We meet at Istanbul New Airport's international departures terminal three hours before the flight (one day before the flight date). After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our flight to Osaka begins on Turkish Airlines scheduled service.
Upon our arrival in Osaka, transfer to our hotel in Osaka with our private vehicle waiting at the airport and free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for our panoramic city tour of Osaka. On our tour, Osaka Castle, built in the 16th century and which played an important role in the unification of the Japanese nation, and the Umeda Sky Building, consisting of two structures 173 meters long, will be among the sights to be seen panoramically. The Umeda Sky Building is a magnificent high-rise located near Osaka and Umeda stations. The 173-meter-tall building consists of two towers connected by the "Floating Garden Observatory" on the 39th floor. The observatory offers wonderful views of the city from its windows and open-air deck. Then, during the journey we will make to our hotel in the evening, we will witness a fascinating cityscape accompanied by Osaka’s light-adorned streets and the silhouettes of modern buildings illuminating the night. Colorful signs, sparkling street lamps, and the lively urban atmosphere will add a visual feast to our journey. Transfer to our hotel in Osaka and free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our Nara tour. We begin our tour with Todaiji Temple. Built in 752, the temple was constructed with the aim of being the head of all Buddhist temples. Over time, its influence grew and in the 8th century it began to affect politics as well. Todaiji’s main hall has also earned a place in the record books as the world’s largest wooden structure. The gigantic building houses one of Japan's largest bronze Buddha statues (Daibutsu). Then, we visit Nara Deer Park, a large park in the center of Nara. Established in 1880, the hotel is located where many of Nara's main attractions are found, including Todaiji, Kasuga Taisha, Kofukuji, and the Nara National Museum. It is also home to hundreds of freely roaming deer. The fact that deer are considered messengers of the gods in Japanese mythology makes this area special not only visually but also culturally. As you wander through the park, you will have the chance to create unforgettable memories and take photos with deer approaching you with curious looks. Then we carry out our Dotonbori & Shinsaibashi tour, a popular nightlife, shopping, and entertainment district characterized by its eccentric atmosphere and large illuminated signs, although historically it was a theater district. Afterwards, transfer to our hotel in Osaka and free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our Kobe city tour. We begin our tour by enjoying the fresh atmosphere of Meriken Park. Then, after taking a photo break in front of the famous Kobe Tower, we head up to the Kitano district and stroll through the streets where the old foreign mansions are located. Next, we will set out on a pleasant excursion surrounded by nature at the Nunobiki Herb Gardens. After our tour, we depart for our Kyoto city tour. During World War II, Kyoto was the only place in Japan that was not bombed. The city of Kyoto is included on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. We begin our city tour with the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. Visitors to the bamboo forest are welcomed by a 500-meter walking path. On this walk along the trail, you will enjoy pleasant moments with the sound of the wind passing through the bamboo, and you will be able to take pictures of the forest. After the free time we will give, Ryoanji Temple, a Zen temple, is among the places to be seen panoramically. The temple is the site of Japan's most famous rock garden. Originally a villa of an aristocrat during the Heian Period, the site was converted into a Zen temple in 1450. An interesting feature of the garden design is that from any point, at least one of the rocks is always hidden from the viewer. Then, we visit Kiyomizudera (Pure Water) Temple, which was established in 780 at the site of Otowa Falls in the forested hills east of Kyoto and takes its name from the pure waters of autumn. Then, transfer to Gion, Kyoto's most famous geisha district, located around Shijo Boulevard between Yasaka Shrine in the east and the Kamo River in the west. After breakfast at the hotel, we head to Kyoto train station. We arrive in Tokyo by high-speed train. Upon arrival, we head to Ginza, Tokyo's most famous luxury shopping, dining, and entertainment district, home to many shops, boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, nightclubs, and cafes. From 1612 to 1800, the present-day Ginza district was the site of a silver coin mint, and as a result, Ginza takes its name, which means "silver mint" in Japanese. We continue our tour with a stop for lunch. Then we visit Shibuya Scramble Crossing, known as one of the busiest pedestrian crossings in Shibuya, one of the 23 special wards of Tokyo, the capital of Japan. Located in one of the city's busiest areas amid business and shopping centers, the crossing is known as the busiest pedestrian crossing in the world. After our tour, transfer to our hotel in Tokyo and free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.
Note: On the morning of the tour day, you need to take a small one-day bag with you when leaving the hotel. All other belongings you leave at the hotel will be transferred from Kyoto to the hotel in Tokyo.
