We meet at Istanbul Airport in the international departures terminal three hours before the flight (one calendar day before the departure flight date). After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our flight to Bali begins with Turkish Airlines scheduled service. We spend the night on the plane.
After our arrival in Bali, Indonesia’s most visited island, famous for its beaches, we transfer to Ubud with our private bus waiting for us at the airport and have free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel.
After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we depart with our guests for our Ubud & Kintamani Batur Volcano tour with lunch. On our full-day excursion, we will get to know Bali’s impressive culture, handicrafts, traditional villages, and the Batur Volcano and lake with its extraordinary scenery up close. Our first stop is Celuk & Mas Village, known for its gold, silver, and wood carving art. Here we will watch the artists as they carve intricate patterns into wooden blocks. After Mas Village, our next stop is Goa Gajah, known as the Elephant Cave, dating back to the 11th century. Our next stop to have lunch is the cool mountains of Kintamani. First, we observe and photograph Batur Volcano, from the top, with its black lava strips descending toward Batur Lake beside the valley below. Then we enjoy our lunch at our restaurant with a beautiful view. After the meal, on our way back, we stop by the Holy Spring, believed to have magical healing powers. Our tour continues with Ubud Village, the artistic heart of Bali. Ubud art market, Tegenungan waterfall, and coffee plantations are among the places we will see. After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we depart with our guests for the Bedigul & Taman Ayun Temple Tour with Lunch. We begin our day by first visiting Taman Ayun, known as the Royal Temple. Taman Ayun means beautiful garden. The area was also protected by UNESCO in 2012 and is considered a World Heritage Site. After Taman Ayun, our journey continues to Bedugul, located in Bali’s highlands. Bedugul is part of Bali, but in every sense it is completely different from its counterparts. Known as the coldest place in Bali, Bedugul has a climate completely different from other places on the island. After having our lunch at a local restaurant in the lush forests surrounding Bedugul, the Bratan Lake and the Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, which has appeared in many productions, are among the places to see. After our tour, transfer to our hotel in Ubud and free time to relax. Accommodation at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, we check out from our hotel in Ubud and depart with our guests for our Tanah Lot Temples & Monkey Forest & Rice Fields tour with lunch. After visiting the Royal Temple in Kapal Town, the Monkey Forest, which has 3 temples and is home to approximately 300 monkeys believed to be the guardians of the temples, and the Tanah Lot Temples built on a rock in the ocean, we visit the picturesque rice fields. Afterwards, lunch will be served at a local restaurant as Indonesian cuisine. After our lunch, we head to the world-famous Monkey Forest. At the end of our tour, you will have the opportunity to watch Bali’s magnificent sunset. After our tour, transfer to our hotel in Bali where we will stay and free time to rest. After breakfast at the hotel, we head to Mengiat Beach in the Nusa Dua area. You can swim in its white sandy beach made of ocean coral and clear turquoise sea, have a foot massage while lounging on a sunbed, and enjoy the sea, sand, and sun while sipping your fresh coconut drink. After our coastal tour, we head to Jimbaran Beach Seafood Restaurant for dinner. We enjoy our seafood platter while watching the sun set on the beach. After our tour, transfer to our hotel in Ubud and free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.

It is strictly forbidden to leave the hotels. Beaches, shops, restaurants, and tourist areas are closed. Noise must be kept to a minimum and lights must be kept at a minimum level. This day is a time for spiritual cleansing and meditation. Nyepi Day is on 19 March in 2026. For stays falling on this date, you will need to spend time at the hotel. Planning is made taking this day into account.

IMPORTANT NOTES
▪ Our tour program is arranged with a minimum participation of 15 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour departure. The cancelled tour due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
▪ In cases where there is not enough participation but the tour is still operated, English guiding may be provided.
▪ In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or there are multiple options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
▪ During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km or in a different city. In such a case, you will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
▪ Triple rooms may be provided subject to hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding or coach beds, participants in the tour are deemed to have accepted the possible congestion in the room and the bed type in reservations for the 3rd person and/or children. Child discounts are valid only for one child staying with 2 adults and matching the relevant age group. No bed guarantee is provided for ages 0-2.
▪ Breakfasts included in the tour program services are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally presented as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
▪ Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration and not including museum or site entrance fees. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are not the responsibility of Lidya Tour if they cannot take place on the day and time of the tour due to local authorities not allowing visits or entry, or because of closed roads due to any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
▪ Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. The current times will be communicated by your agency with the tour information.
▪ It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times before purchasing a domestic flight. If the guest purchased the domestic connecting flight from a different product provider independent of the agency, they cannot request any refund from the agency in the event that the trip is cancelled by the agency or if there is a schedule change. The guest accepts in advance the financial and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation/change of the tour when purchasing the tour. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for this situation.
▪ According to airline rules; if the outbound flight of airline tickets purchased as round-trip is not used, the return flight is cancelled by the airline.
▪ Guests included in the tour without a flight must be present at the tour starting point on their own and without any delay. Otherwise, they will arrange all their transfers at their own expense.
▪ Lidya Tour is not responsible if guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times announced in accordance with airline rules, who do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or who complete check-in and boarding on time but cannot board the plane, are unable to make the flight. All costs related to obtaining new round-trip tickets required for missed-flight guests to join the tour and transfers in the destination region, etc., are their responsibility.
▪ The participants are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs, and Lidya Tour is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and the costs incurred during delivery are borne by the owner of the item.
▪ In situations such as illness or loss/theft, since the integrity and continuity of the group are essential for the guide, the guide cannot accompany guests individually in such adverse situations.
▪ When purchasing the tour, it is mandatory to provide the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport accurately. Air tickets are issued according to this information. Ticket cancellation and change penalty fees arising from incorrect information will be charged to you.
▪ In some airlines, food, beverages, and online check-in services may be subject to a fee.
▪ During the tour, a seat number cannot be guaranteed in bus use.
▪ During our tours, the times announced by our guide to guests are the departure times, the time the vehicle wheel starts turning. Our guide, who is responsible for considering the rights of all our guests equally, will set the vehicle in motion without any waiting at the meeting times. In the event of a delay, our guest will have to make their own way to the next stop.
▪ Extra tours are organized by the local agency we work with, subject to a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required number is not achieved, tours cannot be held, or extra tour prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums and ruins at the destinations and weather conditions. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
▪ In classic packages where extra tours are not included, extra tours are optional at the participant’s request and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour starts and picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
▪ In programs where extra tours are included, payment of museum & site entrance fees to your agency at the time of reservation or to the guide during the tour is mandatory.
▪ The participant accepts in advance that they will join the tours to be organized as stated in the tour program, will not disrupt the program, and will additionally pay to the tour official during the trip the amount previously announced in the tour program for expenses such as local guide, museum & site entrance fees, city taxes, and audio system with headphones, if any. The participant has been fully and completely informed on this matter.
▪ Where only category information is provided and/or alternative information exists for the same destination, you can learn about the hotel(s) where you will stay 48 hours before the tour departure.
▪ Lidya Tour is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. On scheduled and special flights, there may be a risk of delay or times may change before the current trip and flight. Lidya Tour is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
VISA
▪ There is no visa requirement for citizens of the Republic of Türkiye. A passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel is sufficient.
▪ Our guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the issue date of their passports is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be able to fly by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
▪ Passport control has the authority to deny you entry into the country. Lidya Tour is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
▪ In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or damaged similarly; such passports must be renewed, and if it is a country that applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
▪ Since our guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father may be asked by the border police for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents when entering/exiting the country, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be careful about this matter.
