Our tour continues with Ubud Village, the artistic heart of Bali. Tegallalang rice fields, Ubud art market, Tegenungan waterfall, and coffee plantations are among the places we will see. After our tour, transfer to our hotel in Bali and free time to relax.
After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we will depart with our guests for the Lunch Included Bedugul & Taman Ayun & Ulundanu Temple Tour. We begin our day by first visiting Taman Ayun, known as the Royal Temple. Taman Ayun means beautiful garden. The area was also protected by UNESCO in 2012 and is considered a World Heritage Site. After Taman Ayun, our journey continues toward Bedugul, located in Bali’s highlands. Bedugul is part of Bali, but in every sense it is completely different from its counterparts. Known as the coldest place in Bali, Bedugul has a climate completely different from other places on the island. After having our lunch at a local restaurant amid the lush green forests surrounding Bedugul, Lake Bratan and, featured in many opening credits, the Ulundanu Beratan Temple on Bali’s iconic lake are among the places to see. After our tour, transfer to our hotel in Bali and free time to relax.
After breakfast at the hotel, we head to Mengiat Beach in the Nusa Dua area. You can swim in its white sandy beach made of ocean coral and its clear turquoise sea, get a foot massage while lying on a sun lounger, and enjoy the sea, sand, and sun while sipping your fresh coconut drink. After our beach tour, we head to Jimbaran Beach Seafood Restaurant for dinner. As the sun sets on the beach, we enjoy our plate of seafood. After our tour, transfer to our hotel in Ubud and free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart with our guests for our lunch-inclusive Tanah Lot Temples & Monkey Forest tour. Following visits to the Royal Temple in Kapal Village, the Monkey Forest, home to approximately 300 monkeys believed to be the guardians of the temples and featuring 3 temples, and the Tanah Lot Temples built on a rock in the ocean, we proceed to the world-famous Monkey Forest. Lunch will be served as Indonesian cuisine at a local restaurant. At the end of our tour, you will have the opportunity to watch Bali’s magnificent sunset. Free time for sunbathing. After our tour, transfer to our hotel and free time for rest. Accommodation at our hotel in Ubud.

IMPORTANT NOTES
▪ Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 15 people. If sufficient participation cannot be reached for the trip, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour departure. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
▪ In cases where there is not enough participation but the tour still takes place, English guiding may be provided.
▪ In cases where only category information is given in the tour program without specifying names and/or there are alternatives for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
▪ During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the stated km or in a different city. In such a case, you will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
▪ Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are pull-out or coach beds, tour participants are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type in third-person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply only to one child staying with 2 adults and meeting the applicable age group. No bed guarantee is provided for ages 0-2.
▪ Breakfasts included in the tour program and served at the hotel are offered in line with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
▪ Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from the vehicle with guide commentary and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot take place because the day and time coincide with local authorities not allowing visits or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible, Lidya Tour is not responsible for the inability to carry out the said tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted, if possible.
▪ Tour flights are group tickets, so flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. Current times will be communicated by your agency with the tour information.
▪ It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times before purchasing a domestic flight. If the guest purchased the domestic connection flight from a different provider independent of the agency, they cannot request any refund from the agency in the event the trip is canceled by the agency or there is a schedule change. The guest accepts in advance any financial or moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation or change of the tour when purchasing the tour. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for this situation.
▪ According to airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
▪ Guests included in the tour without flights must be present at the tour starting point on their own means and without any delay. Otherwise, they will be responsible for arranging all transfers themselves.
▪ Lidya Tour is not responsible if guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times announced in accordance with airline rules, or who do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or who complete check-in and boarding on time but still cannot board the plane, are unable to make the flight. All costs for obtaining new round-trip tickets necessary for missed-flight guests to join the tour and for transfers in the destination area, etc., are their responsibility.
▪ The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs of participants are under their own responsibility, and Lidya Tour is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or the person, and the costs incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the item owner.
▪ In cases such as illness or loss/theft, since the integrity and continuity of the group are essential for the guide, the guide cannot accompany guests individually in such negative situations.
▪ When purchasing the tour, it is mandatory to provide the name as it appears in the passport, date of birth, and passport number correctly. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Cancellation and change penalties for tickets arising from incorrect information will be collected from you.
▪ In some airlines, food, beverage, and online check-in services may be subject to a fee.
▪ During the tour, seat numbers on the bus cannot be guaranteed.
▪ During our tours, the times announced by our guide to the guests are departure times, the moment the wheels of the vehicle start turning. Our guide, who is responsible for protecting the rights of all our guests equally, will move the vehicle without waiting at the meeting times. In the event of a possible delay, our late guest must arrange their own transportation to the next stop.
▪ Extra tours are organized by the local agency we work with with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not met, the excursions cannot take place, or the prices, contents, and vehicle used for the extra excursions may change depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to whether the museums and archaeological sites at the destinations are open/closed and to weather conditions. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
▪ In our classic packages where extra tours are not included, extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not want to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at an available rest stop on the way. These passengers are dropped off at a roadside rest stop before the extra tour starts and picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
▪ In programs where extra tours are included, it is mandatory to pay the museum & archaeological site entrance fees to your agency during booking or to the guide during the tour.
▪ The participant accepts in advance that they will participate in the tours scheduled in the tour program and will not disrupt the program, and accordingly will pay the amount previously announced in the tour program to the tour officer during the trip for expenses such as local guide, museum & archaeological site entrances, city taxes, and headphone audio systems, if any. The participant has been fully and completely informed on this matter.
▪ In cases where only category information is provided and/or there are alternative details for the same destination, you can learn the hotel(s) where you will stay 48 hours before the tour departure.
▪ Lidya Tour is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Scheduled and special flights may be subject to delay, or times may change before the current trip and flight. Lidya Tour is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
VISA
▪ There is no visa requirement for T.C. citizens. A passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip is sufficient.
▪ Our guests traveling with a T.C. green passport, if their passport was issued more than 10 years ago, must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
▪ Passport control has the authority to prevent you from entering the country. Lidya Tour is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
▪ In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet and/or have similar damage(s), such passports must be renewed, and if the country requires a visa for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
▪ Since our guests under 18 may be asked by the police officer at entry and exit to present a document showing the consent of both parents when traveling alone or with only one of their parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this matter.