After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we depart for our Oshino Hakkai tour. Oshino Hakkai is a Japanese village hidden in the heart of nature at the foot of Mount Fuji. In this village, which resembles a painting, where crystal-clear spring waters come to life in eight sacred ponds, you can experience peace, tranquility, and the depth of Japanese culture together with traditional Japanese houses, bamboo bridges, and the silhouette of Mount Fuji. After our tour, we depart for our Hakone & Mount Fuji tour. With a height of 3776 meters, Mount Fuji, which earned the right to be included in UNESCO's World Heritage List in 2013, is the highest mountain in Japan and is known for its elegant conical form. It is the country's sacred symbol, and temples and shrines are found around and on the volcano. If weather conditions are favorable, you will find yourself in a wonderful atmosphere as you watch the magnificent view of Mount Fuji, which we will reach using the fifth station, from above the clouds. Then, we depart for our Hakone tour. Among the most prominent features of the town of Hakone is the unique view it offers thanks to its location close to Mount Fuji. Here, together with our guests, we are taking our Lake Ashi boat tour to enjoy this magnificent view. Then we depart for the Outlet. Gotemba Premium Outlet is a large outlet shopping center located at the foot of Mount Fuji in the city of Gotemba, in Japan's Shizuoka Prefecture. Opened in 2000, this center is one of the largest outlets in Japan and stands out with its 290 stores. During our outlet visit, you can shop as you wish and enjoy free time. Then transfer to our hotel in Tokyo and free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel.
After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we continue our tour with a visit to Akihabara, one of Tokyo’s most internationally famous districts. Today, besides the popular anime and manga symbols standing out in the area’s shops, it is known as the Electric Town of Akihabara because shortly after World War II it became a major shopping center for electronic household goods and the postwar black market. After the free time we will have here for lunch, we depart for our Nakamise & Shopping Arcade tour. During the break we will take on the shopping street, you can buy typical Japanese souvenirs such as various kimonos and folding fans, or taste the various traditional local snacks of the Asakusa district. After our tour, transfer to our hotel in Tokyo and free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel.
Transfer to Tokyo Airport for our flight to Istanbul after the breakfast we will have at the hotel. After baggage, passport, and ticket procedures, we take our flight on Turkish Airlines scheduled service. With our arrival at Istanbul New Airport, the end of our tour and services.

o The participant hereby accepts in advance that they will join the tours scheduled in the tour program without disrupting the program and will additionally pay the amount previously stated in the tour program, during the trip, to the tour representative for payments related to expenses such as local guide, museum & historical site entrance fees, city taxes, and audio system with headphones if any. The participant has been fully and completely informed on this matter.
o Kyoto-Tokyo transfers will be made by train for easier and faster transportation. During these transfers, in order for guests to travel comfortably and not carry their luggage, they must take a small bag for one day with them before leaving the hotel in the morning. The remaining belongings will be transferred to the hotel, and this luggage transfer service takes 1 day.
o On the last day, because the return flight is early, breakfast service may be provided as a breakfast box.
o Hotel rooms in Japan are mostly in Twin (two separate single beds) format. Guests who purchase our tour are deemed to have accepted this rule.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
In cases where there is not sufficient participation but the tour is still operated, English-speaking guidance may be provided.
In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names, and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
Child discounts are valid only for one child in the relevant age group accompanying 2 adults. No bed guarantee is provided in hotels for children aged 0-2.
Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served for groups in a separate hall allocated to the group.
Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. Updated times will be communicated by your agency with the tour information.
It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times before purchasing a domestic flight. If the guest purchased their domestic connection flight from a different product provider independent of the agency, they cannot claim any refund from the agency in case the trip is canceled by the agency or if there is a schedule change. The guest pre-accepts any material and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation/change of the tour when purchasing the tour. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for this matter. Lidya Tour is not responsible if guests who purchase their own domestic flight miss the international flight due to possible delays, flight cancellations, etc.
According to airline rules; if the outbound flight of tickets purchased as round-trip is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
Guests joining the tour without flights are required to be present at the tour starting point on their own means and without any delay. Otherwise, they will arrange all transfers on their own.
Lidya Tour is not responsible if guests who do not arrive at the specified airport at the stated times in accordance with airline rules for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or who complete check-in and boarding on time but cannot board the plane, are unable to take the flight. Any costs related to obtaining new round-trip flight tickets needed for the guests who miss the plane in order to join the tour and transfers in the destination region, etc., shall be borne by them.
Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs of the people participating in the tour are under their own responsibility, and Lidya Tour is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or the person, and the costs incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the item owner.
In cases such as illness, loss, or theft, since the integrity and continuity of the group are essential for the guide, the guide cannot accompany guests one-on-one in such unfavorable situations.
During the purchase of the tour, it is mandatory to provide the name as it appears in the passport, date of birth, and passport number correctly. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for ticket cancellations and changes arising from incorrect information will be collected from you.
VISA
There is no visa requirement for Japanese travel for Turkish Republic citizens. Passport validity must be at least 6 months from the end date of the tour.
Our guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passport if the issue date of their passport is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be admitted to the destination country and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The passport police has the authority to refuse your entry into the country. Lidya Tour is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or exposed to similar damage(s); such passports must be renewed, and if the relevant country applies a visa to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since there is a possibility that our guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one of their parents may be asked by the border police at entry and exit points for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
