Lidya Tour is not responsible if the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be carried out because local authorities do not permit visits or entry on the day and time coinciding with the tour, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not allowed.
Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and coach beds, the tour participant is deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type for 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid only for one child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group. Hotels do not guarantee a bed for children aged 0-2.
Breakfasts included in the tour program are served at the hotel in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. Current times will be communicated by your agency along with the tour information.
Tour flight times must be confirmed without purchasing a domestic connecting flight. If the guest purchased the domestic connecting flight from a separate product provider independent of the agency, they cannot request any refund from the agency in case the trip is canceled by the agency or if there is a schedule change. The guest accepts in advance any financial or moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation or change of the tour when purchasing the tour. Lidya Tour cannot be held responsible for this situation.
Due to airline rules, if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets purchased as round-trip is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
Guests included in the tour without flights must be present at the tour starting point on their own and without any delay. Otherwise, they will arrange all transfers at their own expense.
Lidya Tour is not responsible for guests who do not arrive at the specified airport at the times announced in accordance with airline rules for participation in the tour, do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or complete check-in and boarding on time but cannot board the plane and therefore cannot make the flight. All expenses arising from obtaining new round-trip airline tickets required for guests who miss the flight to join the tour, as well as transfers in the destination region, etc., are their responsibility.
Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and Lidya Tour is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or the person, and the expenses incurred during delivery belong to the owner of the item.
In cases such as illness, loss, or theft, since the integrity and continuity of the group are essential for the guide, the guide cannot personally accompany guests in such negative situations.
When purchasing the tour, it is mandatory to provide the name on the passport, date of birth, and passport number correctly. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Ticket cancellation and change penalty fees arising from incorrect information will be collected from you.
At some airlines, food and beverage services and online check-in may be subject to a fee.
During the tour, seat numbers on the bus cannot be guaranteed.
During our tours, the times announced by our guide to the guests are the departure times, the time the vehicle's wheels start turning. Our guide, who is responsible for equally considering the rights of all our guests, will move the vehicle without waiting at the meeting times. In such a case, our guest who is late must arrange transportation to the next stop on their own.
Extra tours are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, the tours may not take place, or the extra tour prices, content, and vehicle used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums and sites to be visited and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
In our classic packages, where extra tours are not included, extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not want to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest stop on the route. These passengers are dropped off at a roadside rest stop before the extra tour begins and picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
In programs where extra tours are included, payment of museum and site entrance fees to the guide during the tour is mandatory.
The participant accepts in advance that they will participate in the tours to be organized as stated in the tour program, will not disrupt the program, and will separately pay the amount previously announced in the tour program to the tour officer during the trip for expenses such as local guide, museum & site entrance fees, city taxes, and audio system with headphones if any. The participant has been fully and completely informed on this matter.
Lidya Tour is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. VISA
There is a visa requirement for Turkish Republic citizens. For a visa application, an application must be made with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip and the documents listed in the “Required Documents for Visa” list from our agency.
The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry on the tour or, at most, the country with the longest stay.
There is no visa requirement for holders of green passports; a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip is sufficient.
The visa information specified in the program is the information applicable to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests holding a passport other than that of the Republic of Turkey must obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
Obtaining a visa does not mean that entry to the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority to refuse entry. Lidya Tour is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, passports obtained should be renewed, and if it is a country that applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since there is a possibility that our guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father may be asked by the police officer at the country entry-exit to present a document showing mutual consent from the parents, we recommend that our guests under the age of 18 and their parents pay attention to this issue.
